I have been a customer of Aquarius HS since 2019 with the install of a whole house water filtration system (drilled well). Cory and crew did an exceptional job on the install. I can’t say enough about system performance. With such an important system I wouldn’t be without the maintenance program AHS offers, worth every penny.Moving forward to December 2024:My tank water heater was reaching its normal life cycle so I gave AHS a call and Cory came out to give a replacement quote. He gave me several options while keeping my investment dollars as a key consideration. I elected to go with a tankless type heater. Cory and crew completed this install as well and I couldn’t be happier. Top notch job for sure. My hot water heater needed to be replaced, which I kinda figured. John was the plumber that came out. He confirmed it and explained what had happened, basically it was old.He wasted no time in getting the job done and went above and beyond what he had to. He cleaned up all the leaked water ( I had surgery and was not supposed to do steps) even motivated me to rake the leaves off our deck!! A super personable guy who had an extremely positive attitude. We could not have been more pleased with the service Corey and his assistant, Skyler, provided us. We inherited a fairly complex system that we did not understand in detail. When it seemed to be malfunctioning, Corey ran through a series of tests for the apparatus and, more important, a series of explanations for us, so that we now understand the various components and their function. They were exemplary in their patient, clear explanation, and thorough and efficient in their testing of the system.Second, they noticed a deficiency in a neighboring system, and proposed a solution we were more than happy to adopt. In the course of installing a new component, Corey also noticed a flaw in the existing plumbing’s support and suggested and performed a fix.Overall, their attention to detail and excellent execution really define good service, and we look forward to future scheduled service calls, knowing well be in good hands.

Had the Kinetico Premier XP water softener and the Kinetico K5 Drinking water station installed. Our cabin is in Goodman Wisconsin, near Lake LaFaye. Our water in this area is very high in iron. But now I don’t have to worry about that. With having Aquarius Home Service! Aquarius is going to take care of our family. I encourage others in the community to give them a call!

I was happy with my technician Terry and the job he did. However I think the cost was a bit ridiculous. I was told because I was already an hvac customer I was not being charged a trip charge but it cost $258 to replace one valve under the sink that took less than a half hour. I also thought the repair of the outside spigot was quite pricey. I know the parts used for both things were not that expensive. So with no trip charge and a final bill of $429 to fix to small inexpensive things, I will look elsewhere next time I need plumbing work done.

1-13-2023:Cory and Travis just completed the shower and vanity install in the downstairs bathroom. This bathroom needed a complete tear out, including installing new floor drain to connect to the existing drain line. This meant removing a section of the foundation, laying the pipe and replacing concrete (I did that ;-). I also poured the self leveling concrete for the base which allowed Cory and Travis to install the shower unit. The vanity drain was customized to include a drain clean out (hopefully never need to use it, but it was necessary because theres no clean out in that section of pipe). Photo shows the finished bathroom and the fantastic work these guys did!----Exceeded my expectations! Personable staff and did even better than they were asked to! I have the older shut off valve for my main water supply and they put in a ball valve whole house shut off which is much better. I also had them install an outside spigot while they were here. On top of that they put in a walk in shower and were extremely tidy and efficient. You will be impressed with this outfit. They do what they say and listen to your needs.---I have had Aquarius out for additional plumbing work. They plumbed and installed a new vanity in my newly remodeled bathroom where they originally installed the shower - they are also working on putting in a shower for my downstairs bathroom. Each time they are here, they are respectful of the property and are happy to do little extra things that I ask them to do. Its like I have a personal plumber that I can depend on for anything! And they are nice people!

He answered all of my questions to satisfaction, pointed out things that I had not noticed or considered, explained to me the things that I could do to maintain and improve the home on my own, and fixed several of the quicker things that needed to be done, all in the short time he was here. I would definitely enjoy having him back to work on the larger jobs that he was not able to remedy immediately.UPDATE: Since the work above, weve had John back to correct the pipes under our kitchen sink and install an In-sink-erator, and then later we had him back again to install a new water heater. Both times, he was friendly, informative, and answered all of the varied questions that I had which were not related to the work we had called him out to do. If we have more plumbing work to do, we will definitely try to get him again.UPDATE 2: I had Terry come and help me with a tub drain clog that I had been unable to dislodge myself, as well as replace the fill and flush valves in a toilet that wouldnt fill the tank. Everything went well. I am satisfied again.

I recently found out I had extremely high levels of arsenic and other heavy metals in my water. After contacting Aquarius I had the privilege of having Jared share some options with me to help our water situation. Jared did an amazing job explaining the process and benefits of different choices. After going over the information I decided to move forward.I had Jordan M. and Cory H. assigned to this project. I went with the Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System for the whole house, a new Water Heater, Under Sink Filtration System in kitchen, new Water Softener, and 2 new toilets. Cory and Jordan worked diligently and expertly on this huge project for over 11 hours. They were both so patient with my questions and concerns, offering more advice for future projects. I appreciate their time and hard work so much. We cant wait to finally drink water from the tap instead of bottled water. Thank you Jared, Cory, and Jordan!

Aquarius Home Services and Hansons Quality Plumbing were fantastic! My water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. So I began my search on Black Friday. I must have called 10-12 different places but only Aquarius Home Services was willing to work with me. They had a payment option service and got me a new water heater the same day! Actually within hours of first contact. Plus hundreds of dollars cheaper. Our technician Justin did a fantastic job of explaining the new water heater and answered all my questions. We are very pleased with our new water system! The installer and I discussed exactly what was best for our needs and it got done! We are on well water that is acidic, we were able to balance the PH levels to the house water and also feed the sprinkler system with PH to help our beautiful landscaping, with a bypass to the sprinkler system if need be.
