Impressive is an understatement. I had an emergency on my office bathroom. I called him on a weekend and they actually answered. He made room for me in his schedule Monday morning and was done within an hour. What’s even better was the price and professionalism of his work. I would recommend ToiletKing 100%. Special thank you to Christos for all you did. Let me also add that he doesn’t look like your typical plumber. He’s got a gym membership and it shows! Finally, that gold toilet paper was very classy and left an impression on our minds that we know who to call when we need a throne replaced.

Ive used ToiletKingVA to replace four toilets now, and I cant say enough good things about them. They are top notch in every regard. For starters, their E-commerce platform is quick and easy to navigate. They offer a wide variety of name brand products at all price points. Once youve made a selection, they are prompt to schedule an installation time, and when it starts, boy does it go by fast! Installing three toilets lasted only an hour and a half! They triple checked all fittings, and each of my toilets is still functioning as though it is brand new. You couldnt ask for anything more. Great work!

Like most people reading this review, I don’t know a lot about toilets, so if you’re like me, you’d be remiss not to trust Chris and Toilet King for your (new) toilet needs. The information on the website is comprehensive, and I reckon it can be a little daunting for some. Don’t let that deter you from making the call. Chris or an associate will explain everything, research your setup and give you options, and hook you up.It was a greatly expedited process from the first call to the completion of the job, and Chris found modest savings in several different areas that added up meaningfully in our 4 toilet replacement job.Installation day was just a couple days after the (same-day) estimate. There were a few hiccups, but Chris either didn’t charge us or significantly reduced the published cost. He and his men were fast, cleaned up, handled everything professionally. All told, it took less than 2.5 hours for 4 toilets and would have been even quicker without the aforementioned hiccups.Toilet King is one of those companies that has a narrowly focused and potentially lucrative business idea, but also it’s so much better for the consumer than having to do a bunch of research, going out and buying toilets and paying a plumber to install them….certainly from a time standpoint, and cost as well. Win, win all-around.

The First Thing I want to say about The ToiletKingVa is, what An AMAZING service they provided!!!! I called and asked about replacing two Toilets for my home. The owner Chris answered my call right away. He was extremely helpful and very nice. He didnt try to over sell me on things that I didnt need. Hell make recommendations regarding which brand is the best for your needs, but again, he will not pressure you into spending outside of your budget. Once I selected the toilets, I filled out the online form that the Owner Chris recommended and schedule a date and time that worked for me. I like the fact that the owner Chris will text you the day before his schedule visit to make sure theres no changes and that hes confirming the installation. Now the Day of the installation, he and his coworker(name Chris too) came right on time and got started right away. The process overall (removing the old toilets, hauling out it, and installing the new toilets) took less then one hour. Heres where they went above and beyond, the owner Chris noticed that the flange (plastic ring where the base of the toilet is seated on) was cracked. He said that he normally charges $150 to replace the whole thing, but he said hell fix it half off which came to $75. By no means he didnt have to do that, but that goes to show you what a great person he really is. Both Chriss work with attention to detail and excellence. Im extremely very happy with this company and will gladly recommend anyone whos looking to replace their old toilets.

To start, the ability to order online was really straightforward, and it was great to have a one-stop solution. After ordering I quickly received an email from Chris with several scheduling options within the next few days. Chris also went above and beyond to ensure that the toilets we selected would work for our space given their unique design. He was even prepared with a backup in case our top choice didn’t work. On install day, Chris and his teammate arrived right on time (a few minutes early even) and installation went super smoothly. They left everything incredibly clean and made sure everything was done properly including swapping out our supply lines that didn’t quite work with the new toilets without any hassle and going the extra mile to install different color hardware we had on hand.

My toilet had been acting up for months. Sometimes it would flush ok sometimes it would overflow , sometimes it would under flow. Called a plumber in who charged me 250 to snake the toilet and while it helped the problem it didn’t solve it . I asked what they could do next and they recommended replacing it and gave me a quote of 750, after I had already spent 250 . Did some research and came across Toilet along. I explained my issue and they too recommended replacement and showed me a bunch of different replacement options ranging from 300-600 dollars . Not only was Toilet King cheaper , they actually gave me options and assured me they would snake the line and take the toilet apart again if problem wasn’t fixed . This was exactly what I wanted to hear; Someone who stands by their work , is open , honest , and gives advice and options. Highly recommend !!

We recently moved into a new house and one of the toilets was old and dirty. I wanted to replace it and looked into doing it myself. For a new toilet and the tools needed it would be a few hundred dollars, and then Id still have to figure out how to dispose of the old toilet. For an insanely reasonable price the toilet king took care of everything. I ordered the toilet on their website and heard back immediately from the owner about scheduling a time. He showed up on time, removed the old toilet, installed the new one, and hauled away the old one all in about 45 minutes, start to finish. We had a need for a new toilet in our upstairs bathroom. I called several other plumbing companies, and they all said it would take a day to get a quote. Toilet King charges a set price for the toilet, labor, and removal, which is super convenient. One company even told me to go get the toilet first and call them back in an hour. I called Toilet King, and Chris (the owner), picked up and said they could install same day. He said I could quickly fill out the online form to start the process, and he would get right back to me. I called around 10:30, and he told me a window of 1:30-2:30 would be the tech’s arrival time. Most companies give you a 4 hour window! The online form was simple to complete, and he texted me within 5 min. He asked if it was ok for the tech to come earlier, which was even better! Josue arrived and was great about asking where to park the van. He even said he would try to be quiet, when I told him we had a newborn in the house! He was super respectful, professional, and diligent in completing the job. He cleaned the area as well after completing the work. Overall, I can’t say enough great things about Toilet King and the great communication, service, and care they showed in installing a new toilet.
