    Technician arrived within time window to unclogged the main sewer line of my house. Friendly, quick, efficient & thorough. Will do a more advanced cleaning as a follow-up. All covered by home warranty. Within one hour after the job was done, it rained cats, dogs & small farm animals! Thank God my work was done, or my place would have been a mess!! Very, very pleased with this company!!

    Hot Water Tank went out at Rental Property on a Thursday Night. Submitted a Claim with Dominion (Homeserve). Wiese was out next morning and replaced the tank. Communication was great! Very fast and efficient. I felt the need to post a positive review because after reading all the negative reviews I was very skeptical. The only issue, which wasnt Wieses fault, Homeserve only allows $1000.00 for replacement and Wieses contract is for $1,400.00, so we did have to pay $400 out of pocket which kinda stunk but hey it could have been worse!!!

    6/7/21 Update. My Home Warranty company sent Wiese Plumbing my request for clogged main line and the customer service was much better. The tech arrived within the time frame given and he did an excellent job. BIG THANK YOU to Tyler. Great job explaining the issues and the long term options.2018 Absolute worst customer service. I called at noon to verify they were still coming today. I confirmed I would be home but because I missed their call and called back exactly 29 minutes later they cancelled the appointment. I took an entire day off of work to handle this issue. I waited 4 days for this appointment and still have a small river from my hot water tank to the drain. There is a reason this company has a 2.5 star rating. Youve been warned.

    This was one of the best experiences Ive had with home repair. I put in the request on a Thursday afternoon, and received a call an hour later stating that the technician was in the area and could look at the leaking water heater. That is fast service but I was out of town and couldnt get home. They set up an appointment for Tuesday morning, and the technician said I needed a new tank (which it was totally obvious that i did need one). They scheduled an install appointment on Thursday but I had to reschedule due to unforeseen issues. It was rescheduled for Tuesday and Mark the technician explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions completely. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and represents the company well. The install was painless and he left no mess whatsoever and I couldnt be happier with Mark and Wiese.Editing due to Wiese answering another HSA Home Warranty Service call for me- My bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet handle needed to be held down for 5 seconds while flushing. I placed an online service request and Wiese called me the same day I placed the service request. I placed the request Friday, and they were here on Monday! They not only fixed both of by plumbing issues, they also were very courteous and didnt dirty up my house. They even wiped up after themselves and took my trash out. Thank you Tim and Kevin, and Wiese for always giving me top notch service! Im so sad about all of the negative reviews because I have literally had stellar service every time Wiese has been to my house! Give them a chance everyone :-)

    I needed a water line changed within a very short period of time, the water company has turned the water off due to a bad water line. Wise Plumbing has addresses the situation within a timely manner. Their plumbers Dave and Dave were very professional and very good at communication. I appreciate your work!

    I was leery about this company after reading their reviews, but actually had a great experience. The home warranty company selected this company to repair the furnace at my parents house this week. I was contacted by a nice lady first thing in the morning telling me that someone would arrive 12-4 pm. I received a call at 1pm from Don saying he was on his way. He was very courteous & honest. He explained what was the issue & corrected the problem. Couldnt have sent a nicer man. Im very happy with their service. It seems like most of the negative reviews are plumbing issues. I wouldnt hesitate to call for heating & cooling.

    This is the third company assigned to my claim through my warranty company. From the beginning, Joyce was very pleasant and was able to accommodate my hectic schedule to get someone out to check the issue. Tim came out to my home on time the day of my appointment, found the problem almost immediately and fixed what was wrong. He was polite and professional and explained everything he was doing. Would not hesitate using this company again.

    We were referred to Wiese through AHS for a water heater replacement. I wasnt sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The office was super friendly and helpful on the phone, and worked with my schedule. Water heater installation took exactly as long as we were told, and the plumber kept us in the loop about what was going on (with just the right amount of info--we never got overwhelmed with details). I was grateful that he only turned the water off when necessary, so the installation didnt cause a major disturbance for our household. The basement was left in a clean state after this installation, and the work looks very neat and professional.

    I had Wiese Plumbing out in response to a home warranty claim. Every step in the process was easy. I submitted the claim as non-emergency in the evening and the office called me first thing the next day to set an appointment. They gave me a 3 hour window. Before arriving Tim called me while he was on his way. He was kind and took time to show me what he was doing/had done. He told me to reach out if there were any issues and they would come right back. I highly recommend Tim and Wiese to anybody looking for a plumber who does things right.

    Im a HSA home warranty customer and yesterday morning my hot water tank took a poo.....I called the company and they got me in touch with Wiese Plumbing. I made the phone call to them at 7:15am and they showed up at 8:45am - Eddie was very professional and helped with getting my claim approved by 10:30am....Eddie and Mark were back at noon to replace my hot water tank and was done and gone by 1:30pm. Bother were very nice and friendly and took the time to teach me how to relight my pilot light if it every needs done and explain everything that needed to be done. Thank you to the both of you. I wont hesitate to call them or recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

    Communication with the scheduler was a bit difficult. Our first scheduled date was canceled but rescheduled at my convenience however there was confusion about the arrival time. None the less, Tim and Tyler arrived in the early half of the 4 hour window. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with the blocked drain and tested it several times to make sure it was completely clear. They were knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job.

