James was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system I had. Recently purchased the house and didnt get a lot of info about the heat pump from the sellers. James walked me through the zoning and how it worked and gave me helpful information about the compressor. He also discussed the systems that are out there now and how much more efficient they are. I would be happy to continue doing business with David White in the future.

Ive been using David White Services for my Heating needs for decades. We used to have them come out every year and do some pretty filthy maintenance work on our inefficient old furnace.We purchased a new furnace from them a couple years ago when our old furnace finally bit the dust (in the middle of a very cold February), and they were able to install it in our difficult to access utility closet. They even had to go up on the roof in the snow. Im guessing they were pretty frustrated about it, but they were very professional and didnt complain. They even came back a few months later and changed out the thermostat for free since I didnt like the one that came with the furnace.Last week one of the workers who installed the furnace came out for our annual furnace check up and maintenance. He remembered right where the furnace was. Again he was friendly and professional. He called when he was on his way to our house and showed up right on time. He chatted with me while he worked and answered all my questions.The equipment and services are reasonably priced as well.I would recommend David White Services to anyone looking for Heating and Cooling services.

We have been dealing with David White services since 1999, when we built our first house. Excellent service and maintenance agreement. We sold that house and built another in 2016. We again had David White service in install our heater and heat pump/ AC. Same excellent service. They have some of the best service men especially “Jason”. We have recommended this company to others, who then use this company. Kudos to all the staff.

Very good service. Grant called to let me know he would be arriving in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and explained what he would be checking and then reviewed what he checked and status at the end of his service call. The system had disconnected from the WiFi and he reset some parameters and said it could take about about 2 days for the system reconnect - it took 4 days (I rebooted the modem) and we can once again use our smart phones to monitor and change settings. We are very happy with the service and support that we get from David White Services

It seems like a lot of American businesses are of poor quality these days. They say they will do something and don’t keep their word. However, I’ve had good experience with the David White team. I wish they were less expensive, but I say that about a lot of things. I’ve had auto mechanics, electrical contractors, and swimming pool companies that I would not recommend, but my heat pump systems have been in good hands with David White. If you want reliability, I can say they’ve provided that to me.

Had to call for assistance with a leak I detected from pipes originating in the AHU and going through the ceiling. Within a day the tech called me and came to see what the problem was. He explained the condensation difference between the attic and the furnace room that was the source of the leak. First of all the installment was done very well, and in a timely manner last year. The first maintenance was recently done by Jonathan. He was wearing mask and gloves, and shoe covers which we appreciated very much. He found a leak and fixed it. We were very happy with his work and his kind and professional attitude.

Jason responded asap on a busy,COLD day.He had our heat pump operating within half an hour, explained the cause of the problem, the symptoms, and left our house with cookies, and our minds at ease and the system on line and operating perfectly!
