I called Proline to fix a hole drilled into our sewer line by the previous tenants of our home. The front desk agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with scheduling. We were paired with Darren who arrived on time and gave a no B.S. estimate. He completed the work in less than 30 minutes and even allowed me to split the payment so I didnt have to overload one credit card. The efficient and friendly customer service cannot be overstated and I would gladly recommend Proline to anyone looking for plumbing work in the Vancouver area.

Our warranty company contracted with Proline Plumbing for a faucet repair, the technician (Eddie) came out and was on time, polite, super helpful and even when the leak refused to come back during his first visit he was patient and gave us great advice. Ultimately due to some issue with our warranty company, not the plumber, we ended up finishing the repair ourselves but we will definitely be back the next time a plumbing emergency comes up! Overall it was a good experience working with this plumber, not so good working with our warranty provider, but during the whole infuriating process Proline was helpful, answered their phone fast, and was kind and courteous about repeated calls. We will be back.

Tyrone did an amazing job finding and fixing two leaks in our wall. He was very informative about the whole process, and communicated each step making time to see if we had any questions. I wont ever use anyone else other than ProLine Plumbing. I have only had Tyrone and Eddie come help with plumbing. But they both are professional, funny, and can basically look at anything with plumbing and see whats wrong with it. They are so smart with plumbing stuff its unreal. I highly trust them. The office Carrie/Kari and Amber are so nice! They have given refunds to my card of appropriate. Love them.

Hey I would like a cheaper price but the higher price can be expected for the holiday service. Also he had to slither under the house to fix a couple pin hole in the pipe. Brave man! Thank you!.Today we had a leak in a different area under the house. Chris was the service technician was really good had to crawl under the house a long way to fix the leak. Very through & friendly. I would recommend Proline.

Second time we’ve used this company and we have loved the customer service with the folks in the office and the technician. Customer service seems to be hard to find these days. I can’t say if the prices are competitive because honestly I didn’t shop around. They were awesome on their last visit. They’ll keep earning our business unless their customer service goes down. They never try to sell you something you don’t need either. This is also the second time we got to work with Chris. He’s awesome! I should also mention that they were able to come within a day’s notice.I couldn’t make a second review but I wanted to make sure Proline’s second visit in a week also got a review. Completely different problem.This is the second time in a week that I’ve had to call a plumber and of course this was my go to company. We had a leak in the wall and the water to the house had to be turned off. We were without water overnight until the leak company could find the leak. Once found Proline came out the same day and fixed the leak. We’ve never worked with Eddie before and he didn’t disappoint. Fantastic customer service which is why we’ll continue working with Proline. Their company card has earned a spot on our fridge.

Chris showed up and immediately knew what the issue was and where the leak was located. It took him maybe 10 minutes to open the section and get it ready to fix. We had to turn the water off to the building for only 16 minutes before he had the repair done and we could turn the water back on. I would recommend Proline to anyone commercial or residential. They are awesome!

After the recent snowstorm our plumbing backed up. It was an urgent situation and the servicer for our home warranty said they couldnt come for a week. Pro-Line Plumbing came out the same day and we called in late afternoon. It was raining and the roof was slippery, but their technician quickly cleaned our line!This is the second time they helped us with urgent service our home warranty couldnt get to us in less than a week.Well definitely be calling them next time we need plumbing service!!

Water Heater flush:Max was great, but it cost $210 including $69 for the service call from Vancouver to Battle Ground. Seemed a bit much…the service call charge used to be deducted from the cost of the service in the old days…but Max did a good job and he was very nice.

After calling 5 different plumbers, trying to get emergency after-hours assistance, we found ProLine. Our plumber, Joe, arrived almost exactly when the texted estimate said he would. He then got right to work, and provided a very accurate estimate of how much everything would cost. He was polite, respectful of our needs, and we would absolutely use ProLine in the future!
