    Just bought a home in may2024 and my water heater broke aug2024. Called blind&sons for an assessment. Travis brown came out and diagnosed the water heater was needing replacement. Mark walter, Karl metzger, and carter were a great plumbing team in replacing my 80gallon water heater. They were efficient and very knowledgeable on any concerns or questions i had. I would use blind&sons again if other issues surface at my home. Excellent work!!

    Blind and Sons, particularly Karl and Jared, were great to work with! Karl came for the initial inspection/consultation on our new home and then returned, along with Jared, to complete the project.We recently purchased and moved into a nearly 100-year old home and needed some leaky faucets and pipes looked at.When Karl came to do the inspection he was incredibly kind, thorough and patient while I worked with my partner to determine how wed move forward as far as the scope of work.Karl wasnt too pushy or sales-y; he quoted us on the work that was needed plus wrote up a project to replace a LOT of pipes and fixtures that doing now would save us time, money (and headache!) in the long run.We ended up going with the full project and appreciate the same-as-cash financing available with Blind and Sons.Karl and Jared came to complete the project and Im beyond impressed. They were kind to me, the kiddos and pups while doing their work- which was done efficiently and professionally.They cleaned up everything, in fact going the extra mile to move the washer and dryer where we needed it to be and ensured working order with all aspects.We signed up for the MVP program and appreciate the integrity of Karl and Jared thru this process.     Isaiah was knowledgeable, very pleasant person, and showed me pictures of my problematic hot water heater. He drained tank, put new elements in, and refilled tank. He gave me estimates on a water softener and installation, and also how much a new water heater would be. I was impressed with his professional behavior and his helpful attitude. I will recommend Blind and Sons to my friends.

    Absolutely love Blind and sons. I’ve had a series of bad luck and have been calling Blind and sons for help. They’re full of true professionals who will explain everything they’re doing to the detail and add advice like once a year visits to keep the machinery updated and working great. They’re local and know how to keep away any awkwardness that involves people coming into your home.Oh and their financial options are super affordable through extended loan periods and discounted rates :)

    Professional from the start. I cant thank the entire team enough. Dustins approach was exactly what was needed to get the ball rolling. Family members were involved and Dustin was an Ace in providing answers to their questions. Scheduling was activated immediately when the OK was given. Jay and Rell orchestrated the most efficient disassembling and installation of the furnace in a reasonable amount of time. They really know their exceptional knowledge of efficient delivery. Very impressive. You can count on and receive the most caring and professional response from Blind& Sons.

    It looks like my reviews are being overwritten with each of my new posts... Over the course of the last couple months I had the pleasure of hiring expert technicians for electrical and plumbing from this company.Ryan E and Mike W - the electrical technicians were incredibly fast and efficient in their work today at my home. They brought my external garage up to code and dug a new electric trench line between my home and exterior garage. Their professional and expertise was very appreciated! Outstanding technicians working for a great company! Highly recommended!!The PlumbingTechnician (Isiah) was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all facets of the work involved in fixing my attached sink in my bar. The price quoted seemed reasonable for the work that will be required. He worked quickly and efficiently. Isaiah is an outstanding plumber that I would highly recommend!All three of these professionals were a pleasure to have working in my home. All extremely courteous and polite.     Kevin, Jason and Jesse showed up on time this morning and worked all day to get my new furnace, A/C and water heater installed. They were very careful not to bang anything into my walls. They needed no help from me and started testing the new units around 3:00. All their tools, boxes and old equipment were removed before 4:00. Kevin showed me my new components and Im very satisfied with the job they did today.

    Cant say enough about Kenny and his team that installed a 2 ton mini split system in my garage. After a miscommunication with sales the system was not as I envisioned when the first team was finished. The team did their jobs and did them well, it was just not what I thought it was going to be. They reported to Kenny immediately that they did not think I was happy with the result.Kenny came out, discussed it with me and problem solved an answer. Kenny, Matt (? hope I got the name right) and Matthew (electrician) worked hard to fabricate the best system for my garage.     I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with the service provided by Blind & Sons. I’ve had experiences with electricians/plumbers/hvac companies in the past and they’ve never been great. A couple months ago, I had water get into the electrical panel at the house and started looking for an electrician. I decided to give Blind & Sons a try and my electrician Mason was outstanding! He was very clear in explaining my options, went out of his way to get the job done as soon as possible (even with holidays quickly approaching, and worked so cleanly you couldn’t even tell he had been there. Just this past weekend, our furnace unexpectedly quit. Blind & Sons sent out Jordan first thing Monday morning knowing that we were without heat. Jordan was very helpful and understanding and clearly explained our options for a furnace replacement. He quickly called and scheduled the install for first thing the next morning. Right on schedule, Jay showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly got to work explaining how the install would happen. He worked hard to cover our floors in order to keep a clean work area. Jay and Colton did a great job installing the new furnace and took less time than they estimated which only got our heat on sooner. Everyone at Blind has been incredibly professional and helpful so I know I don’t even have to hesitate to call them when I need work done. I already know I have some plumbing work coming up soon and I am confident Blind & Sons will get the job done right.

