Braden was absolutely phenomenal!!! We were in the middle of installing a massive wall-in closet when we noticed an outlet that would require a large cutout in the backing of my shoe tower, thus instantly turning into an eye-sore. I had a company set up to stop by today to take care of it, only for them to cancel 20 minutes before our appointment. I frantically called 5 other companies, and everyone was booked up through Monday. Not only did these folks squeeze me in, but Braden went above and beyond to explain everything to me in great detail! I’m so happy with his level of professionalism that I’ve now asked him to quote a generator move for us! I’ll recommend this company and Braden to everyone I know! Quality sent out the electrician at no charge to quote me for a job upgrading my simple light switches to kasa smart switches and troubleshooting and upgrading my heated floor thermostats in my closet and bathroom. He was pleasant and worked to make the quote as favorable as possible. I got three quotes and these guys were the best. Best price and best attitude with which to interact. Outstanding and highly recommended!!

I called for a leaky outside faucet on someone I just met. They needed help. I called a different company but they couldnt help me until after Thanksgiving. It was an outside faucet and there are going to be freezing nights. They were able to come out right away. They communicated with me about everything they were going to do. Very friendly. I would recommend them!

When our sewer started backing up in the shower, I knew I needed professional help and I needed it quickly. A couple of other companies were either not available the same day, or we were out of their service area. I decided to call Quality based upon their reviews and ratings. Im very glad that I did.To begin with, they were extremely polite and showed concern for my situation right from the first. They were able to get a technician out that same day, which was a huge relief for me. The technician showed up soon after, just as promised.Steven, my technician, was super courteous, very professional, and obviously knowledgeable and experienced. He thoroughly discussed the issue, the likely causes, and the potential options for the best possible resolution. He then fixed the problem and also assessed the potential for a recurrence or other long term problems. He provided additional service options, but refrained from up-selling anything I didnt need.All-in-all, I was extremely happy with the experience and, whenever I need HVAC, electrical or plumbing services again, Quality will be the one that I call first.

I had what I thought it was a minor gas leak at my stove. The gas company came out and ended up turning off my gas and said they couldn’t turn it back on until I got the leak fixed because it was much more extensive than what I thought. I called a few other plumbers first and no one could help me for at least a week or more until I reached out to Quality Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electric. They came out the same day, assessed the problem, and were able to come back the next day and take care of everything quickly and efficiently. Everyone I spoke to or dealt directly with was incredibly nice and the pricing was incredibly affordable. They will now be my go to for all my heating plumbing and electrical needs.

Called them and they came out same day. We were trying to install a new dishwasher and the plumbing was about 50 years old and needed some new fittings as well.Steve came to our door reasonably quickly, listened to my concerns and after working up the estimates got straight to work on what we needed.Only thing was that with the age of the plumbing, fixing what we needed presented a slew of other problems that seem to cause interference with the water pressure. Steve was so great. He patiently worked on everything until well after quitting time and got to a point where he couldnt proceed without different equipment. He explained everything in great detail and I was comfortable with needing to wait to finish for the next day.He showed up a little earlier than the agreed on time and got straight to work.Just a short time later I could hear the water running full force.Steve was a true and fine angel to get that all sorted out.Despite the problems this was the best plumbing repair service I have experienced ever.Steve was very forthcoming and explained well. He kept me advised every step of the way and in my opinion went well above and beyond great service.This guy deserves a medal and not once did I ever hear any disparaging remarks, tone or attitude.A+++ in my book.Thanks for the great experience.Crystal Moore

I took him around the house showing him where our two thermostats were located and where the inside part of the heat/air systems, and where the vents were for filter checks. My husband got home then, so Ileft them talking about our hot water tank. He said he would present us with a quote on replacing ourhot water tank. He quickly went to work doing what it is they do. Anyway, he was here for 2 and 1/2 hours! He gave us a quote on a new hot water tank. But it is not in our budget at this time. Water heater went out this weekend. Called Quality and the dispatch/contact center was top notch, asked the important and relevant questions. Steven W. with Quality Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was respectful of the property, showed up on time, answered EVERY Question I had without hesitation, provided honest options(i.e. cost of repair vs replacement). I opted to have the tank replaced and despite a difficult room and job Steven finished the replacement from consult to driving off in a couple of hours. Utility room is much better off now. I would highly recommend Quality HCP&E. Technician Scassi was helpful, professional and very kind. Showed me video of the issues he found in one of our AC units and offered different options for repair which he completed on the spot. The call was followed with a confirmation text and a picture and short bio of the technician they were sending (Scassi). I received a text when Scassi was headed our way, and he also called to let me know his ETA. All around great experience with this company.

They notified us ahead of time who would show up for the scheduled maintenance. The associate arrived on time and greeted us cordially. He explained what he was there to do and went right to work. He was doing heating maintenance and tune ups as needed. We have three units and he took photos of each one, showed us what he saw and that everyting looked good at this time. When he was done the maintenance he brought up a service they provide that installs a system that scubs the return air of contaminants, dust, allergens, etc. and what that cost would be to install. We decided to wait at that time but will be doing that in April/May time frame when the dust here in OK gets crazy. He also did a whole house annual inspection hecking for leaks in the faucets and toilet tanks refill for constant water flow. He did a great job and look forward to them returning to do their annual inspection of AC system like they did last year and there were not problems all season long. Sincerely, Bob & Peg
