He did an excellent job of extending several circuits in my home and adding track lighting in a difficult spot. Justin will be my go-to person for any future electrical work.

This guy is amazing. Our water heater disconnect caught on fire and its only by Gods grace our house didnt burn down. He was very professional and able to reschedule other appointments (with their permission) to come out and take care of us within a few hours. We were very impressed with his knowledge and high standard of service. Per our request (since one close call is enough) we had him look at several other items and found a additional fire hazard that he was able to remedy. For those who are skeptics, this man was not out to find additional work just to make extra money. My husband has some electrical background knowledge, and the additional hazard was legitimate. I feel much safer in my house knowing that things have been reviewed and fixed. His pricing was fair on a regular day, even more so for an emergency call like mine. This electrician will be the one I call for any future needs and Ill recommend him to anyone whod listen.

But he also made suggestions about checking out my issue with my provider, saying that would be the least expensive (actually free) route if the problem was found on their equipment. Turned out it was a transformer issue. But I would reach out to Justin again if anything else comes up. Great advice, free fix in my case, really nice guy.

After the wind storm and power outage we used our generator but it didn’t seem right. I contacted Justin last evening and he offered to come right out but we said it could wait til morning. He came today and pointed out the errors as to why we had issues and corrected them. He helped us also deal with our generator. The biggest bonus was we can now use our mini split when the power is out! That’s cool! 😎 He’s our Go 2 guy from now on! 😉

Best electrician ever!! We had part of a tree fall on the line from Oncor to our house. It tore the line and the meter off of our house!! Just came out that afternoon, gave us his price and started working. He finished about 8:00. Came back the next morning to finish a few details, went to city hall to let the city inspector know that everything was done and we were ready for his inspection. Had our electricity reconnected the same afternoon!!

Great customer service. Very responsive, contacted him through his website and received a call back in about an hour. He was able to give me an estimate to install a generator interlock switch. Once parts needed were received he was out the next day. Justin did a great job, and went over everything we needed to know to connect and use our back up generator. It seems like customer service is declining more and more. GO 2 Electical is THE exception in the home service industry. Justin is a great electrician and his service is worth the wait and worth the price as you know it will be done right the first time. Expect fair and honest treatment from his evaluation of your electrical system through his clean up and departure. We had Justin out to fix issues with our older home and had to prioritize these from imminent hazards to cosmetic changes. Justin troubleshot and provided us his suggestions. He listened to the electrical issues and squeezed us in to have our situation taken care of ASAP, which happened to be late in the evening after he had worked all day in the rain. He was very thorough and upfront. He broke each task down so we understood exactly what he was doing.He was quick to find solutions. He was in and out of the attic several times as well as outside at the breaker box. He took a ceiling fan down and tracked the daisy wiring in plugs & switches to find a loose connection in a completely different room in another ceiling fan. Got back in the attic and secured the fan and wires.He didn’t mind my 3 kids running around and asking him questions. He even sent me a few estimates on other projects via my email right away. I appreciate his honesty, integrity, communication, problem solving skills, friendliness, work warranty, fair prices, quality, and overall worth ethic.I highly recommend him. We had hired and paid two other electricians to do work on our home earlier in the year. Each had given us 1 year warranties on their work but refused respond to our phone calls to come back out when serious problems with their work was found by a property inspector. I contacted Mr Zimmerman who dropped everything he was doing and came out that very day and repaired the work previously done by the two previous electricians who hid from us and refused to honor their warranties. I would recommend GO2 electrical service to anyone who needs and expects courteous, quick, reasonable priced electrical service. GO2 did an excellent job and I will definitely hire him again.

We’ve been having HVAC issues this last month and our breaker finally went out (which is electrical, not HVAC.) After searching for electricians in the area I found GO 2 and saw that they had good ratings. Seeing as it was almost afternoon, I didn’t think I would be able to be serviced that day. I called and was greeted very professionally. They were able to fit me in between jobs the same day (which was a miracle) and completed the job efficiently! The cost was discussed up front and when it was more extensive, further pricing was discussed before the work was completed. This tells me that not only are they professional and efficient, but also understanding of people’s situations. I appreciated the entire experience. It was midrange-high pricing from past experiences, but I have learned that you get what you pay for. I was ecstatic with the service I received and thanked them profusely.
