Contracting NYC did an amazing job renovating my kitchen and apartment. The owner, Jonathan Perr, was the only contractor in the city that didn’t try to gouge me, was attentive the entire process and helped me solve problems with his creative thinking. His workers were skilled, showed up on time and cared about their work.Jonathan is a person of his word and came back to adjust a few things even after the job was closed and paid for.I highly recommend Jonathan Perr and Contracting NYC.

Jonathan was very professional, understanding, and pleasant to work with. He was very transparent with prices which was refreshing to see as we met with multiple other contractors. His staff painted our entire two bedroom apartment, fixed holes and imperfections on the dry wall, installed new light fixtures, and mounted a TV. They did a great job! We are planning to use Jonathans services in the near future as we discussed. We would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to do repairs in their home.

Contracting NYC painted and wallpapered my entire apartment after a gut renovation. They were just a pleasure to work with. Whatever they said they would do, they did and they did it on time, professionally and with a positive attitude. Very responsive in communications. This was a challenging project as they had to fit the timing of the work into the construction schedule and they were very flexible in doing that. They were punctual every time and were happy to touch up areas after the job was finished. It was really a pleasure to deal with them and I would highly recommend.Im not sure how well these photos show but these are two beautifully wallpapered rooms.

Jonathan and his team were great. Jonathan is extremely responsive and does a good job of managing the team. All his employees are skilled and hard working. They installed a new tile floor and cabinets in my kitchen, renovated a bathroom, repaired my leaking roof, and hauled away lots of debris. They did it all in a timely fashion and for a fair price. Id definitely use them again.

Jonathan was recommended to you by a friend through the peak of crazy NYC re-estate market and the shortage of contractors. Jonathan is very responsive with great communication skill. He understand the needs and the challenges, and always offers a solutions that works with a fair price.His team have been helping me to sand and wax the wood floor, paint the wall, install lights, plumbing work etc. Everyone is great and super professional. They always pay attention to details and make sure the spaces are cleaned as well.I highlight recommend Jonathan and his team!

I could not be more thrilled with Jonathan Perr and his company, Contracting NYC.Jonathan is simply the most professional, competent, kind, responsive and reliable contractor that I have ever worked with. The work was impeccable!!We had interviewed several contractors to paint our apartment, but when we met Jonathan, we felt an immediate connection and trusted him. He delivered great communication and outstanding service throughout the process.Jonathan was easy to talk to, patiently answering all of our questions and was realistic. He has an excellent eye. He provided guidance when needed and he was able to clearly see and execute our vision. Every step along the way, Jonathan made sure we knew what he was doing and he made sure we were happy. The overall job completely exceeded our expectations.My neighbors commented how quiet and clean Jonathan’s employees were. When I ran into a problem with a botched delivery where cabinets had to be removed and put back, I called Jonathan, who instantaneously came to our rescue.Jonathan literally could not have done anything more: Our outcome is gorgeous, and we just hired Jonathan for a new bathroom project.This level of honesty and customer concern is unheard of in this day and age and it is both refreshing and reassuring. Jonathan Perr of Contracting NYC was on a list of four contractors that have completed renovations in my condo that owners have been satisfied with the work performed. I can add my name to that list. Jonathans work was completed within the time-frame he provided, his estimate was competitive, and there were no unresolved disputes or complaints regarding the completed work. I selected Jonathan in no small part due to his pleasant, even keeled personality, which turned out to be an important factor. It is inevitable that with any renovation project, there will be unexpected, unforeseen glitches. Jonathan reacted calmly (unlike me) and provided solutions that resolved such glitches on a timely basis with no added charges. He proactively brought to my attention matters requiring my input, such as layout of tile, elevation of bathtub to ensure proper drainage, placement of electrical outlets, etc. He promptly responded to any questions I had. And he suggested reasonably priced products for additional work that I had not contemplated, such as replacing door knobs and light fixtures, and installing slide glass shower doors (they are gorgeous!) We were so pleased with Jonathans work, my sister hired him to renovate her condo.

Jonathan was fantastic. I had the wood floor finished, apartment painted and and bathroom retiled. He was able to finish before the end of the month -my deadline- and made every change I asked for without a problem. I would recommend him to anyone. The apartment is a co-op and he met the requirements of the management company as well.

Jonathan is an excellent communicator and very responsive throughout the project. Ive work with many experience contractors and am very picky who I hire, he is one of the best. I needed someone who had the proper insurance to work in Manhattan on my unit with a very tight schedule. He was able to turnaround my dental office on time and the work done met my expectations. Highly recommended!

I used Jonathan to replace my floor, redo my bathroom, and paint the apartment. The work took two months as planned . Jon was responsive to any issue I raised. When things needed he thought outside the box and provided an intelligent solution. He itemized and priced each item all the project so it was easy to track the payments, deduct items that we took off and add new items.I recommend him to all my friends.

These guys are the best. They repaired the cracks in our walls, the gaps in the crown moulding and a couple of other issues the last painter couldnt resolve. Our place looks great and they made the process easy. They showed up on time, did their work quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. Highly reccomend
