Tureks is always fast, professional and excellent. They are simply the best in town. Could not be happier. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, cleaned up the worksite each day. We have had them do several projects, most recently a master bath rebuild and installed a full bath in the basement. The results exceeded our expectations. At final billing, they credited us for several items that came in under budget. Quite honestly they could have easily kept that money and we would never have known. If you want quality and professional service call Tureks. We worked most closely with Dustin, Robert, Kyle and Kristi. But the truth is all of their employees were outstanding to work with.

The process of replacing our bathtub with a walk-in shower has gone extremely well. We looked at over four different products and dealers. Dustin from Tureks provided the Onyx product and it became the product we were most interested with and ultimately chose. The crew Dustin had working on our project, which was more than just installing a walk-in shower, were superb and very professional, they put down plastic coverings, and cleaned up everyday and when finished. We love our walk-in shower, the other side projects and enthusiastically recommend Tureks. Great work everyone.

Fast scheduling (next morning) We only had a crud-covered faucet under our bathroom sink that showed some teeny leaks and dribbles. Brendan called 15 minutes before he arrived (per my request). He explained the situation, and made his recommendations, which were actually less extensive than I was expecting. Took extra efforts to keep his work area and in/out of the house clean. Cleaned up extra well after finish. Polite, respectful, didnt talk down to me. Repair was reasonable, especially considering I didnt have to spend 2 days trying to do what Brendan did in less than an hour.This is the 4th time weve had Tureks for service. They are prompt, respectful, reasonable, and professional. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Tureks to anybody needing plumbing repair.

We have a drain backup in our basement on Sunday, called Monday morning and had someone out to the house by Tuesday afternoon. Megan was so nice when she helped set up the appointment. When Nate got to the house he had the issue fixed in about an hour. Very reasonable pricing. We will contact Tureks for any future plumbing needs we may have. Thank you!

My sewer line was backing up at 9:30pm on a Saturday and I called 12 different plumbers emergency lines and only 2 answered. One would only come in the morning, but Tureks came in 45 minutes and resolved the clog! I would highly recommend!!!

The company was friendly and professional from the beginning, and the estimate was done on the same day as the installation which really worked out great. Josh B. did a beautiful job installing a bathroom vanity with an undermount sink and faucet, a skirted toilet, and kitchen faucet for us. We had what seemed like a particularly tricky set of circumstances going on with the plumbing under the sink, since two different companies had already turned down the job, but Josh figured out a solution that turned out to be more beautiful than the best outcome we had imagined. The pictures don’t do it justice, the bathroom looks nice, bright and clean in there, and the kitchen faucet isn’t pictured but hopefully you can get an idea of the nice job that was done. I would recommend Turek’s as our experience was seamless and the install was intelligent and perfection.

Thank you for that! Dakota, the service technician, was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous, although he could have laughed a bit more at a few of my jokes! They were the low bidder in our effort to convert our traditional bathtub to a walk in shower. They also helped us address a sagging ceiling and replace an old sink there. They did all they promised, we are waiting on the sliding shower doors yet. They taught us about replacing a sump pump, helped us secure our discharge pipe from the sump pump on the outside.I shared one concern with them as it affected the painting we agreed to do. They acknowledged my issue, agreed with it and I hope they keep future customers educated in progress, appearance and status of the work. They came when they said they would and all the affiliate contractors did too.We would use them again.

From the ease of making an appointment to the knowledge and professionalism that Josh showed when inspecting my shower, I know that Tureks will be my lifetime plumbing company. We just bought a house and Josh came out to fix our shower. During the inspection, he noticed our toilet was running (I had only heard it the night before!) and offered to inspect that as well. He detailed what was wrong with both, offered solutions and the cost for each. He was done quickly and was quick to share his knowledge when I asked pesky new homeowner questions. Best of all, he was very nice to my scared dog. We will always use Tureks!*****update August 2024******Had Brendan out to inspect our sump pump as part of the routine maintenance. As someone who has never even had a basement, I asked all sorts of questions and Brendan was super knowledgeable. He explained the system and its parts and even changed out our battery with the new one we found. Still happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

My brother was watching my home while I was out of state. He called to tell me my water heater was starting to leak. I called Tureks and talked with Rachel L. I was due home late the following day. She arranged to have a technician at my home the morning after my return to assess the problem.Nate T and his assistant were at my home bright and early that day, looked over the situation and gave me options and estimates of what needed to be done. I choose to replace the old unit with a new water heater. By noon that same day they had removed the old unit, replaced it with a new one and took the time to talk to me regarding the details of the new unit. I had no mess to clean up after they left.I would highly recommend Tureks Plumbing to any of my friends. The staff were very professional, pleasant to deal with and efficient in the job done.

2024:Kyle and his team repaired half of our sewer about 3 years ago after another company dipped out on us. We knew we would have to have the other half of the pipe fixed and a point repair. It was an easy decision to schedule with Kyle when the time came to have it done. He makes a stressful situation easy to manage. Ill continue calling Tureks and Seal Pipe for all our plumbing needs.2021:We had major sewer problems that required service on and off for about 5 years. Little did we know that our pipe was clay and needed to be repaired. We worked with about 4 different plumbers over the years and no one told us that. When we found a company that told us what needed to get done and that they would get back to us with a quote, we never heard back from them. When we finally got them to respond, the told us they were too busy and couldnt help us. Thats where Tureks came in. I emailed them and they had a plumber in the next day. They cleared out our pipe with a jet hose and told us what needed to be done for repair. Tureks got back to me within a few days for a quote and scheduled the next week to come out and fix it. They also had a very full schedule, but made time for our emergency. I waited almost 4 months to leave this review to be sure the fix would hold up. It did. I will be calling Tureks for all our plumbing needs from now on.

Megan and Nate were super. Megan kept me up to date on arrival times and made sure to let me know if there were any changes. Nate walked into a flooded basement and quickly and efficiently replaced the defective sump pump and told me approximately how long it would take to empty out the basement. He also recommended their services to rebuild the bathroom and I hired you company to do so.Teri came and looked at the area, came up with a plan and and now its on your schedule.

I contacted Turek yesterday (Tuesday) to have someone come help fix our shower valve pin since it shot out unexpectedly. We were originally scheduled to have our appointment this Friday, and they were able to come repair our shower today! Nate was very professional and had everything done in less than an hour. He even recommended something for our slow draining sink as well. 10/10 would recommend for any future plumbing needs!
