I was scared today Not knowing why only one and a 1/2 of my rooms went out of power this morning. I thought my switches went out So I looked up reviews. And they were the best ones I seen, I called him. He was able to come out before noon. Even though I thought itd be between 12 and 1 which I was even more happier.He was very nice. An informative of everything checked everything thoroughly and we found out The plug outside was not the correct one that was put in years and years ago and it was Messing with a lot of Our other lights and plugs and it could have potentially caught on fire. Thank goodness. He found the source before that happened. He replaced the plug and put a cover over it, Which I didnt know we had to have. He didnt take forever like alot of them do. I100% would refer you to them and it was still in budget. Thanks again for saving us from chaos.

I was referred to Marc by a friend. He’s worked on my 1960 house that we are remodeling.I’ll start by saying I am a VERY picky person, and Marc did a phenomenal job with my house. Not once was he late. Always on time and always working fast. He’s not one of those guys that takes his time to just “milk the clock”. He works very fast. Honest and trust worthy electrician. He’s a master at his craft.I can ensure you I won’t be calling anyone else but Marc for all my electrical needs. For this house and all my other projects in the future.Marc.... you the man!

Marc from Genuine Electric LLC was absolutely fantastic. Courteous, professional, patient and knowledgeable. I called Marc to get a quote to install a 30A transfer switch on my fuse box, and install an external L14-30 outlet for my portable generator. Not only was he on-time and completed the entire job in less than 90 minutes, the final out-the-door price was exactly what he quoted me (maybe even little less). Thank you Marc, I will absolutely be using Genuine Electric LLC for any and all my future electrical needs! 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Called an electrician when I smelled burning rubber in the home. Husband was out of town so I called Marc with Genuine Electric. He came right out and said it wasn’t electrical however we needed to a call in HVAC people. Called Marc and told him the quote which was so high and he referred us to someone else that our neighbor had used. Saved us so much money we were able to have him upgrade our electrical panel. He was wonderful about coordinating with our HVAC people, always kind, professional and on time. My husband and I cannot thank him enough. Oh and the original visit he didn’t even want to charge us. We highly recommend them and will use them whenever a need arises. Genuine is a perfect name or the Company and Marc.

Remarkable experience. The other 5 star reviews are no BS. 5 minutes early. Installed generator power to the house and replaced attic fan timer switch. Significantly less than my other two bids. Obviously a master of his craft. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I chose Marc from all the great reviews here, and Im glad I did. Marc is the best! At a very fair cost he installed a smart light dimmer light switch for me which involved running wires through the wall and up into ceiling track lighting through my tight attic crawl space (messy job) and he did it quickly and professionally - exactly what I wanted. I also had him install an extra outlet for me, which was equally done well. I recommend Marc to anyone that needs electrical work done!
