    Brandon was awesome. Very thorough in explanations and helped us with organizing the invoice for our insurance company. He was also friendly and clearly experienced, which is great when you have a sudden plumbing emergency around Christmas. Plumbing 911 is our go-to plumbing company for all our needs and we plan to use them for any additional work in the future.

    After the end of a great Christmas family together at our house and as our guests headed for home, we were left with another wonderful gift NOT. Our toilet, sink, tub as well as the kitchen sink were totally plugged up.Fortunately, we called Plumbing 911. They were able to schedule us in quickly.After determining the lines needed to be hydro-jetted, Nick & Bob went to work. They diligently worked at the issue until everything opened up. What a relief.Nick & Bob did a great job.Both fellows were very knowledgeable and had wonderful personalitiesI would recommend you call Plumbing 911 if you want fast service and a professional job done.

    The experience was great. Rob arrived right on time after calling me ahead of time. He was professional and pleasant and had my pipe repaired and my water back on in a very timely fashion. We enjoyed speaking with him and thought he did a great job. I would recommend Rob for any plumbing needs and I intend to call him again. If something else happens here at my home.

    We had Jeff come out to our property to fix a drainage issue with our plumbing this morning. He was so friendly and helpful! He was quickly able to assess the issue and pinpoint the problem. He was able to fix the issue much quicker than I was expecting(less than 2 hours) and was so polite and courteous while he was here! We also have animals at our property and he was so friendly and courteous with them. We love a fellow cat parent and lover! If we ever have any issues again Jeff would definitely be our first call!

    PLUMBING 911. 10-10-24We want to express our thankfulness for the thorough job that the three men, Jeff, Brandan and Bob, provided in quick response to our needing help. Same day service is unheard of and well received. Times provided and what they promised was fulfilled same day. Thank the Lord for a beautiful day, for there was much to do outside as well as inside.Everything appears to be running freely without leaks indoors which is a blessing being water was backing up and that’s not a comfortable feeling. Plumbing and professionalism was impressive! We won’t know how well the gutters and downspouts run until there are strong downpours. This remains to be seen!Upon completion they put everything back in place without messes.That was all the pros and there is only one con to report and that is, the hydro-turbo flushing of outdoor drains is extremely pricey.All being said, we would call Plumbing 911 again plus recommend as well but question the pricing of the drain cleaning.Most appreciatively,Bill & Jo

    All I can say is wow! Outstanding! I called yesterday and was able to book online. Call came approximately 2 hours later to confirm details. Appointment was scheduled first thing this morning. I was notified that they needed to reschedule which was only 2 hours later. Josh got here and got straight to work. Hour and a half later Job was completed and cleaned up. Amazing job!

    I had a broken pipe and a valve that needed to be replaced and they were able to not only send someone out same day, but within an hour of when I called them!     My experience with Zack was excellent. He came on time and had the expertise to finish the job efficiently because in less than an hour the new hot water tank was up and running in addition to a toilet rebuild. Because of the original tank failure, we thought we would miss our scheduled event, but we had plenty of time to get there and enjoy the show. Thank you.

    I did what my daughter said and hired someone who’s registered with the Better Business Bureau. They did a good job, but they’re Very Very high-priced to the other person that I saw who wasn’t on the Better Business Bureau website. I gave them a 4 out of 5 cause of the high price to fix my sink basket drain!The gentleman who did it seem to know his business, but he wasn’t very friendly. Maybe that’s my fault because I likely them friend. I’m a friendly person,But I won’t be using them again. They need senior discounts.They even advertise 40% off but I do t think I got it!Next time I’ll call Anchor heating, cooling, and plumbing in Rittman!! They do great work!

    Plumbing 911 was a life saver! We had a pinhole leak in a copper line behind the wall in what we only knew was a general area, and Josh came out and was able to diagnose where the leak was coming from (after having to repeatedly crawl in and out of the spooky, spidery crawl space, which in itself probably deserves a raise). He was able to fix it quickly and efficiently, and we had everything back to normal within the span of about 90 minutes. He also arrived earlier than the estimated appointment time, which was greatly appreciated, given the circumstances. Will definitely be using Plumbing 911 again!

