    Tony came out and did the installation of my water heater today. He was extremely nice. He was also very good at explaining everything to me. The work he did was immaculate. It looks really, really good. He was very thorough, very professional, and very personable as well. One thing I will say is that I will be highly recommending Heritage Plumbing Services to anybody who needs a plumber.

    This TEAM is made up of honest hard working people! I cannot be more thankful. I had a quote from a different company that wanted to replace up to $1900 in repairs to my water heater and bathrooms. ( they said it would take 4 hours to complete the job) I had them turn off all water to my house. Heritage came out the next day on a Saturday morning and did the work in about a hour for $535. I truly appreciate everything they did and their honesty. I needed 2 parts a tpv valve and a expansion tank replacement. Tony is a very hard worker. Victor is a great manager who told me on the phone what his prices would be compared to the first guy. Tony decided to test drive the tpv valve before anything else to see if it would resolve the issue.You will be my go to plumbers for now on!! I will be forever grateful. I will definitely be referring you and your company. You are super stars and have my customer loyalty for life!

    Question or Comment: I just wanted to take a second and call out as an AAR how good Victor and his colleague was yesterday at our home. We have a bunch of other stressful things going on unrelated but having a leak under our slab was not something we needed to add to the list. Having a commitment to doing things the right way and being so professional, they wanted to make sure they put back our ice machine correctly - then they noticed the leak. Turns out (thank God) it wasnt coming from the line up from the slab but from the hose connected to the ice machine. Not only did they identify that, they replaced the hose, reinstalled a new hose and connected us with a great Company to remediate the water damage that was local (and they were great - being here the next day). I have shared their information with all my neighbors and would recommend them to anyone needing a great company to handle their pluming needs.

    Victor and Tony from Heritage came out to fix a leak in a concrete slab under the home. Not only did they do a great job on short notice and in pretty much of a crisis situation, but it was at a very reasonable cost. Victor and Tony were personable, knowledgeable, and very reassuring about the whole situation. They stayed late into Friday evening (8 pm) to make sure that water would be flowing ASAP for the weekend. Its hard to argue with that sort of service, especially at the cost.

    We had such a great experience with Tommy & Heritage Plumbing! He helped with installing a grease trap line and installing a water heater, as well as getting a hand sink and mop sink installed all the grease trap line. He is very communicative and informed us of proper protocol to be able to pass for the Health Department. The overall project was also quick and efficient. He was also very nice and helpful. If in future instances, we may have some type of plumbing issues, Iā€™ll be sure to contact Heritage Plumbing again! Nothing like the people at Armor Plumbing & Underground, which was who contacted first. They were so communicative and were dismissive and it was complete 180 experience with Tommy & Heritage Plumbing! Would recommend :)

    I have used Heritage twice in the past few years. They are great! I had to use them to replace a frost free spigot on my property that a different plumbing company installed a few years ago.     Heritage Plumbing was nothing short of amazing! My insta hot water starter went on a Fridayā€¦. SHOCKER! Called them in a panic and they were out immediately, went WELL OVER the their duty and had my hot water running again by Saturday until my new piece came in on Monday!     This is SERIOUSLY a top notch company! I originally called them to discuss installing a new gas line, Lindsey in the office was GREAT to work with and even did a courtesy follow up call to ensure I would still be available for my appointment. Then for the appointment, Victor and Tony were top notch! During the install they discovered a leak in my shower and were prompt to fix it right on the spot. I cannot recommend them or this company enough.

    Our family recently bought a log cabin where the water filter system and water heater were at the stage of replacement.     Heritage Plumbing is our go-to business to call when we have any plumbing issues and we have used them several times. Each time they are professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They persevere until they find the problem. Yesterday I had an issue with the water heater (no hot water, cold showers!) and called to get on the schedule. Lindsey got us on the schedule for the next day, the earliest slot available, which was fine with me. But then Dylan called to walk me through some things to check right away.     Everyone from Heritage Plumbing was amazing. I had tree roots that grew into my septic pipe and figured I could fix it myself, hours after digging and cutting through tree roots I was defeated. I called Heritage and they were able to send out Dylan the same day. He was great, he continued digging, found the pipe and was able to get it cut out and replaced the section where the roots grew into. Heritage Plumbing did a great job, Iā€™ll be recommending them to everyone I know and they will be the first call for all future plumbing needs!

