This was the first time we cleaned our duct work and judging by the amount of dust it was real bad. James explained everything they were doing showing before and after photos, I can honestly say the did a awesome job, cleaned up and mess. We were very happy for the work they did. The team was polite and professional, and Henry did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent. They checked their work thoroughly, disassembled parts of the vent piping to gain better access, and made improvements to the vent piping for improved performance. Would highly recommend VIVO Air Duct Cleaning Services Avon, MA for dryer vent cleaning. Easy and quick appointment setup, appointment reminders, called the day of with expected arrival time and were on time. Did a full diagnostics to determine it was actually a clogged up vent and not the dryer itself. Super fast work and gave nice compliments to the cat, online billing/payment.