    William Smoot came out to our house to give us a 2nd opinion (for FREE) on our AC unit not being able to keep our house cool at all. Our initial quote through another company was ($1800) which is insanely high. He came in, turned our AC unit on, checked the filter (it was dirty, removed it) went outside to handle his testing and it was already 18 degrees cooler he said. A simple easy fix, of replacing a filter saved us $1800 dollars. Because of his experience, and professionalism, we now have air conditioning again, saved a bunch of money, and I even signed up to do the next two check ins, one for the furnace and one for the ac the following season. Worth it after he explained what it all entailed. I completely recommend this company and especially this guy. Thank you helping us!

    Michael Vansise did a great job as our technician, getting our A/C back and working. He identified the problem quickly and fixed the issue promptly. In regard to the business, pricing could be a little more fair, I know some very nice margin was made on the quick visit and servicing we had at our home today. I am happy though to have scheduled online, been easily scheduled, and the problem resolved.

    We had a new down-flow furnace with Air scrubber and whole house air purifier installed into a central closet. Our home is a single story ranch built on a slab, so to be completely fair, it isnt the most ideal for HVAC renovations.The consultation was fine; however the salesman made several errors in selecting the correct equipment even after consultation with the office (or whomever he called). Some of the issues were understandable, such as the humidifier wouldnt fit furle to the size of the plenum aftet it was specially fabricated; but selecting the wrong size furnace even after measuring was in acceptable.The initial install was terrible. The crew was on time and cordial, no issue there; but they seemed more concerned about getting done and and finding reasons why equipment wouldnt fit or work. A few shortcuts were taken (not adequately sealing the unit) and one code violation was observed (stack outlet sitting directly on roof without 12 minimum rise).One installer drilled down from the attic, 27 from wall, to run a condensate to a wall mount laundry sink in my laundry room. A second hole was randomly drilled 16 from the wall before I personally drilled and ran a fish tap from below in less than 2 minutes. Im still at a loss for words.All that said, after a few phone calls, the service manager and install manager personally came out ad agreed that the install was terrible. Long story short, the install manager personal supervised the reinstall (about 2 weeks later) and everything was replaced and sealed properly. The end result is exceptional. Everything looks professionally done and all the equipment that couldnt be installed the first time is now in place.In the end, Im totally happy even though it took longer than it should have. The fact that Blind&Sons made it right speaks to their commitment to service. I recommend a thorough overview of the install between the installer and the customer take place when the install team arrives. I believe this would have mitigated many if the issues and managed the installers expectation of an easy day. I was up front about all the issues and concerns I had with the installation and I think they underestimated it. I didnt choose their job, if they were overwhelmed stop and get someone who knows, dont try and slap something together.I would definitely use Blind&Sons again, but Id do your homework beforehand to know what your getting and hold them accountable. I also ask the company to square away the first team.

    Hershel did a complete diagnostic on my older furnace, but since it didn’t malfunction during any of the diagnostics he didn’t recommend any repairs. Being well used over the furnace’s life time. It was installed in 2003. He did notice a few parts the were worn, but still serviceable, that we should be aware of for the future. His recommendation was to replace the filter more often, and start thinking about a replacement, as this one was reaching the end of its intended service life. No pushy sales talk, seemingly random part replacements, or vague explanations, like I’ve seen from other companies. Just good advice.

    This was my first time working with Blind & Sons, and I couldnt be happier. When my furnace died last week, they were able to send Chet, a Service Tech, out the same day for a diagnosis. Chets work was excellent, but due mainly to the age of the furnace, I opted to look into a new system rather than repair the existing one. I had a great meeting with Comfort Consultant Dave just two business days after the furnace died, and had the new equipment--including a completely new heat pump setup--installed by Josh, Colton, and Isaac, with some electrical help from Austin, just two days after that. Like my previous experiences, Josh and crew were completely professional, conscientious, and answered all of my questions. Its great to have heat again, but to be able to get the work done that quickly is simply amazing (and greatly appreciated...no heat in December is not fun)! I will definitely be returning to Blind & Sons for any future electrical, plumbing, or HVAC needs, and can recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of similar services.     After waiting for another HVAC company to call me back, and my house inside getting down to 52 degrees, I called Blind & Sons, and they sent someone over in less than an hour.Daniel was great.
