We went from tub and shower to walk-in shower, and John did an excellent job, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional, respectful and caring, he arrived and went right to work with the installation, when he was finished he cleaned up any and all debris. John explained about cleaning the shower with the right products, and he left a list of cleaning products to choose from. Were very happy with our new walk-in shower. Thank you, John, for coming out the day before Thanksgiving to do the installation, we had family in from out of state, so having the shower to use made it all just great. Im so grateful and thankful to you. I will recommend Bath Fitters to family and friends or whoever wants to redo their bathroom. Job well done.

Shout out to Bath Fitter of Baton Rouge. Set up an appointment with Andrew Hale and he helped us with our vision for a tub-to-shower conversion. He was knowledgeable, kind and eager to make our vision a reality. Within a few days Kurt Prudhomme began the work. He removed our old soaker tub and small shower stall. He did a great job on the install. Were so happy with our new 60 x 60 walk-in shower. Its beautiful! The old shower stall is now a nice storage closet. Wed recommend using these guys for your dream bathroom transformation. Thanks!

Tim on the first day and Dustin on the second day - both were on -time, clean and professional. These installers provided a high level of Quality Control such that the final product met all expectations.I must mention our sales representative Jim who led us through the design and pricing process - never pushing and was very sensitive to our budget. Kurt Prudhomme and his helper Mike were absolutely amazing installing our new walk in shower from an old tub and surround. Kurt fought for us to get the right products, and Mike swiftly came back to our house the install a curtain as fill in while we wait on our correct doors. I live in an older home and the bathtub was quite old. This was an amazing transformation. Process was painless.The initial sales meeting with Mindy was great. She was professional and walked me through the design as well as the installation process.The actual installation was just as seamless. The office confirmed my appointment; the day before. The installer (Kurt Prudhomme) was just as professional. He was early to the appointment; did a great job with the actual installation, finished on time, cleaned up the job site area and walked me through the cleaning process and answered all my questions.This was money well spent and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Used Bath Fitter to redo my bathtub and surround. The finished product is gorgeous. The installers covered my floors and were very careful not to bump into walls and things in the bathroom, which is very small. Their names are Mike Lemay and helper John Strickland. There were a few small flaws that were found and someone had to come back and do some touch ups but all-in-all, I love my new bath and shower.

Andrew Hale is extremely knowledgeable of the product, since he’s been a long time team member for the company. He did an excellent job assisting in getting what we needed. John, the installer was very meticulous in getting everything done timely, but perfectly. Very pleased with the outcome of our new shower. We ran into one small hiccup at the end of the project, but they immediately corrected the issue without a delay. My product was ready for installation within the time frame that was promised. I was extremely happy with the installation process. Jeremy and John arrived at the house on time, were very professional, and did an excellent job. They took time to answer any questions I had, and they left the bathrooms cleared of any mess or debris. Everything looks great!

We are very happy with our new tub. Johauna went above and beyond to help us get everything we wanted and in a timely fashion. Ryan stayed late at the showroom so that we could see the models, then helped ensure that our order was exactly what we expected, and scheduled it for installation quickly. Brenda was helpful on each phone call. And the entire installation crew was quick, efficient, and professional. When I called about a silicone issue, Ryan was great about trying to quickly schedule someone to come out and repair it. Thank you all.

Bathfitter… For years I had gotten fade up with my blue bathtub. I’ve had several persons to come in to remove n replace. It seems as though no one wanted to tackle my problem.One person informed me that that tub was a metal/ iron tub and they just don’t make tubs like that anymore. I had seen Bathfitter’s TV advertisements , but a friend told me that they were very expensive. For some people having the best product available is the one thing they are looking for, for some others its having the best and fast service for installment, for some others, well, I cold go on and on but for me even though I received this kind of service the one thin that is important to me is what happens after the installment, the Customer Service, and would say that calling for simple issues and calling for more complicated issues would require a different handling of the situation, I had a more serious mishap but it was handled timely and courteously by every employee had to deal with and the one person I have to give credit to is the salesperson, Steve, who came out for my free consultation, he was as courteous and forthcoming in this event as he was the day he came to see me in person, this is what makes my review a 5 star rating, people talking to one another face to face and over the phone with courteous and respectful words explanations on one side and understanding on the other.
