    Andy from AC medics was fantastic. We had our AC and handler annually serviced and he was so thorough. He is the only person that has taken unit apart, vacuum and washed out! He changed filters and checked all thermostats for a very reasonable price. Will use them again and definitely recommend. Roman in the office, scheduled apt and kept us updated on Andy’s time of arrival and followed up after. Great customer service!

    This was our 6 month checkout and just before turning on the heat for winter. The technician arrived on time. He reviewed what was to be checked according to our contract. After completing the tasks he reviewed the results and answered our questions. He was very efficient and polite. We appreciated that all the filters were replaced.

    The team arrived right on time after notifying us they were on the way. Everything was expertly done; they explained in detail their procedures and results. Cleanup was amazing, they managed to enter and exit the attic without disturbing any insulation into the living space. Great job!!

    Alex Munoz from AC Medics was outstanding! We came home on a Friday afternoon to find our hot water heater gushing water-Alex got there as soon as he could, found the problem, left to get a new part, installed it and even returned again to make sure he had turned the temperature back up. He was polite, kind and professional! I would recommend him to everyone I know!

    Very pleased with Gabriel and Andy coming to my home to service the A/C, furnace, and water heater, but Im regretfully deducting one star for the office staff. I paid for three years of service in advance, and the invoice clearly stated that I will pay extra, upon completion of the work, for a dryer-vent cleanout in the spring and a tankless water-heater flush in the fall. When Gabriel showed up the first time for the fall visit, he did not know about the water heater service. Thats something the office staff should have let him know about. Anyway, he came back a few days with Andy for a second visit to service our water heater, and they both did a fine job. Looking forward to seeing them again next time.

    The service was great, professional, timely, and thorough. Romeo communicated regarding the technician date and time as well as a follow up call. post service and was very professional.     When reading this review you have to consider that this business recently changed ownership. I signed-up in 2023 with the previous owners staff to have a yearly maintenance contract in place for 2024. I knew that the price for the annual contract increased but it did last year too so this is no surprise. I expected similar activities to take place and notes passed on by me regarding my account/equipment to the new owner and technicians. I believe the same cleaning of the external unit took place and voltage checks took place on the whole house system as written on the completed invoice. I was not sure the exact activity was performed in this regard on the mini-split system to prepare it for the summer season. I requested mini-split service in addition to the whole house system prior to the day of service and was willing to pay for this service. The mini-split system is used in my garage periodically through the summer months. There was very little mentioned of the mini-split maintenance by the technician other than suggesting a surge protection device be added to it. It should have been noted that I have a whole house surge protection system at the circuit breaker panel when the home was built in 2020. Most homes in my community have this protection. I will assume it will be noted in any future maintenance work performed. I really liked the automation built in to the delivery of the finished work invoice sent to me via EMAIL but it lacked detail that was included in the previous owners report/invoice that was handed to me in paper form. It may have been missing going forward because most home owners do not use it but it does supply critical historical information should the system fail in the current year. I can supply the example of the additional detail to the new business owner on request. Update on 10/14/2024..... I had my appointment from 8 to 10 AM today. Romeo called before 8 AM to let me know the technician would be late due to previous work on another job. Gabriel arrived after 10:30 AM. He started with the furnace in the attic. He then helped me replace my filters in the ceiling. This saved me time. He moved on to the flush of my tank-less water heater as it was due after the last one 18 months ago. He finished right before 12:30 PM. Im waiting for my receipt to be mailed to me.

    AC medics quickly responded to helping me with my situation, a burned up AC motor In 110° weather. They had the part on hand and were able to immediately replace it. Very friendly and professional staff. No hidden surprises. I feel very fortunate to have found them.

    AC Medics are Incredibly professional and friendly. It was a105 degree day and they had to spend the majority of it in the attic, but Gabriel and his team worked tirelessly and continually to make sure our new air conditioner was installed by day’s end.     I was in a bind as I arrived at my home in AZ and the A/C wasnt working and it was 91 degrees inside the home. These folks understood my dilemma and arrived at my house within 90 minutes, at 6:30pm no less (i.e. they helped after hours without hesitation). The A/C is great now, the work was excellent, the service phenomenal and the price very fair (especially considering the service!).

    Great company. Needed a tech to fix the heater in the middle of winter and they were able to send a tech out asap. Cesar diagnoses and fixed it within one visit. Highly recommend the company due to honest works!! Did not try to sell me more than what is needed. I’m glad I’ve found them and know who to call for maintenance service since AZ temp is rising up now.
