Andy from Flow Rite Plumbing is a true professional. He figured out immediately what the issue is with our main sewer line that another plumbing service could not identify. We had bundles and bundles of thick roots that caused a blockage deep in our main sewer line and Andy cleared it out with ease. He is very knowledgeable and very meticulous with his work. He will definitely be our go to plumber from now on. Thank you to Andy and Flow Rite Plumbing! -

Spoke with Andy on the phone a few days before the job to get a price quote. On the day of service, Andy showed up earlier than expected, and was meticulous in diagnosing my washer drainage issues. He suggested a few different methods of attack, and explained the process in detail. The price he quoted was the price I paid. All worth it. Licensed and local. Highly professional and punctual. Will be my first plumber call when the next need arises. Thank you, Andy! It was a delight meeting you today!12/24/2023 UPDATE - Well, the next need arose! Called Andy and set up a meeting for him to see my new hot water line issue, and he quoted me a price. Came over a few days later and took care of the issue in an hour or so. As always, he was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in fixing my toilet problem, while showing great respect for my home. Andy worked me into his already busy schedule so that I wouldnt have any water damage nor an inflated water bill. He is a pleasure to work with and I am sure Ill use his services againI used Flow Rite for a leaking outside pipe. Andy diagnosed and fixed the problem effectively and quickly. Had a problem with my house plumbing and had to find a plumber. Never having to need one I was worried about the possibility of hiting the wrong one. Based on reviews from other people in our area we called Flow Rite Plumbing services. They sent out one of their employees Andy Smith. The moment he arrived, he was early and very professional. To make a ling story short, the problem was solved within an hour and the price was fair. I highly recommend this company and if given a choice ask for Andy. -

Had to replace an expansion tank that required additional effort due to its location. Andy arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation, quoted me a price that was beyond reasonable and completed the job in a timely manner. He even completed some additional work at no cost, (cleaned the inside of the furnace) just because it was bothering him that a furnace cold be so dirty. Andy enjoys the work and takes pride in his job! -
