    We were having tankless water heater troubles and got a quote from someone else that seemed high. Performance came out and did the job for half of what was quoted by the other guy. They came out same day to look at it and showed up the next day with all parts needed and finished the job within a few hours. Jon is fantastic - highly recommend to anyone.

    Performance Plumbing is the best plumbing company, and I have had several in my home. Very prompt response. And when they came out to give me the quote and I accepted, they got right to work. They were very courteous and friendly. Even joked around with me. They installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets in just a few hours. I will definitely be calling them again.

    I called in the morning with a leak in my water pressure regulator. Sent in a few pictures. Within 20 minutes they booked by an appointment that afternoon. Prior to the appt, they provided me with a quote to fix the regulator and a few options to upgrade it. Jon was right on time. He explained the different options to repair the part (replace builder grade regulator or upgrade to dual value). While he was there he noted the builder grade (cheap) shut off value to the water heater. During the regulator fix, he upgraded the shut off value at no extra charge. My system was almost 11 years old. He did a few other fixes while he was there with minimal increase in cost . Each time he explain why and the value of considering the fix. After he left, the water pressure in the house was noticeable better. Excellent Job!!!!

    I contacted Performance Plumbing to repair a leak in the wall of a bathroom. They were able to come out the next day. Garrett and Brigham were very professional and thorough in their inspection and explanation of the problem. They were able to locate and repair the leak in a timely manner and at a fair price. I recommend Performance Plumbing for any issue you may have.

    5 stars doesnt seem like enough stars to give Performance Plumbing. Everything went perfectly during the time they were at our home to fix a problem at the bathtub. Their office called in advance to let us know when to expect the plumber. He arrived on time with everything he needed to remedy the problem. In short order the problem was fixed and everything was left as it was found. Garrett was so friendly our dog wanted to go home with him. We would use Performance again without a bit of hesitation.

    I’ve used Jon and his team on two different occasions in the past month. The first was on a Monday morning when our water was shut off by the city due to a possible water leak. Performance Plumbing rearranged their schedule that day to come and locate and repair our leak. So when our tankless water heater threw an error code a couple of weeks after that, I did not hesitate to call Performance again to help out again. They are professional, courteous, informative and their rates are competitive. They are our go-to plumbers from here on out!

    Josh showed up at the house exactly when he said he would. He spent time checking everything out to find out the exact problem and fix.     Called on Wednesday, they were here first thing Thursday morning.Technician found that my guest bathroom toilet was leaking from the fill valve. Replaced valve. Problem eliminated. Vey polite and professional. Highly recommend this company !

    Jon MacKenzie is outstanding. I have a Navien tankless Hot Water heater. It was installed new by our builder in 2017. We have had problems from the start. The promise of instant hot water as a result of paying extra for a recirculation pump NEVER worked. Also, the water would turn cold while showering and not have the correct pressure, etc from time to time. Three different plumbers over the last six years have been here. We had facet cartridges replaced, the heater motherboard replaced, flushed, etc. But still the recirculation pump did not work therefore no instant hot water. And, each time the problem of cold water would come back. And, never the correct water pressure.Jon is a tier 3 Navien technician. He found the issue, one of which the unit was not set up correctly during installation. He also found a bad part leading to the recirculation system. He temporarily fixed it while waiting on a part to come in. During that time we had more water pressure and the water was the hottest it has ever been.Yesterday he replaced the part and flushed the system. We now have instant hot water within 6 seconds, and, we have good water pressure, and the water stays hot.In addition, Jon found areas of the water heater never cleaned out during past flushes. Wow!!Jon and Performance Plumbing is our Go-To Plumber from today moving forward.Do yourself a favor, just call Performance and get it handled correctly the first time.

Firstly, they’re a locally owned business, and secondly their technician was willing to spend time on the phone with me to explain the various options for our plumbing needs right from the first call.     A few weeks ago I had Performance Plumbing come to my house to fix a leaking faucet. When the tech walked past my water heater he pointed out how old it was (16 years) and said it could start leaking any time and I should consider replacing it. I’m traveling to Michigan for holidays and did not want to worry about. I called to them to replace it and two days after I called them it began to leak. Having the tech point out the age of the heater saved me a ton of grief. The techs were prompt, courteous and efficient. Would gladly recommend them.

    Phenomenal company. My sump pump decided it had had enough this morning. Called the folks here, explained my issue and gave them some information on the pump. They gave me an ETA, tech showed up right on time and had already picked up a new pump on his way. He verified that my old one was in fact bad, installed the new one, tested it, and had it all wrapped up in an extremely timely manner. Tech was very professional and polite. Could not be happier with my experience. I would beyond highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. They certainly have my business from now on!

    My home had its water supply line broken near the CCSWA meter. It wasnt a small leak. The water needed to be shut off. We were faced with the possibility of having no water for an entire weekend. My wife and I called several plumbing companies including one that claims of providing emergency service on TV. I understand they were all busy with other appointments, but this was certainly an emergency.The earliest appointments available were Monday or Tuesday. Performance Plumbing called back later, empathized with our situation, and Jon came out the same day. He got to work immediately, dug a hole about two feet from the meter box, found a bad compression fitting and began to repair it. As he worked, we talked. I found him to be very gracious and I discovered it was day off, but he understood our situation and decided to help. He also shared that he and his company went to Texas during its deep freeze this year to help those in need. In the end, the price was very reasonable, and for those concerned with COVID, he wore a mask the entire time. I am extremely grateful to Jon and his company. They are new my go-to plumbing company!

    The team provided excellent work roughing in the plumbing for my for basement bathroom. It included sump pump, a double shower, sinks, tub, and water closet. They did the final install for the double vanity, tub, and all shower fixtures. In addition, installed kitchen sink, dishwasher, and rerouted waterline. Highly recommend the team at Performance plumbing!

    I have hired professional pluming to install my whole water filter system, they did an amazing job with installations, I had leakage of water from water filter twice and they came to fix it with in 30 mins on weekend’s and did not charge a penny.
