In short, everyone I met at Mason’s Plumbing were experienced, honest, hard-working and they did a great job replacing my sewer line in a very timely manner. I’ll never use another plumbing company again. The long story, Mason’s was able to get things working again quickly, use their cameras to identify all of the problems, show me their findings, and recommend different options depending on how far I wanted to correct the issue. And then they replaced the line within a day, including fixing several issues at the City’s main line. All at a cost that was a little less than half of what one of the national companies was going to charge. The difference between dealing with the other companies and Mason’s was very clear. Mason’s responded quickly, knew what they were doing, and were honest about the cost and options. Again, I’ll never use anyone other than Mason’s.

I’ve used Mason’s Plumbing on two different occasions now and each time I was so impressed with their services. Techs show up when they say they will show up, they are friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. I had a water heater replaced most recently by Mason’s and the techs left the space clean and tidy. They worked efficiently and were in and out in just a few hours.Highly recommend Mason’s Plumbing.

Mason’s floored me by how quick and helpful they were. My kitchen sink drain literally fell apart as I was trying to reconnect it. I gave them a call and they came right away. The plumber did great, quick work and we are so happy with the results. We will be returning costumers, if we ever need help with a plumbing issue again.

Ive used Masons for several jobs on two different properties. They have always been prompt, courteous, and extremely competent. Work is done when promised, as promised, and so far, always within the quoted estimates. In the latest project, the water line connecting my house to the city water service broke, and in very short order they had a team of people laying a 270 foot water line through largely sandstone using a backhoe and jackhammer, and they had me back online within a day. I was extremely impressed and grateful! You can see in the pictures some of the sandstone they had to remove to get the line in.

I had a great experience with Masons Plumbing. I called because a toilet was not flushing and backed water into the bath tub. As soon as I called the lady who answered the call was very polite, helpful and efficient. She immediately scheduled me with a tech to arrive within a few hours. The tech (Keith) arrived (early actually!) and was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went over the issue with me, then checked out all the toilets and drains. He was very thorough and was able to find the source of the issue. The tech fixed the issue in a timely manner.Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and thoughtfulness that the tech operated with. He wore boot covers in the house and had a tray for any wet parts/pieces. He left zero signs he was even there. (Which is not always the case with contractors/repairmen). To me, it seemed that the company and employees have a genuine desire to make the experience with their company a great one. I will absolutely use Mason’s Plumbing again should the need arise.

We recently purchased a home that needed a lot of work. We had and immediate need for a plumber and contacted Masons to assist us. They were very quick to respond and sent a crew to get our job done. The were very professional and polite and made sure we were happy with their work. They were very knowable and made great recommendations, that were very helpful. The work they completed was done right and I wont hesitate to call them again, if we have any plumbing needs in the future. Their prices are very reasonable and they are an honest family company that really cares for their customers. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good plumber!

Would highly recommend this company. The owner himself even came out to check on things and all the employees on site were very diligent, attentive, and upfront about our problem which ended up being the main line to the house. We called numerous companies in our area who told us it would be weeks before they could even look at it - thankfully I tried this company who was 40 miles away, and I’m glad I did. Cleanup and the closing process was made simple. They went above and beyond

Masons technician just left my residence. He was cordial, polite and very efficient. Two exterior hydrants repaired, replacement of a toilet, including the floor ring and wall shutoff. Fast, accurate and left the house clean with everything operating correctly. Very good experience, job well done.

Have been an incredible resource for what weve needed. Had some contractors in that damaged some more lines. Masons Plumbing came out and got everything dug up and fixed in just a day. It may seem pricey at a per hour rate but theyre very fast and well worth it knowing its done right. Having 100% confidence in the work is worth the price to me.
