Chris Price and Metro builders completely changed the look of our home. In a good way. There were several places of rot on the siding and trim. They repaired and replaced the bad places, and painted our entire house. They also replaced the roof. Chris’ team worked quickly and were always polite and professional. Chris worked with us and our budget and the results were outstanding. He was always prompt with responses and he communicated very well, always keeping us in the loop. We have already recommended metro builders to 4 other families. He is an honest regular guy who will work hard to do you and your family right.

Metro Builders completed the addition on my home that was started before the pandemic by another contractor. Metro Builders came to my home, accessed the situation, gave their estimate of cost and completion date. They were reasonable, professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my addition and would recommend them to everyone.

Not only did they fit perfectly within the original budget, but they worked around problems with creative solutions, and were gracious about making the project ‘just right’ AND on time! They helped our schools recreate Mr. Roger’s Trolley. It delighted audience members of all ages in the holiday parade.

Chris price handled my insurance claims and stuck through that exhaustive process of dealing with my insurance company on my behalf. He got the claims estimated and paid. Their roof installation was completed in a day, very tidy and thoroughly cleaned my parking lot and landscaping. The roof looks great! I highly without hesitation recommend them!!!!!

Metro Builders is the bomb! Chris was our initial guy. He was positive and upbeat. He advised us against some moves we wanted to make and suggested alternatives based on his experience. That was appreciated! The crews were punctual, precision, neat and happy to explain if we butted in. Areas were clean after each work day.Work was gorgeous.Biggest shocker: a small item noticed after all was done and paid. They were just as fast to return and handled! Unheard of.Cant say enough good about these guys.
