I was very satisfied with the service done by Roth Home. Juan and Gus arrived early and were able to install our new water heater. They cleaned up and removed the old water heater then took the time to review the features of the new one. They were friendly, polite, and very competent. Had our annual furnace service on Christmas Eve and it was determined the furnace needed replacement. Jason took time away from his family to provide us with an estimate and he got the work scheduled for three days later. The technicians showed up on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. Our plumber, Jason, was the best! He was able to come out and help us with an emergency plumbing issue that left us with no water in the house within 24 hours, and get it fixed the same day, on a Saturday. He was great about going over exactly what went wrong, what he thought needed to be done, and any potential issues that might arise in the repair process. He went over our estimate in detail and why it was a range. He worked hard in the mud for hours, digging up our piping, all the way to after dark, and then spent another 20 minutes afterward explaining what he did and how it worked out. He came in on the low end of his estimate, and was incredibly patient and kind in all communications. Highly Recommend!!

We had a very difficult clogged drain. I tried to resolve myself using my own 50 electric auger with no luck. I called Roth plumbing and they sent David Medina. David was able to use a camera and a reverse spray hose to resolve the issue. David was the reason this blockage was fixed and went so smoothly. He kept us informed every step of the way. David is very knowledgeable and professional and we will not hesitate to use him again, and we will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Roth was very prompt and professional. I called Monday morning for a service tech, Nikki, who arrived on time and explained exactly what was wrong with my furnace. After reviewing the conditions and age, and realizing my furnace was at the end of its useful life, they dispatched a Comfort Specialist to my house to review options. I had a complete new system installed as of Tuesday evening. Thats only 2 days, people! Antonio and his team were very professional and careful at my house, and left it spotless. Our experience with Roth Home has been excellent. We were notified of a leak in our water system, contacted Roth and had a plumber here the same day. Our plumber, Toby, was able to diagnose where he believed the leak was coming from and put together a plan of action. As our leak was outside the house, an excavation crew was sent out the next day. The Roth excavation team of Christian and Scotty were able to clear enough room for our plumber to come in and proceed with repairs. To date, we are only waiting for the excavation crew to come back and fill in the dirt and rock that was dug earlier. I appreciate that Roth had both a plumber and excavation crew ready to respond within such a short period of time. Toby was able to provide us with answers to all questions and was thorough with all after completion testing and let us know what to expect as our water came back. This is our first experience with a water leak that I as a homeowner was unable to repair on my own. I really appreciate the professionalism of the employees we dealt with along the way. Im sure that no one wants to pay for things like leak repair but, as in our case, it was necessary. Im glad we chose Roth and will absolutely use them again.

Great experience! Was given all the options to fix our furnace. We chose to replace. They had great financing options to choose from and were able to replace fairly quick. They were amazing while here, I have animals and 3 kids and they were very understanding and even asked if we have animals to watch out for so they dont escape out the doors they needed to keep open. Would definitely recommend. Very polite, and efficient. :)

Our 20 yr old water heater went kaput and flooded my garage-that was not good. I called Roth Home & Zach came out quickly as he could-same day, an estimate was given and accepted, 2 days later, I had a brand new and improved water heater! I would recommend Roth Heating and Cooling to everyone I know. Roth is Excellent All Around: For the three visits to my home, the Technicians have been knowledgeable and shared their professional opinions to take the best care of my home. Everyone at Roth is concerned about the quality of their work, which for me is Number One for my money. After thinking I wanted to simply flush the water heater, turns out it was going to soon be a safety/fire hazard. I replaced the water heater with Zachary. He was personable and very capable and I appreciated his work and the price Roth gave me. Next, Jesus came to evaluate my furnace. Jesus was very detail oriented, took photos and explained all my options. Since I needed an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the 27-year old original house furnace, Josh came today (12-15-24) and was amazing. He gave me three different reasonable quotes, offered us financing at 0% interest and I feel well-informed. Josh even helped me take out unnecessary filters which were in all the vents in our house. He unscrewed each one from the ceiling and it was not an easy job for the 6 or 8 vents. I truly appreciate how terrific Roth has been. They were a new company for me to use and I called them after I saw a Sunday Morning ad on ABC Channel 2 in between a Portland news program. I am very glad I called them. Roth treats me with respect and even though I am a new client, the Customer Service Team at Roth make me feel like they know me already when they call. I really like all of the people at Roth and how personable and courteous everyone is. Roth is the Gold Standard of Heating and Cooling. Excellent quality of work which comes guaranteed for safety and best pricing, and Roths Human Resources Dept. should get an award for hiring such an impeccable **Five Stars*** rated team. I cant say enough good things about them and I didnt have to try and find them on Angies List. My husband saw their reviews and gave me the Thumbs Up. I would like to let everyone reading these reviews know. It could have been scary to have workmen coming to my house while I was alone working remotely upstairs as a female but I was never intimidated by them. I felt safe with the Roth workmen here in my home. Each of them were calm and professional.

The tech Dawson came over to help with our furnace airflow issue, he was extremely nice, very professional, and patiently answered all my questions in the process.Dawsons knowledge led him to solve an uncommon airflow issue with my furnace: insulation stuck in the return air duct. Dawson finished the job very quickly and at a reasonable price.I highly recommend Roth Home for anyone looking for heating/cooling professional help. If you are considering getting a GENERAC whole home generator, look no further than Roth Home. It is worth every penny. Matt made the install SEAMLESS, and is the best project manager/electrician I have ever seen! There was absolutely NO overlap in electrical vs. gas company and all showed up to do their part on time. When Roth says they will be here at 8 a.m., you can take that to the bank. He answered any questions we had in the process, and told us that once we signed the contract there would never be ANY “extra” costs for anything. True to his word, that is what happened. Matt is very personable, and his managing skills of this job was outstanding. He felt more like a friend, not a salesman, by the end of this project. We would definitely do business with this company again.