    Were giving our bathrooms a well-deserved facelift and wanted to have 3 faucets replaced. Finding a reputable plumber who was also affordable turned out to be a bit of a challenge, but Heritage came highly recommended by a family member so we reached out to them. Besides receiving a competitive estimate, the reviews we read online were also very helpful so we decided to hire them. Victor and John came out and did a fabulous job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and took care not to damage anything while they were working (this last point is mentioned because not all contractors are this respectful, unfortunately). In addition to replacing the faucets, they pointed out a couple of other potential issues which we decided to have repaired. Their work was excellent and we will not hesitate to hire Heritage again whenever we need plumbing work done.

    I am late writing this review, but wanted to make sure I did it. We contacted Heritage back in July for a second opinion because we had another plumbing company come out before who told us there was nothing that they could do about our very noisy pipes in a home we purchased in June. Dylan and Mic came out, analyzed the situation and made suggestions on how they could make it better. Pipes in our basement were replaced, and they stayed until everything was checked.     We could not be happier with our new tankless hot water system! We had 9 people stay in our home and of course everyone wanted to take showers first thing in the morning - we ALL had HOT water! Plus, I then ran the dishwasher for breakfast dishes and the washing machine for all the towels. I LOVE this system! As for Heritage Plumbing, they could not have been nicer in installing and explaining it to me. They were quick and efficient and it may not mean much to some but they actually cleaned up the mess and left it looking better than it started out.     This is the first review I have written. Felt like it was important as I have called several plumbing companies in my area and they were all too busy to return the call or I didnt find them friendly or easy to work with. I had two toilets that I needed replaced. Lindsey was the first encounter and she was warm and friendly and was very good at explaining what would happen and it went as she had indicated. Victor (who is just great at his job) he was knowledgeable he was friendly. But what made him great was that I had an undermount sink that I did everything but beg him to install he did take some time and looked at it and said he just didnt have the tools needed and felt that it was just not in his wheel house. Which I appreciated his honesty. However, he went a step above and called around and found someone in my area that could do it. I felt that it was unnecessary but it was greatly appreciated as I just wasnt sure who to call. As you can tell, the entire experience was great, my toilets look great and if you have any plumbing needs I can highly recommend.

    Had an emergency water leak, late in the evening, got a same day appointment, ( really after closing).     UPDATE - 4/6/2021: Heritage Plumbing (John) came back to our house to install a new dishwasher for us. We called them because the big brand name plumbing companies in town were charging obscene amounts to simply install a new dishwasher for us. As usual, Heritage was fair and reasonable - even with the trip charge from Ballground - and perfomed the task with exceptional friendliness and professionalism. If you need ANY plumbing service, I assure you Heritage is the right choice.We have a Navien tankless water heater in our home. It is 2 1/2 years old and started acting up, inconsistent or no hot water in our master shower. The team at Heritage Plumbing was able to diagnose the issue and work with Navien technicians to solve our problem. I can say, without a doubt, the Heritage Plumbing team went far and above what would be considered customary service. They pride themselves on customer service and it showed in our experience with them. Not only would I recommend them to my neighbors and friends, but they certainly have a customer for life in us.

    Old water heater went out and made a mess. Left us in a bind. Made a few calls and Heritage got back to us asap. They shifted their schedule to assist us. We needed a new water heater asap. Father and son came over. They were organized, polite, prompt, conscientious, and meticulous. We were in a bad spot and Tommy and his son definitely took some of the stress from our shoulders.     This was one of the absolute best experiences Ive had with any type of repair for my home. I had another company out to take a look at why we had low water pressure and no hot water. They increased the pressure to the house and increased the temperature of the water. We still had issues. Toilets, tubs, weve called on these folks a number of times. In my mind, these are the people you can trust and there is no competition.     I was notified by the water company of a major leak (my 3rd in 6 years) in my water line, right in the middle of the rains from hurricane Irma.     Heritage Plumbing and the owner, Tommy Phillips proved to me that True Professionalism and High Quality Craftmanship is still alive and well. He and his two Tehnicians performed a minor miracle with what was a big Septic Line problem. They had to move a 7-seat hot tub, cut thru & remove a 2x10 section of concrete patio, dig up about 30 of inlet and outlet 4 pipe, lower both ends of pipe 2-3, fill back in all dirt, mix-pour-smooth new concrete, re-set the Hot Tub, smooth out the yard (even re-planted two mature shrubs) and did ALL this in 7 hours ..... FLAWLESSLY !!! I could not be more of a Raving Fan!!! They get a 20 on a scale of 10!!!!

