Daniel and his team at Loudoun Basements were FANTASTIC! My wife and I asked a LOT of questions at the start, during and near the completion of basement project and Daniel always answered our questions without any hesitation. The project involved Daniel’s team finishing a basement bathroom and spare room/den. Daniel’s team were attentive to detail and exceeded expectations. The one thing I can’t stress enough is how well Daniel’s team treated us while working within our home…they were all professional, courteous and treated our home with respect throughout the build process. We are forever grateful for Daniel’s team and for the AMAZING finished product!

Daniel and all his crews were extremely professional at all times. We were always kept appraised of the status of the job. In addition, Daniel was very accommodating when we added several additional (small) items that we wanted done as well as a custom area with ventilation & lights under the stairs for our cats. We contracted Daniel with Loudoun Basements to help us install drywall, painting and tile in our basement remodel project. The team was very competitive on price, was always on time, and Daniel has been the best contractor I have worked with in years. He was always communicating with us, open to ideas and many questions about the process and timeline, and flexible on some minor changes we had throughout the installation. His drywall installers ensured we had clean walls and sanded perfectly to ensure paint did not show imperfections. The painting was absolutely on point as well - with precision cut-ins and multiple coats to ensure full coating of drywall. And his team also install flooring - a quality product provided by Mosaic Tile of Chantilly (They also provided the designer for the tile work in the bathroom and supplies). And we could not be happier with the shower - it absolutely fits the vision of what we wanted to accomplish. Overall, about 1200sf added to our home and it has a great, cozy feel. Great job, Daniel and the Loudoun Basements team!

I would highly recommend Daniel and his team at Loudoun Basements for any and all of your renovation and/or remodeling plans. My wife and I are both in real estate and know several contractors who could have completed the job, however, when we discussed our plans with the Daniel, we were confident that the right choice was made. He provided a great value and an incredible finished product. Our basement was completely unfinished, and he followed the architectural plan precisely to end with a fully finished area with two additional bedrooms, fitness room, wet bar, storage area, hardwood (LVP) flooring, full bathroom.We could not be happier with the finished product.Coming from a real estate background and seeing plenty of spaces, I can say the finished product that Loudoun Basements delivers is one of the best....quality and value!

We hired Daniel and his team at Loudoun Basements to remodel our main kitchen and basement. The quality has been superb and the craftsmanship has been very professional. It is hard to find a great General Contractor but Daniel openly communicated with us from beginning to end and always paid close attention to details. Our expectations were definitely met and he runs a very professional team who all do quality work. We are in love with our new kitchen and basement!

Loudoun Basements transformed our unfinished basement into a rec room (with a childrens play area, exercise area, and a furnished section for entertaining), a separate den, full bathroom, and walk-in storage room. We were able to work with Daniel and his team to include customized design features early on and then later during construction. We are very pleased with how our home improvement project turned out. Daniel and his team do beautiful work, are extremely professional, and very reliable. I received 3 bids for my project and his price was right in the middle of the other two quotes. What really sold me was that Daniel actually delivered his bid in person. He reviewed every line item with me and had a few ideas of his own which enhanced the overall design. We are enjoying our new basement and I look forward to working with Daniel on other projects around the house.

We needed our ~1500 sqft unfinished basement turned in to a handicap-accessible, 1bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with full kitchen, laundry, office, and plenty of storage, and we needed it in about 4 months during a pandemic. Daniel and his team came through for us!We had three full estimates for the project. Loudoun Basement’s estimate seemed most commiserate with the level of service and materials being quoted. The only deviations from the original estimates were thanks to my mother’s expensive taste or projects we added added to the list along the way.Daniel had the patience of Job dealing with all of the change orders, a leak in our basement wall that appeared immediately after insulation was installed, discontinued kitchen cabinets, bickering between family members, and the list goes on. He and his team were a real pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond working with my wheelchair-bound mom to make sure she could comfortably navigate the floorplan, access things in the kitchen and bathroom, had conveniently placed light switches and outlets, and they even built a wedge to tilt the bathroom mirrors down so she could see herself. Daniel personally worked with the subcontractors handling plumbing and the bathroom grab bars to make sure there was proper blocking between the studs to accommodate the weight bearing bars and that plumbing fixtures were at the correct height for MIL to be able to function independently in the shower.I could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship or the dedication Daniel and his team showed throughout this stressful project. I will not hesitate to call on Loudoun Basement when it’s time to remodel my kitchen and master bath in the near future (don’t want my mom to have a nicer kitchen and bathroom than I have)!
