    You wont find a better plumbing company than Hey Dude Plumbing. The name threw me a curve, but I decided to call Michael at Hey Dude Plumbing, and he was amazing with his honesty and fair prices. Rheem water heating corporation uses them as one of their 5 star contractors, who must meet strict professional standards of service, and then I read 200 plus other google reviews, and not one complaint, which is rare to see so many postive 5 star reviews. They are an excellent plumbing company. They were very easy to contact by phone, and they returned my phone calls very quickly. No issues with them at all. I use them for all my plumbing needs; they are professional through and through. Im not affiliiated with them , just an old retired Navy vet who feels they deserve high praise for their hard work and honesty.

    My pressure valve failed wide open on Sunday at 3pm of all times. I called two plumbing companies that said open 24/7. The first one told they would have someone call me tomorrow to make an appointment, never got beyond the automated answering service on the second. Called hey dude and they answered right away. I was told someone would be out by 6. They were here by at 4 and Jeremy did a great job and got it done quick. It cost a bit more being a Sunday but I expected that and it was well worth it.

To make a long story short, I ran into them and told them about a stubborn tub clog that I snaked three times through the drain and couldnt clear no matter what I did.     We had an urgent plumbing issue and after seeing the reviews for Hey Dude Plumbing we thought we would give them a try. There was a bit of a communication issue regarding what my husband had already done and what we needed, but the technician John who came out was great!!! He listened to the issue, understood, spoke to my husband on the phone, did his best to reassure me ( who was freaking out, never having had an issue like this before) rectified the situation, and got the Hydro Jet team out here as quickly as possible so we did not have to wait another day; especially, since we had flooding issues. I appreciated how quickly they worked to get our miscommunication rectified and how they managed to get our plumbing issue fixed without more flooding damage occurring.     I found Hey Dude Plumbing on the thumb tack app for a problem I had with my toilet..So Micheal Kenady came out and evaluated the problem and gave me options,Which most companies don’t do..Either he can repair the toilet or for a a few extra bucks more he can replace it…So it was replaced ,Job was quick and easy.,But the reason why I’m leaving this review is My tankless water heater stopped working today 12/23/22..And while my wife was calling every googled searched plumbing company..I texted Micheal K. If he was familiar with the unit it and he replied with in 10 mins and said yes but his on call tech won’t be able to come out because of an injury..But check this..He asked me for the model number .And sent me videos trouble shooting the the problem..But since the only thing close to me plumbing is playing Mario brothers , I was just gonna wait until the morning to try and find someone.But about 30mins later he texted to follow up and basically reassured that was the issue,I filled the video and “Boom”! Hot water was back running. “Hey Dude Plumbing” for the win!!!!!!!
