I had an open electrical application dating back to 2003 that was never closed and prevented me from obtaining the CO. I received a Request For Corrective Action (RCA) from the DOB to close the applications and obtain the CO. The original contractor was long gone and I wasnt sure how to proceed. I spoke with Peter and explained the situation. He quickly figured out what needed to be done, did the work, scheduled the inspections, and in no time closed the applications and got the CO. He took care of everything. Along the way, Peter answered all my calls and took the time to explain the work he was doing. Im grateful for his professionalism. Highly recommended.

This is an overdue review—We upgraded the amount of electricity coming to the house and installed new meters outside.The service was very professional, reliable, and economical.I had minimal contact with ConEd as Crossland took care of what was needed.All appointments were kept on time.Crossland took extra steps to place pipes/wires/meters “out of the way” so they would be less visible.Thank you Crossland.I would recommend them without any reservation!

I called Peter to help diagnose an issue with my buildings doorbell. Turns out, due to shoddy construction practices, the whole doorbell system was shot. After talking it over, we decided to change the whole thing and put in an intercom system. He came in on Saturday and we wrapped up the remaining bits the next day. Peter was communicative, knowledgeable, and did a great job despite the difficulties presented in the building itself. Thank you, Peter!

Excellent work ethics very professional. Work completed in a timely fashion. I was so surprise how fast the job was completed. Minimum holes in the wall due to new wire installation which I really appreciatedWhat I truly like about the staff is when they came out the fist of two times the electrician was trying his best to prevent having to go into the wall and install a new wire. I was with him every step of the way and I can honestly say that the old wiring could not be saved/repaired.I highly recommend Crossland Management & Electric Inc.

Peter is a friendly, knowledgeable and amazing electrician. I hired him twice for a ceiling fan that needed a professional installation. The first time Peter tried to install it, he noticed that the ceiling fan company sold me a defective item and I was able to get a replacement. Peter returned and made sure it was working as he installed it. Peter is patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Peter since he is now my electrician.

I had an unexpected need for an electrician when I was asked to help fix a friends lighting fixture while he was in the hospital. I turned to Angis List and was contacted quickly by Peter at Crossland. He was very helpful and we arranged to have George come to my friends apartment where he was able to successfully replace the broken light. George was responsible, reliable, trustworthy and got the job done efficiently and with a smile. Such a great experience working with Crossland management!We were in the middle of remodeling an apartment in Long Island City, on the final stages of the project we had to change light fixtures and replace outlets, our usual electrician was nowhere to be found so these guys came to the rescue!They even helped me at the end with installing a couple of pictures frames on the wall!Talking about great customer service 👌Highly recommend, responsive and professional!

Peter from Crossland Management is very professional and trustworthy. I had him add a new electric meter to the existing building which have 2 meters. It took him around 3 weeks to pull the permit and do the work. But, it took 3 months for Con Edison to their stuff. Im not complaining, it was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. So, the appointment with Con Edison got pushed back for 2 months. Overall, Im very satisfied with him and the company. I would highly recommend him and his company for all electrical works in NYC.

We hired Crossland Management & Electric to do the electrical rewiring of our ninety-eight-year-old house after discovering faulty old wiring that was still active. The scope of the work was large and difficult as it included installing a new panel, sub-panel to the second floor, interior/exterior lights and the complete rewiring of the 3 interior levels of the house and the garage; all this while we worked and attended school from home due to COVID protocol. Peter provided us with a technical evaluation that as the job progressed proved to be 100% correct! He is a subject matter expert and has mentored a new breed of electrical professionals with a strong client oriented approach. George, the technician who did the work in our home provided us with a daily work plan and kept us informed of the phases of the job. George is reliable, polite, and trust-worthy.
