Ive worked with Done! a couple times in the past and have always had a great experience with their technicians. Theyre polite and eager to help, often going above and beyond.

I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Done. I made an appointment online in the middle of the night for the next afternoon. I got a call in the morning that a technician was available early and able to help. I received text and email confirmations and a photo of my technician. Daniel showed up and was wonderful. He was professional, very helpful, provided detailed responses to my questions and provided some great education and guidance. If this experience with their plumbing service is any example, I am thrilled to now have a resource for heating, cooling and electric as well!

Our technician Josh Tweed was phenomenal. The entire process was so simple, efficient and stress-free for such an incredibly stressful situation.My father had a main drain issue that was causing all of the water that was ran through his home to back up into the laundry room. Josh was able to clear out all of the roots that were not allowing the drain to clear, educate us on how to help avoid this issue, when to call for help again and what we can do to prolong the life of the pipes.The price for everything was completely reasonable and far below what we thought it would cost.

In late November 2024, Cody solved an issue of unknown (to us) a stretch of galvanized pipe hidden behind walls in our 100 year old home that was eroding. He was very knowledgeable, patient, did not try to over-sell what we needed, had excellent follow-through and was committed to us as customers. We appreciated the clean-up he did of the job site as the project took a couple of days. Highly recommended Done Plumbing and Cody was exceptional!

We came home to a freezing cold house after being out of town for the week. Very scary and not what we were expecting to walk in to! We called several HVAC service companies (seriously, 6 different companies) and all of them gave us the same run-around answer of “so sorry to hear that! well it’s the weekend so it’s going to be far more expensive.” We even found one company who came over (for a $100 diagnostic fee) and said we had to pay an additional $150 just to check IF the warehouse even had the part in stock. “It’s a gamble, you pay the $150 whether they have it or not. I know, it’s stupid” estimate for job was $3500-$4000.Enter Jay from DONE. Before Jay even came to my home, he worked with the other employee Braden to confirm the warehouse had the right part (carrier furnace blower motor) in stock. We still had to pay for the warehouse to open up as it was a Saturday, but it was clearly the easiest, quickest and most logical way to source the part. Not sure why other companies don’t do it that way?10/10 recommend this company. Jay was polite, worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and did not try to squeeze money out of us. Got the issue fixed in about an hour and now we are enjoying the benefits of a toasty warm family room.

When we were given the dreaded news that we needed to have an underground pipe replaced in our basement (I was able to see for myself), they both went above and beyond to help make sure that we could afford to pay for the work that needed to be done. They offered the best pricing options, discounts, & they even waived a couple of extra fees to help lessen the cost. Really good service! Our technician Chad was great! He was prompt professional and courteous, and kept us informed of the progress on the job. We had a leaking shutoff valve on the bathroom sink which needed replacing, and we also wanted to replace both the sink and faucet as well. He was happy to help us with that, and though installation of the sink ended up being more challenging than he anticipated (due to the old plumbing), no salty language was heard, and the new sink looks great! =)Thanks Chad!

Daniel Hopkins came out to deal with a major issue the day before Thanksgiving. He went the extra mile and then some to get it fixed, working past 8 pm and doing whatever it took to get our house in order for the holiday. He got everything fixed in the end and truly made our Thanksgiving a whole lot better. Would highly recommend him and the folks at Done.

Dylan was great. He unplugged my toilet when I failed at all my options. He tested all the toilets and tested the toilet in question many times to make sure it was all cleared. He was friendly and respectful. He explained everything he did explained ,which I really appreciated. He cleaned up and gave me tips on how to correctly plug a toilet. Fantastic! I had an issue where calcium deposits were not allowing a toilet to flush in a rental unit. It was quite an ordeal where the tenant needed it completed quickly and Lois from Done Plumbing was one of the few that was willing to come out in a snow storm to fix. Lois was great to work with, extremely polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the toilet very quickly but took his time to make sure some of the issues he was seeing were fixed and completed with high standards. I highly recommend Lois and Done and would work with them again.

He scoped my sewer line for free, performed a cleaning then scoped it again to make sure there wasnt a blockage. No pressure sales when he made an estimate to replace my sewer line. Dylan K. from Springfield came in to check out my overflowing toilet and blew me away with his service, candor, honesty and professionalism.He was very friendly and quickly diagnosed my problem. It was a simple task to replace the toilet and he advised me - and explained how - to remove and install it myself.I was amazed - so many people that do housework have tried to rip me off, so I asked him how he can be so honest? He said the company treats him well and is interested in winning customers long term instead of lying to them to cash out quickly.He even stuck around for 15 mins outside in case I thought up some inquiries, which I did twice, and which he answered in the most friendly and professional manner.Basically, I found my new plumber, and I recommend him and this company to you as well.

We contacted Done as a second opinion and quote to a different company for possible AC replacement. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns the other company failed to to follow up on. We went ahead and purchased our AC through Done and it was installed within a couple of days in about 4 hours, less than what they estimated. The installers were every nice and professional. Done also pulls permits for their work and the permit inspector was impressed and said it was the best install hed ever seen. Thank you very much for your professionalism and work!