    Don’t let the receptionist’s attitude fool you. The last two times we’ve used Wiese, the technicians were great. They were patient and understanding of the stress we were under. Most recently, Blake came out, explained what the issue was clearly, worked with us on pricing and explained the problem professionally and thoroughly. He kept us updated when he was running behind due to another job which we felt was courteous and we were grateful for his communication.Seriously, give them a chance, the technicians are always easy to deal with and care about the work they do.

    I dont know about other peoples negative experiences with this company, but I doubt they had the same guy (Tyler) that they sent to my house. Home Shield dispatched Wiese to unclog our kitchen sink. It was a very stubborn grease clog that had been clogged for two weeks. They were actually the second company dispatched. The first company, came out twice and couldnt clear it with various methods. I also tried snaking it and jetting it with a hose and drain nozzle I bought from Amazon to attach to my pressure washer and couldnt clear it. Tyler from Wiese came out. Tyler was really professional with everything. He ended up snaking it methodically, with way more skill than the guy from the other company, making sure the snake cleared the kitchen pipe to the main, versus through the vent, which I think is where the other guy was snaking. Tyler took his time, cleared it properly, cleaned up everything perfectly, and then gave us advice on maintaining the pipes. Solid work, man. Keep it up!!

    Ive used Weise a few times now. Theyre the contractor my Home Warranty Company sends.The techs are likeable and do a good job. We had one minor issue the regarding their most recent work for us, but they went out of their way to resolve it quickly. Dispatcher/Scheduler/Customer Service person Joyce is especially pleasant to work with - Very good at her job.

    Our home warranty had them come out to snake a sewer pipe. Kevin and Tim came out, were both very courteous and professional, and fixed the issue quickly and effectively. They also discovered that some other drains were clogged and went through the trouble of calling the warranty company to add those to the work order to save us money. I am very pleased with the company, and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

    Returned from a family vacation to a house filled with carbon monoxide due to a failed furnace. After temporarily moving out of the house, obtained quotes from 6 local HVAC companies. Wiese offered the best price, a very efficient quote visit and won the job. Due to our situation, installation of the new furnace was scheduled for the next day. The installation & county inspection were broken up into two days. Everything went great. We have a quiet new high efficiency furnace AND peace of mind.The folks involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Communication was great - no surprises! This is now my go to HVAC company. I have already referred family & friends.

    Had wise plumbing redo all the gas lines in my house. Did great work and the price was way less then I expected it to be. This was done on short notice and on a Saturday to help me get my heat back on. He also explained everything he had to do to get the job done right. They also came back and fixed a problem with a gas dryer that wasnt even their problem.

    I was really worried when I noticed the no-show and negative reviews but we heard from Wiese promptly after submitting a request with our home warranty service. The technicians came out during the allotted time and solved our problem quickly.     We used Wiese through our home warranty. The guy who serviced our A/C most recently was great! Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name but he was an older gentleman who had been in the business for quite a long time and had worked for Acme in the past. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience great. We will definitely use Wiese in the future.

    Where do I begin? First of all the repair guys were somewhat late and when they arrived, I had a first impression that these guys were just out of high school. Now I have to eat my thoughts. It was worth every minute I had to wait. Dont judge a book by its cover. Tim and Cory were such a great team and knowledgeable about what they did. I was treated with such respect and they knew within minutes after they started, where the problem existed. They deserve five star and more. Left everything clean and impressed me considerably. I hope to utilize their expertise again in the future.

    These guys also do the hsa home warranty for our home and I will say Joyce first of all gets stuff done. I called her multiple times to get servicing done and she does it without hiccups. The servicemen are super easy going and can explain whatever you need as long as you ask.

    EXTREMELY HAPPY HERE!!! From the moment I called (my hot water tank leaked all over the basement) until the moment they left, they were extremely kind and helpful.     I have Home Serve warranty and I must admit after reading reviews I was sceptical when I was told Wiese would be coming out to clean out our sewer drain. But Im happy to report I didnt have any problem with Wiese! I found Tyler our plumber to be professional and knowledgeable and he did a great job!     I’ve used Wiese for 3 water heaters now and I have had a great experience with them each time. Combined with using HSA, my home warranty company, their service, communication and professionalism has helped me through the water heater replacement without any issues. Tim, the service manager, was responsive to my calls and Eddie, the service technician, did a thorough job with the installation and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

    Came out and diagnosed the problem then ordered parts. They returned the next week and ended up going way out of their way trying to make a repair without having to cut a hole in my ceiling to reach the pipes. This ended up costing an extra day, however, I really appreciated them trying to limit the damage. Once it was determined that couldnt be done they came back out and cut the hole and did the repair. While they are not the most timely company I do believe they cafe about doing a great job. Andy and Jerry were awesome and I would use them again.
