Access Electrical did an outstanding job with our kitchen remodel. We also tasked them with tackling some old wiring and substandard older electrical work that has plagued us for years. These issues were out of the scope of capabilities of a handful of electricians we tried in the last few years. Don and team worked incredibly hard to sort out the issues and added a surge protector to ensure a safe and efficient electrical system. Family run business, quick to respond to our needs and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend the team.

The team at Access Electrical has been, by far, the best out of everyone we have thus dealt with. They are on time, they communicate, are super friendly, and do quality work. We had a total of 6 quotes from different electricians, and they are the most professional out of all of them, and are super competitive with pricing! Recently I purchased a ring doorbell and it was the batter operated one and my street gets so much activity that I was having to charge it all the time. I spoke to Don about it and he was a problem solver and came up with a plan on how to hardwired it in and to also have a doorbell inside the house that ringed too. So if the nanny is here she will know when the doorbell rings since it only rings on my phone. Don what respectful, on time, cleaned up after himself. Also, my kids were very entertained with and he taught them some things about electrical wires. Don then also did some additional work for me in my house. His prices are very reasonable and what he quoted me that is what I paid. I would highly recommend Don and Access Electrical for any electrical you need to be done at your house.

We are very pleased with Access Electrical. We had an issue with some breakers consistently tripping. Don came out and fixed the issue in our kitchen. Our dishwasher circuit did end up tripping again, and when we called them back the next day, they quickly sent Don back to fix. Now, everything is working great! We are also really happy with the great customer service we got from Stephanie.

We purchased a home in Aurora, CO that was in need of a new electric panel before we moved in, and the existing panel was not in a regular layout, apparently due to a late 70s attempt to factor solar energy into the construction of the house. We scheduled 4 estimates.Access was neither the highest nor the lowest estimate, and they were definitely the right estimate. Ron knew our situation, and had done several other houses in the neighborhood (something we did not know when we called Access based on Google reviews). He was able to walk through specifics, where others just used the situation to try to confuse me (or maybe they were confused and hiding it). Ron was confident, patient and clear. The service with Access was great, from our first call with Stephanie (to our last call with Stephanie). The communication was always open, and never intimidating. Everyone involved made helpful suggestions. Access handles all permitting for us.We started other pre-move in projects that required a variety of electrical work, including installation of an EV charger in a garage that couldn’t be any further from the electrical box if you tried. Access was quick to provide a clear estimate and start the work, explaining potential wall and ceiling cuts needed. They worked around my schedule - and the weather - making several trips. They cleaned up after and left me feeling confident in the work. Billing and payments were stress free - no surprises.I highly recommend recommend - and will be using them again.

During the breaker replacement, he indicated to me that the panel was worn and would likely continue failing. He offered a reasonable price for a full panel replacement, matching previous estimates we had received. I bought my first house and it was a nightmare. I didn’t have heat during CO’s peak freeze in January 2023. I had hired a different company to put in a new panel and pigtail the rest of the outlets the previous homeowners didn’t do. Unfortunately, that company didn’t know what they were doing and charged me more money and still didn’t fix the problems. I was left without heat.Thank goodness I found Access Electrical. They fixed everything in one day and for less money. They are super knowledgeable, efficient, and have reasonable rates. I will be working with them again. After inspection he found the outlet was fried due to a probable lightening strike and after further evaluation, he found the electrical panel had Smoke residue and was a fire risk. He communicated the issue with my insurance company which help get it covered under my policy. Don is knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and all in all the best. The panel was replaced with a great quality product in record time. All the food in the freezer is still rock solid frozen!Thanks for a great job!

I was able to call Don and talk to him directly, set up an appointment, and have all my issues resolved in less than a week...which included a light switch we have been unable to use in our house for YEARS (Don fixed it in about 1 minute)! The owner, Don, was professional and accessible by phone as I worked through my homeowners insurance. Even the insurance agent was complimentary of his responsiveness. The quote for repair was quite reasonable, even if my insurance had not covered the expense. Most importantly, the service was excellent. The team on my repair job was the very best. I could not be more pleased with the service.

Having not slept much because of this, I started calling around to find someone who could come out same day, which was proving to be difficult until I came across Access Electrical through a post on Nextdoor. Don knows how to talk to women about electrical work!! This should not have to be my top comment, but other women will understand and appreciate it. Over the years, almost all electricians, plumbers, contractors, etc. weve had over our house to give us estimates ignore me and talk down to me (Im a woman) and instead talk to my husband, even if Im the one who called and scheduled their visit, have relevant knowledge, and am running the project. Don easily carried on conversation with me about the details of the job and took my cue on items that were joint decisions between my husband and I by addressing us both equally. If you are tired of sexist contractors, call Don. His work for us included running buried electrical to our shed with panel, ground, recessed lights, outlets, and switches. His communications and work were timely, clear, and detailed. I appreciated his way of bringing us in as partners on the project, rather than just clients. With a co-creative approach (no pressure) he explained different options to us, gave us ideas on how to maximize our trench digging labor, and fixed small items a previous electrician didnt do well. Don is a friendly, thoughtful, all around good guy, and yes, did excellent work. Youll be glad you hired him!

Wonderful experience with this company! Helpful, responsive; was able to identify the problem quickly and get it resolved. Highly recommend. Deserves your business.We had a problem with a wire in our meter that had knocked out our power — and our water! as we are on a well with an electrical pump. Don’s insistence that the issue was on the electrical company’s side, despite their insistence that it was not, forced them to come out and check it out. The issue was just as Don suspected, we were able to get our electricity and water back in short order. The power company technician had high praise for Don and Access Electrical! We concur!

I wanted to have my electrical panel replaced in preparation for selling my house. Based on the great Google Reviews, I contacted Access Electrical. Don came out the next day to give me a quote. The electrical panel was original to the house (built in the 60’s) and Don kindly explained the differences in the code between then and now, and described what exactly would need to be done to bring everything up to code. The quote was fair based on parts and labor, and we scheduled an appointment to have the panel replaced. When the big day finally came, Don and John arrived on time, gave us a few final minutes to do anything we needed electrical-wise as they got their tools and equipment set up. Then they went to work! The entire job was completed within about 6 hours or so. Everything looked great and the crew cleaned up after themselves. The inspector came a couple days later and the new box passed inspection with flying colors! Don and the team were great to work with – professional, kind, on time, and provided quick service. Would highly recommend Access Electrical for any electrical needs!!!
