    I called Justin this morning about a leaking shower knob, thinking it was going to be a major and expensive fix. He came to our house within a short time to diagnose the problem. He told me what it was, went out for the parts, then back and fixed it in no time. He priced the work very reasonably. He will be my first call from now on, as he is a very friendly and honest business man.

    Last night I called Justin (in a semi freak out which really wasn’t that bad) to come to my home and fix a continuous running water issue I caused. It was late at night and he tried giving me directions over the phone and FaceTime to show me how to turn the water to my house off but of course I couldn’t find the valve so he came to my house and was here within ten minutes. He turned the water off, evaluated the problem and let me know it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I thought it was. He said he could fix the issue right then and there but it being an emergency call it would cost more, OR he could come back in the morning and it would save me a lot more, but either way he would get the job done but he was just looking out for our best interests. We said we had an appraiser coming to our home at 9am and he said he could get the parts he needed at 630am and be here at 7 and be done within hour. And sure enough he was. He was punctual, professional and communicative the whole process. He got the job done in 45 minutes and we were good to go. Justin really came in clutch for us and we couldn’t appreciate him more for coming out so late and coming back so early in the morning. Definitely calling him for all my future jobs!! Thank you Justin, you got a forever customer here.OH! And he was MORE than reasonable with his pricing, even with the late night emergency call. He had our best interests in mind over making a quick buck.

    Josh called back in a timely manner. He gave a quote on a picture I sent him. We scheduled a date and time. When he arrived the Josh was able to evaluate our situation better.     We were having a leak issue with our camper and Justin was amazing. Kept in contact with us, keeping us posted on when we could expect him. He was able to come the same day because he happen to have time that day. He was able to fix issue same day and we didn’t have to postpone our camping trip. I appreciate the expertise he provided and explanation as to what happened and how to be aware should the issue happen again. We have had no problems since then. Thanks again!
