    We have used Modern Mechanical for several issues that have come up, including replacing water heater, sump pump, and a new disposal. Always professional, on time and providing quality installation and service. We even wanted something that was pretty specific and non-standard- they worked with us and ordered exactly what we needed, installed it quickly and it’s worked fabulously going on 5+ years now with no issues.     Consistently excellent service. Quick booking times, seasoned expert professional mechanics. We bought our air conditioner from them and have them service our furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. They also do a great job cleaning our ductworks as well as dryer. They show you before and after pictures through the camera so you can see the work performed. Never had a bad problem. All the technicians are professional, friendly and polite. Alex in scheduling is very friendly and upbeat and works to get you an appointment convenient to your schedule.

    The technicians we have had from Modern Mechanical are honest, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of your time and property. They dont oversell for services you dont need. We use their maintenance plan for our HVAC systems, so they have a history of what was done previously and what was recommended. Great company!! Highly recommend!!

    I have worked with modern mechanical since 2016. One hour heating and air first came to my home and quoted and installed a two-piece HVAC system which requires some wall repair due to the unique design. The wall was repaired and looked better than ever. I next used Benjamin Franklin plumbing for a water heater replacement in the same condominium, and again they were wonderful.When my wife and I purchased a home in Leesburg, we called Mr. Sparky and they were able to help us change exterior and interior fixtures to suit our needs.In 2021 we had to replace our HVAC units and again called one hour heating and air who provided outstanding service, a competitive price, and flexible financing.We have used Modern Mechanical for all sorts of preventive maintenance and even major appliance replacement. I would recommend all the lines of business of Modern Mechanical without hesitation.

    I had my AC unit broken in the beginning of the summer. I had a couple companies come out to give me estimates, but were all too pricey and didnt show up on time. Modern Mechanical came out, the estimate was a reasonable price and the techs were real professional and hard working. I highly recommend them. The best in the area.

    I have used Modern Mech in the past on my new system install and they were super great to work with. Even set me up with a low interest loan to pay it off over time. I have also used them to maintain an office condo system that I rent out. The owners, Shawn and Ashley, are very professional, engaged in our community and just plain nice people.

    Such an honest & helpful company! I called to schedule service (which I was able to get for the next day as the issue didnt require same-day) and the person over the phone described a troubleshooting tip for me to try in the meantime. IT WORKED! They could have easily charged me for the service call & then solved my problem but thats not how they roll. If honesty, integrity, and service are important to you as you weigh which company to call, Modern Mechanical is for you.

    Modern Mechanical replaced 2 HVAC systems and have maintained them for the past 6 years. They have also replaced and maintained our water softer, and will soon upgrade our 75 gallon hot water tank to a tankless system. We call Modern Mechanical for all HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues. Great company and customer service.

    We recently had our HVAC replaced by Modern Mechanical and George was the most honest salesperson I’ve ever met. He was upfront with the costs, pros/cons of various units and took the time to walk us through the entire process to make an informed decision. The installers were great and didn’t leave a mess behind and took the time to show us some of the features of the furnace, humidifier, AC and thermostat.

    We ended up needing a new hot water heater unexpectedly.Omar, with Modern Mechanical, showed up within the scheduled time frame and went right to work . He diagnosed the situation to determine if he could salvage the existing hot water heater with a repair or if replacing it was the best option. The 20 year old unit needed replacing so Omar began the job. He worked non stop until the new water heater was installed and functioning properly.His work is very clean, neat and professional. Would / will definitely recommend him and Modern Mechanical to others.

    I have used Modern Mechanical on numerous occasions and have not been disappointed. There in-office and field staff have been responsive to my phone calls and/or emails. I have been happy with the service they have provided in that I decided to purchase their annual maintenance plan. When dealing with their staff I feel as if they have been straight forward with my requests. I will continue to use Modern Mechanical (One Hour, Benjamin, and Sparky) for future repairs.
