Although I did not personally hire JRT, I was able to experience their professionalism and kindness. I had bought two older riding lawnmowers from a gentleman on Craigslist and when I went to pick them up, there were JRT employees working on his property. I had to make two trips and on each trip a JRT Team Member came by and offered to help. It was an act of kindness and it speaks volumes about the employees and their organization. I was humbled by their kindness and wanted to express my gratitude. Thank you again.

Can not recommend this company enough. Austin responded to an outdoor water leak emergency within minutes of being contacted and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His personality and workmanship turned what was going to be a very nerve wracking experience for my mom into a smooth repair with minimal downtime of water needs. Austin and JRT have our sincerest thanks for the help they have provided on such short notice. If could rate more than 5 stars we most certainly would.

JRT was amazing to work with. Brian came to meet with me at no cost to go over the project. He responded to my questions and concerns with patience and knowledge based on his experience in the field. This process instilled confidence and trust, as our discussion included information about the integrity of the company and their process of backing up their work. He referred the project to his most thorough technician, which we were grateful for as well. Matti was outstanding. He was professional, honest, respectful, communicative and above all extremely competent. He efficiently figured out the problem with our water heater when no one else had been able to. He communicated each step of the process with us and got our consent for the repair recommendations. He went above and beyond by contacting his billing department to help us set up payment arrangements. And then he expeditiously wrote up a report on his findings. We are grateful to have a reliable, honest and competent company to help us keep our water heater running. The repair cost more than we had anticipated, but we are relieved to have the problem fixed.

We have a food cart in PDX and last year we had a company come out to replace our hood fan. They installed it but it has never sucked up all the smoke and water leaks into our cart when it rains. Chris from JRT came out to see the issue and realized the past company did a terrible job at sealing the fan on the roof. He went back to his shop and built what we needed, because the parts are not already made. We now have no leaks and the fan sucks up all the smoke. He also built us a new grease drain from our fan cause the last company completely avoided that situation and we had grease dripping down the side of our cart. Well def call Chris from JRT anytime we have issues with our HVAC system. Thanks again!

Lawson was amazing! He went through the time to count out other issues to find the main board was out then after finished a bad wire from the thermostat. He found all the many issues to get my furnace working properly. Thank you JRT Solutions!

I called JRT after being advised by another local company that my walk in cooler needed a new compressor. This other company had just replaced a part on the condenser unit in March. They advised me to not only replace the compressor but also the condenser unit (after just paying $1,700.00 already on a new part), along with the evaporator. They felt this was necessary as it was likely these parts would start to fail soon just as the compressor did. Baffled by why all this was needed and in shock by the $4,552.00 estimate I decided to reach out to another company for a second opinion. They never showed. Frustrated, I turned to my employee who seems to know anyone and everyone and she recommended JRT.Monday morning, not only did their technician show up, he showed up on time! He confirmed that the compressor did indeed need replaced and was happy to do it and have my cooler back up and running that very same day. I asked his opinion on replacing all these other parts and he was as baffled as I was. He explained to me that the part on the Condenser unit was the most expensive part to replace which had already been done (but felt that the $1,700.00 bill was a bit excessive) and informed me that IF any other parts were to go bad it would be minimal to replace those parts and it certainly wouldnt warrant replacing the whole thing. As for the Evaporator I was told that part will out live me! Save yourself the time and frustration and just hire JRT Mechanical. Honest, reliable, and affordable.

When my heater went out, I first called ATemp for repair because they installed and serviced my HVAC. I ended up paying $149 for nothing...they did not even pull out a screwdriver. They just wanted to sell me a big ticket item. Then I called JRT. The technician, Matti, spent lots of time checking and testing everything and even more time researching parts and solutions. He fixed my heater the same day and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you JRT!

Matti and two other techs came out and diagnosed my floor heat system and fixed the problems. Alone the way each process was explained and throughout the job I was well informed of pricing and had the opportunity to agree to the work/additional time needed. At the end I was shown the repairs and the system explained in detail.Three techs came and fixed a very complicated floor heat system with multiple zones, and it was less than $250, well worth it.

They were very communicative, problem solved our unique set up and were timely and responsive. From the initial bid and walk throughs with Aaron, to getting project time lines with Nick to having Jackson build our system- it was one of the most seamless processes we have had in a building project. Matt was a wonderful person. He ran a lot of test and explained everything that he was doing. When he was done he found out that our tankless water hearter was set to natural gas not propane gas. He also found out we had low and high gas flow.