We had our main sewer line backing up and called LATE last night, we were not surprised that there was no one currently available and scheduled for the morning. We had Dylan Knutson show up and WHAT A PROFESSIONAL! He was SUPER conscientious about making sure he was clean and tidy. Unfortunately our issue was further out in the line than what his machine could reach, but before he left he had scheduled to be out tomorrow if needed. We ended up having a family friend that was available with a longer line, but we wanted to make sure to recognize both the company and Dylan for their exemplary service! We will definitely keep their information for any future issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Always bad news when appliances break down and unexpected money has to be spent. 1st company was a no show called Done Plumbing got same day service appointment and full installation for a water heater. Louis Jones Tech came out went over options and talked through pricing. He was clear about should be done and the best options to get them done for our budget. Very happy with his work, left us with a great impression of the service that Done Plumbing can provide for any future projects.

I would like to provide a compliment to the professionalism and competence of Luis Jones who inspected and replaced our leaking water heater. We called Done late on a Tuesday afternoon, Luis showed up at 8:00 PM, identified the problem and installed the new unit the next day, updating the unit to meet the revised requirements for water heaters in our area. Additionally he noticed and repaired a leaky toilet while he was here. I will be definitely use Done Plumbing for all of my plumbing requirements in the future.

This review is specifically for Jay with the HVAC group. He was truly excellent and the sort of person you want when you hire a company like Done!. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely honest. He serviced my appliances, told me about a one-time service plan I could purchase which was the exact same price but got you a bit more for the money, and told me which parts of the HVAC system I could service myself for only a little work to save hundreds on future visits. I had one other interaction with Done! with their plumbing group and while the guy was professional he was no Jay so I am giving 5 stars specifically so it can reflect well on Jay!

When you have a plumbing issue you should call DONE! These guys do a detailed diagnostic and provide a free estimate. No hidden costs or repairs and they guarantee their work. In most cases they have everything they need with them on their truck. They are available 24/7 and come out on the weekends as well. They provide a picture and information on the technician they are sending to your home who will show up in the window of time provided as well as texting you when they leave so you know when to expect them. Very professional and go over all the work they did with you and take pictures of what they’ve done as well.

We ended up having to replace it due to root damage and the whole process was very smooth. We noticed some drainage issues in our basement of our first home, purchased 6 months ago. A friend recommended Done to help us figure out what was going on. Put in a request for service in the morning, and by 3:30pm on the same day, Dylan K. came out to put my fears to rest. A quick check on things and some advice for maintenance (and a check on our main water valve which was not part of our concern but Dylan wanted to make sure I was familiar with all the most important plumbing things in our new home which was above and beyond) and he was on his way. Kindly, he waived the service charge and even if he hadnt, Id be writing this review. God forbid I need more plumbing help, but if I do, I know who Im calling. Great service, thanks again!

Paul was the man that came by to replace my ceiling fan/light. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to talk and do the job at the same time, after he was finished the job. Paul mentioned that the panel was out of date, and the company that made it, is out of business. I left a message with the dispatch and at 8:03 AM Sunday morning. They called me and had a technician 20 minutes away. Praise God the technician was Elmir!!! Not only was he knowledgeable, efficient, and proactive in his steps to resolve the issues, he had such a pleasant demeanor and a genuine concern for Resolving the customers issues! That was important because it took nine hours to resolve it prior to water restoration arriving after that. I Highly recommend Done And would request Elmir For any plumbing issue!

Having folks in your house that you trust and are knowledgeable is a big plus!We had a sewage line break and I cant thank Laz (and the rest of the folks that came out) enough. We had to dig into the foundation and Laz went above and beyond to help us keep from having to remove our stairs. He was very professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to. There is nothing fun about having your sewage line broken, but the one bright side is that we found a new plumbing company to work with from here on out.

When complete he showed camera view of the clogged line all clear to the main. Josh did a great job on 47 year old pipes.

I dont know what I would have done without the folks at Done Plumbing! From the dispatch ladies, to the people who try and help you troubleshoot your issue, and the technicians themselves, Done is a wonderful company. Clyde Sweetalla was my technician and did an outstanding job! He answered my questions and explained things to me so that I understood what he was doing and why it was necessary to fix the issues I had going on in my home. What a wonderful asset he is to your company! He also gave me advice and tips on how to keep my plumbing better maintained, so that I hopefully dont experience problems of this magnitude in the future. Dylan Knutson and another gentleman named Austin helped me on a different day and were equally helpful and knowledgeable. Done also offers financing options for bigger jobs, and that alone is a huge lifesaver, especially for bigger jobs like the one I was faced with. 10/10 would recommend!

Great service for decent prices. Ultimately, the job was extremely well done. I hope Matt Vance is able to service my place again if I need something in the future. I needed to have my drain rerouted with my new under mount sink (already installed) and he made things look crisp. Matt was a very clean professional and had great insight.