Will Adams was pleasant and efficient. He explained all the possible repairs and how long the repairs usually last. He showed up on time and fixed it all. I was told by a plumbing company it had to do with the rain. I highly recommend Roth Home with Will Adams for plumbing needs. Also he worked his schedule around my schedule!

Called five different plumbers on Monday, with Roth and one other company being the only ones to answer/respond back. Roth had the most affordable rate and the quickest arrival time (Roth could show up on Tuesday vs. the other company on Friday). Will, our plumber, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our tub faucet fixed in no time. On his way out of the house, he also fixed the counter weight on our kitchen faucet so it would stop hanging down (just because and for no charge). The final charge was $75 less than the other company. Overall, very satisfied with my entire experience and would recommend Roth for your plumbing needs.

I have Roth Homes out to upgrade my electrical panel. It was quite the project as the original part of the home is a 1920s build.I was on their books for months. We kept having to push the project backs due to complications on our end and Roth was amazing at working with us. Mike was our electrician. He came out to do our original estimate and back to do all the work. He was amazing! Respectful. Honest. Prompt. Efficient. We had to wait for the city of Bend to come out and reconnect the power to our house. Mike was done with his work by 1:30, but waited in his truck until 6:30 for the final process to be done. He made sure his work was complete and accurate and then the poor man drove home to spend Halloween with his kids. I felt soo bad! It snowed on Oct. 31 and he was out there working through the snow and rain and then was late getting home on Halloween! That guy deserves a medal. And he never complained! I want to hug him.Ive had nothing but good experiences with Roth homes and all they offer. We will be using them to install a few Mini-Splits in the future.

A very professional Dylan showed up to the appointment and conducted a thorough investigation to find my leak. Once it was found and the scope of the work was explained to me, a quote was given and accepted. The work was quickly finished and he did a good job cleaning up after completion. The cost was more than I was expecting but I think thats usually the case with any plumbing or electrical job. One company was very rude and tried to tell us that they would not work with us because we had a Home Warranty to consider. All of the people I talked with at Roth were knowledgeable and kind. The plumbing consult I received helped ease my mind about what my system might need in the future. The HVAC consult was needed, they got a tech out really fast to help me diagnose issues in my furnace. The HVAC sales rep was honest about what my house needed and the cost associated with all options. I chose to replace my furnace and A/C, they were able to get out to my place within the week. All of the Techs that came to my home were kind and answered all my questions( I had a lot of them). They were efficient and clean as they removed and replaced my system. I had some strange electric issues going on in my shop. Called Roths and they had someone out that afternoon. Well not just someone, but two someones.Jim and Dre were awesome. They not only fixed the problem, but went above and beyond got help find the cause, that turned out to be a RV that was plugged into the shop. The original fix was a loose burned up neutral that they had diagnosed and fixed extremely quickly, but then they spent the next few hours chasing down the cause.I can not speak high enough as to their customer service and work. Highly recommend.

Service -Had a great service appointment with Juan today. Our units continue to run great! Juan checked everything over, swapped out the filter, and cleaned up the AC for the upcoming heat. Should have been installed at the initial setup, but here we are. He wasn’t pushy to get us to buy anything and upon my request had someone out to see us at our earliest available time. Garth came to visit, and like Noah, was professional and sought to give us the best of what they offer at levels we were comfortable with. Took down some more information and was able to have a tech come in the morning…initially was taken apart and put together, but still leaked. Plumbers are very expensive so I was surprised when Dustin was able to save me a lot of money by telling me that some of my project was not neccesary and if I wanted I could do it at a later date. Our problem was a leaking faucet that could not be replaced due to some ancient piping in the walls behind it. Also there were no shut off valves for the sink (or the washing machine on the same line). Therefore, we could only shutoff the entire water system. We contacted another company who promised a callback the next day by 8:30. When they did not call back by noon. I contacted Roth with an online request. They called back quickly and arranged for a service person the next morning.The next day Toby and apprentice Austin came, spent time evaluating the problem and estimated the project cost. They applied a Veteran/Senior discount and I signed off on the work. They went to work and fixed the system with new valves to shut off the kitchen and laundry without losing water to the rest of the house. They then started to do prep for the next day’s work of replacing the ancient and inadequate piping.Toby finished all the work the next day, we paid for the project and Toby advised us of the warranty and the total cost, which had NOT gone up.The entire project was done very professionally. The dispatch/order taker, and Toby and Austin were exceptionally helpful and friendly.The cost of the project was acceptable to me, although some may be concerned with the price. Remember that projects like this (or electrical or foundation repair etc) are not being done by a butch of kids on summer vacation, they are being done with a professional team of technical experts and adminstrative staff). They were very upfront about it and there were no surprises late in the project. They were on time and focused on the work and advised us on the plan, alternatives and cost alternatives.I would call them again if needed for other work.

Garth was awesome at helping get the correct equipment ordered for our new heat pump system. The crew showed up and had a full system installed with two pumps and new heads (5 total) in two days! They were professional and did not leave any mess. Will Adams came out to install our water heater… he wasn’t the original person who gave the bid. Very nice and stood by the original quote. We now have a new water heater that was moved from inside our house, to the garage. Thank you! We now just have one small patch job to complete. Great experience and they always call ahead!
