    Ive had 2 great experiences with Kilowatt in the past year, and highly recommend them!The first was a smaller emergency repair, when 2 other electricians didnt even bother to show up for their estimate & work appointments. The folks at Kilowatt came through for me in a pinch and were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. The second was a full service panel upgrade from a failing 100-amp service box to a new 200-amp box. Again, they were incredibly quick and professional. Comparing the quality of their work to what had been done before was night and day.One of the best aspects of working with Kilowatt was that their price and time estimates of the work were exactly what they delivered. They are absolutely my go-to electrician for future work.

    Great experience! They came out for a quote that was reasonable. Scheduled in a timely manner. Completed the job on an outdoor 240v outlet with waterproofing everything. They set-up the county inspector to come out for the permit, which was approved. It looks and works great. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic experience with the owner (Sam) quoting a camera install project and the two guys who did the install were professional and highly skilled. The project was for exterior cameras mounted on a brick facade and hard-wired for continuous power. The work was exactly as expected at a fair price. Very highly recommended!

    We own a vacation rental and had major water damage in the ceiling so we had to replace the lighting. Monty installed 2 ceiling fans for us. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He kept me informed every step of the way. One of the ceiling fans did not line up so we had to purchase another one. Monty boxed it back up and had it all ready to take back.We received a call from the folks renting our vacation rental today and they stated the water heater was out. When my husband went to inspect, it was not getting electricity. We called Kilowatt and they had an electrician in route within 20 minutes. My husband had actually hit a reset button and it was working before the electrician arrived. They immediately cancelled the electrician without charge.Kilowatt Electric LLC will ALWAYS be our go to company for any electrical work we ever need.If you are looking for caring, friendly, professional, quick electrical work, look no further....This should be the first electric company you contact and it will be the last one you ever contact!

    We have a new basement living area and Kilowatt Electrical Co. was our electrical contractor. Our living room breaker kept tripping for no overload reasons. Kilowatt came out twice and persisted until they found a faulty dimmer switch. They checked every receptacle, every switch and breaker connection. By testing circuits one at a time the faulty device was found and replaced. Very very good backup on their work. Both crews were professional. Scheduling was easy and they worked with us on appointment times. And friendly too. Also, they proactively wore masks, gloves, honored distance for us. Id give them a very high rating.

    We had Kilowatt come out to help us with several issues on our property, from fixing bad outlets to installing a new kitchen circuit to adding a fuse protector to our main line. They really took the time to understand what we needed and were extremely prompt & professional the day of the service. Our 1971 ranch needed aluminum wire replaced with copper, and the owner of Kilowatt understood how important this work was to our familys sense of security.     Kilowatt Electric arrived on time and installed new fixtures in our home. They wore shoe covers and cleaned the areas where they worked. While they were here I had them take a look at a breaker that has been tripping on occasion. We had a electrician come last winter and take a look but he could not figure out the problem. Sam with Kilowatt spent thirty minutes with it and it has not tripped yet. I will use this company again.

    I absolutely recommend KiloWatt to anyone needing Professional Electrical service done in their home or business. They were the only contractor who called me back out of the ten I TRIED to contact, and I sure am glad they did. We had a HUGE job of converting my Mothers early 70s built home from all aluminum wiring to copper and all the job requires. They kept me posted the entire way, and made several suggestions on how to do things BETTER and CHEAPER! They re-located switches so their location made sense, added all the up to date, code dictated devices, and did the entire job without destroying much sheetrock in order to gain access. What little mess was made, was cleaned up nicely.TOP NOTCH PROS!The ladies in the office were knowledgeable about the process and quickly got me answers to any questions and called back quickly when they had to research something.The price was fair and they took reasonable draws to pay for materials etc... as the job progressed, but held off on the final Invoice until the job was complete and we were happy!KiloWatt Electric gets two thumbs up from our family!

    Kilowatt Electric was contracted to install a whole house surge protector. We had a nearby lightning strike a few days before which tripped some circuit breakers and caused some other damage. The technician promptly addressed my questions and showed me that a GFCI outlet in the garage had tripped and he reset it. There was no additional charge for addressing the other issues caused by the lightning strike.
