Pat has done good work for us in the past but lately I cant get through on the phone. I hope hes just very busy.

I had an emergency power outage at my business and called Pat. He was in my office in thirty minutes and had me up and running within two hours - which also included having to find an outdated piece of hardware from a private individual. I could not be happier. (Oh, and there were no profanities and he didnt throw any tools :-)
