I always love it when I get a real person on the phone immediately, she was helpful and sent a technician out with in a 2-hour time frame on a weekend. A weekend!! The technician Jeff was very professional, explained everything, made sure we diagnosed the issue correctly and the price was fair. Very professional and I highly recommend!

We were so fortunate that I found Cactus! Sunday our AC went down! Yikes! I called one company that were had been working with and they told me they couldn’t come until Thursday. Triple digits outside and Thursday. That wasn’t going to work. I called Cactus and they sent Junior within an hour. He found our compressor out. So he fixed it up so we could use the AC until we got a new system. Monday I called their office and they said it would be Wednesday or Thursday but they were working the schedule. They showed up on Tuesday! Amazing. John installed the new unit, showed us how to work it and we were set! Ahhhh Cool again!Kristin at the office was helpful, Junior and John awesome! We are very pleased with their services.

Eric from Cactus Plumbing was a huge help to me and my family when we had our plumbing emergency over the weekend! Sewage had backed up into our showers, filling them with poop and pee, and our toilets couldnt flush anymore. Cactus was one of the few companies who would even come the same day. And they were hundreds cheaper than the next cheapest option!Eric was a fantastic worker too. He was quick, clean, and super helpful. He took time to explain what he was doing, how he was doing it, and what his results meant. Unfortunately our problem was too big for Cactus Plumbing to fix. But, thanks to Eric, I felt confidant in the steps he took to try and fix our blockage and in starting an insurance claims process to replace the badly damaged pipes.

I live in a 60s townhouse that has a chiller instead of central air, and it was almost impossible to find someone who was able to service it. Even though it was late at night, Trevor responded to my call within an hour and was out doing repairs next day. He got me on a reasonably priced servicing plan and now I have peace of mind that I’ll be getting regular maintenance and avoiding any future catastrophes. I’m very glad I’ve got him as a resource. We had recently purchased our home and then experienced a failure of our HVAC system. Our installer abandoned us, and we needed a trustworthy HVAC company.We couldnt believe we have found Cactus! On initial visit, our technician, Trevor took the time to go over our system, identify our needs and suggest great recommendations. We choose the 5 year Maintenance plan and we saved $$ right up front.So fortunate to be a Premium Plan customer!

Jeff from Cactus Plumbing did a fantastic job. Original contractor installed sink/reverse osmosis system incorrectly and drilled hole wrong. Jeff contacted granite person to come drill proper hole and was able to install new system properly - all within the days. Can’t recommend them enough!
