    Today The guys came out and handle a situation that we have been dealing with for over 3 weeks now. The found the problem and fixed it within minutes. They explained to me and even showed me what had happened and come to find out it was a problem we have been having since we bought the house in 2011 and didn’t even know till it finally was so bad. Thank you Mike and Dencle for finally getting us taken care of and one less stress off our plate.

    Our sewer clean out was clogged 6:30 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving. Called and the company was on site within 45 minutes, problem fixed within an hour. reasonable charges. Great experience and he gave advice to prevent further issues. would use again

    The serviceman was very knowledgeable regarding the city sewer lines in the area. He remembered the clean out location from the prior home owners over 7 years ago and was able to quickly locate the clean out that was buried under a paver. Would definitely recommend for clogged drains in the Bartlesville area.

    Had a clogged drain and contacted another plumber. The other plumber did not want to come out ,so they came up with several excuses and flat out lied to my home warranty company.Elliott, with roto called me back, set an appointment, met the time he said and helped me get the problem fixed. Polite, courteous and on time. He didnt come up with anything extra that some do either. I will be using these folks again and will highly recommend them. I like a person that accepts a job, quotes a price and does the job correctly for the stated price. Thank you.