    10/10 - cannot recommend these guys enough!!!!! Had a terrible smell coming in from my bathroom, called them Thursday and they were out here Fridayā€¦the VERY NEXT DAY. Literally less than 24 hours it took for them to schedule me in and completely fix our issue. Clear communication from the start, quick, professional, and reliable. I actually found them through Facebook because everyone and their moms were recommending these guys. If that doesnā€™t tell you how great they are, then this review should.     So very pleased with Heritage Plumbing. Iā€™ve seen their logo for years, and now that my husband and I are in our first home and needing a plumber for multiple things, they came to mind. I can honestly say they live up to the great reviews. First of all fair prices, which meant a lot to us, but Vic was also very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a great job with the tasks at hand. Iā€™ve found it so hard to find even professionals that you can trust right now. I would definitely recommend Heritage Plumbing, and will be using them again.

    We love Heritage Plumbing! I attempted a bathtub faucet repair and failed. Heritage came quickly and had the repair done in less than an hour. My technician was also able to tell me why I had low water pressure upon a quick inspection. These guys know their stuff! They are friendly, professional, expert, thorough, and it is evident that they care deeply about doing a great job. They are the only plumber we will use!

    I was very happy with the service I received from Heritage Plumbing starting from the first call I made to the work being done. Lindsey was very helpful on the phone with identifying the best plan of action for the pipe damage I was dealing with after a tree fell over where my sewer lines run to my septic tank. Scheduling was a breeze and they had availability within two days of me calling due to my case not being an emergency. There was constant communication with the company updating me on their arrival at my house as well as what they found and their plan of action for repair. Dylan and Victor were professional in their work and they completely replaced the whole pipe line in a few short hours. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and experience in their recommendation to replace the whole line rather than just where the leaks were to have a longer lasting solution! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

    It was time to replace our water heater so I gave Heritage a call. They had helped me with another issue before and did an excellent job so I knew I could trust them. Tommy worked with me to figure out what I needed and the price was in line. Dylan and Vic came out to do the install. I canā€™t say enough about the excellent service they provided. They treated the install as if it was for their own homes. They were friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and the finished product looks amazing. Heritage cares about the customer and they understand the meaning of customer service from start to finish. Itā€™s a great feeling knowing you can count on a service provider to do a solid job. No question who my plumber is as long as I live in this area.

    Have had Heritage Plumbing do some Punch List work on our new house (new construction) and most recently had them come out for warranty work on our hot water heater. These guys are great, they are punctual, professional, super nice, and kept us in the loop when they had to change our appointment for other pressing work.     WOW ... got the estimate to replace my 14 year old water heater on Wednesday and got it installed on Friday. I had no issues with it but since it is located in my attic I decided to be proactive before it busted. And Heritage was almost $250 less than the other bid I got. It was like having family do the work. They are knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy and clean up everything before they leave. I would recommend this company to anyone. Call them for any plumbing issue ... youll be happy you did! Thanks Tommy and Vic for the great job and Merry Christmas. Ill need to stop by the office with some Christmas goodies in December.

    I called at 5 pm Tommy returned the call promptly. After I discussed the problem he came out and told us what the problem was and how to repair. Because our home is still under warranty and he didnā€™t have the part on his truck. He said we would be better off if we let the original plumber come out at the beginning of the week. Or he could rework the pipe and repair. We decided to let the warranty work. I asked him for the bill and he told us nothing because he really hadnā€™t done anything. I said you came out and should be paid for his time. He refused.This was the most pleasant call I have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable and professional.
