Austin Home & Commercial did a gorgeous job with our kitchen renovation! They also installed new flooring and removed popcorn from the ceiling throughout the house. The team was always very professional and detail-oriented. I am thrilled with how quickly they were able to complete such a big project. As someone who has never done any home updates myself, I had many questions, so I appreciate the time Zach and Armando took to respond quickly and concisely. Our home feels like a completely different house now, and I cant recommend Austin Home & Commercial highly enough!

Ive used Zach and team for over 2 years now for many interior projects. The latest is a kitchen renovation in a 1970s building. It started as a dark, closed in separate room. Zach opened it up and it looks fantastic. Ive recommended Zach and team to multiple friends who have done bathroom and whole house renovations....and lots and lots of painting. They are equally attentive to small projects as big ones. Zach is professional, friendly and I find their work is really good value vs. other contractors Ive worked with.

Worked on a laundry room remodel and some house installation/repair items. Zach was very responsive and we went threw multiple renderings until the laundry room was the way I wanted it to look. Exceptional service, exactly on time and budget and incredibly quality. I hired them to paint my cabinets, which required a complete disassembly, sanding, priming and painting. It completely changed the look of the kitchen and the blue adds a depth and appearance that wasn’t there before. Far exceeded my expectations.

Because we don’t live in Austin, we had to trust and rely on Zach and his team. We are very pleased at the final walk -through to see the beautifully remodeled, high quality condo . It was a pleasure working with Zach and team! We did some remodeling remotely and it went super smooth thanks to their professionalism. They were always on time and extremely good at communicating over text, phone, video calls, and Google docs. He was always very responsive and friendly in a way that he helped us save money where he did not think we needed to spend. He has a great personality and their team is very competent as well! Highly recommend them and definitely if you are doing any work remotely and want a reliable team. His prices were very good too!

I hired Austin Home and Commercial to paint the exterior of our house, deck, and shed. At first the contractors that were hired quit on us mid job but Nathan really helped make things right to make sure they were replaced ASAP and the quality of the job was to our satisfaction. We ran into a few other repairs that needed to be fixed from the crew and Nathan was on it making sure everything got replaced and/or fixed in a timely manner. From Day 1, researching pool companies and asking for quotes, City Limit Construction was by far the most responsive. This was my first time building something, so I had LOTS of questions. They were so patient as they helped me design the pool of my dreams! The CLC employees were always so nice and considerate with communicating when we were going through the process of building my pool. I sought help with adding epoxy to our garage floor, and reached out to Zachs company. They were knowledgeable about the service and readily had staff to get the job started when the weather permitted. The job was completed in under 3 days, and turned out fantastic. The project manager kept things flowing smoothly through the entire process and was readily available to answer questions that arose. We should have done this long ago. I strongly recommend them for quality epoxy jobs!