    I found Plumbing 911 via google search. We were having a plumbing emergency with our basement drain overflowing. Their 24 hour line had someone answer right away. Said they could have someone out the next morning 8-10. Shane got to our house around 8:45. He was very personable, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He immediately started assessing the problem and offered 3 solutions. We went with the first, knowing if it didn’t work we were going to try option 2 as well. Well option 1 worked! I found their pricing to be extremely fair. The entire process was very simple and stress free. I will definitely call plumbing 911 should I need plumbing services in the future.

    Once again, Plumbing 911 exceeded my expectations. This was my second time using them for a much larger plumbing project! This time, the situation was a bit more intense for me and my wife, and my first call to the lovely lady who answers the phone and makes the arrangements, was kind and understanding. And Josh our plumber they sent, was beyond awesome and understanding!! He committed himself to a large scale project, later then normal in the day, and stayed the duration to make sure all was complete! He worked around some obstacles based on certain family challenges.     Excellent job done by Scott today. He went above and beyond to help with the plumbing needs. I noticed the main valve was leaking so I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed and when Scott arrived and repaired it within seconds it seems, he also noticed water was running and found that there was a hose running outside the house. He was willing to fix it same day as well. Thank you Scott and recommend his service to anyone with plumbing needs.

    These people are amazing. So far I’ve had to call them twice and I was really impressed with company, the service and most of all, the people that work there. I have two different repairmen come over, Rob and Zack, at different times and they were both wonderful. But this review is about Zack. Zack was so kind and knowledgeable and even patient with having to put up with my yapping dog and my many questions. He came over at 9 a.m. and I had a brand new hot water heater installed by 11 a.m. all on the same day I called them! This is a great company with great people and I hope you will consider them for your plumbing issues. You will not regret it.

    Jon Csontos was our technician today at a job in Cuyahoga Falls and I can’t say enough good things about him and Plumbing 911 with the process of working with them from start to finish. They answered my call on a Sunday evening and were available the very next day to come out to help with my rental property. The main drain was backing up into the basement and he suggested we start with snaking the drain. He gave us a 20-30 minute heads up before arriving at the property, which I appreciated. He communicated effectively with us about how much the drain snaking would cost, and told me that if that didn’t solve the issue, we would only be charged half the price. The service call itself was free with no obligation to use the company if I didn’t want to move forward with their services, AND lastly, they have a 30 day warranty for their work and will come out one more time during that period of time if the same issue occurs to perform the service again. Jon was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very easy to work with and I would ask for him again in the future! Thank you for great service! I will be calling again next time I need plumbing.

    I found Plumbing 911 on a refrigerator magnet, of all places ! Zack Divito was prompt, courteous and showed great respect for my home. He quickly cleared the plugged drain but showed me that my 20 year-old toilet was very slow to fill with water and that was probably why I’ve had to plunge it so often lately (mineral deposits from my well water had plugged up the fill openings).     Have an older Moen kitchen faucet that I replaced the cartridge on but it started spurting water out on the 3rd day. Called Plumbing 811 ands Josh came out earlier than scheduled (thank you!) and was able to fix the issue.

    I highly recommend Plumbing 911 and especially their tech Josh C. Josh did an amazing job, communicated well, answered questions, and even had to run out to the store beforehand because our piping wasnt standard-sized. I appreciate how easy it was to book this company and all the great customer service. I know if I have any plumbing needs in the future, I will be calling Plumbing 911 and asking for Josh C. to come out and do it!

    We had a gas leak to our water heater that we discovered at 9:00 pm. We called Plumbing 911, and they had Rob out to our house by the next morning. Rob was quick and efficient, having our original problem fixed and having identified another gas leak and fixed it within an hour. Highly recommend!
