Bob Vallee and team member did a great job, fixing errors left by another company. The job was done as quickly as possible. Bathroom looks great! It was nice to have a contractor in, who was easy to talk to, friendly, but really knew what to do to fix our shower!

Kevin was great. I was having some random plumbing difficulties across my home and he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain at the level of detail I wanted. He showed me how to maintain a couple of fixtures and what signs to watch for to avoid emergency visits. I haven’t always had good experience with plumbers. I put my faith in Swift because they just recently partnered with Universal A/C and I’ve had really good experiences with that company. I’m happy to say that Swift did not disappoint.Also, it was super convenient that they sent a geotracker text prior to the visit so I could see exactly when he was going to show up. Their rate for time spent here was reasonable, and I’m glad to be able to recommend them.

We had a hot water heater go out, and had issue arise with some documents but despite the issues A technical adviser by the name Bo was awesome! He was respectful, knowledgeable, costumer service orientated, and above all else genuinely sympathetic to our situation. This was for a rental and I was not on site. He called me when he was on the way and also on site to let me know what repair was needed. Swift Brothers turned a bad home owner situation into a happy ending. (Get your mind out of the toilet, people. 😂)Last night I ran into a clogged drain issue in my kitchen. Thinking I could easily resolve the issue, I did what any independent thinker would do, I went to YouTube.The boiling water, vinaigrette strategy was a bust. ❌Next stop Walmart at 11pm to buy every drain clog potion on the shelf. Nothing worked. It only made a bigger poison issue!I woke up tired, defeated & in need of a professional to come and save the day. Thank goodness I found SWIFT BROTHERS!Andrew took my call at the crack of dawn and got me on the schedule that day! He listened to my personal issues and was kind & caring. He walked me through the process and said Alex would be out to assist me and to expect a call 30-min before arrival. This happened and Alex was on time!Alex had to go on the roof to fix the clogged drain. Who would have thunk! I didn’t even know that the plumbing was connected to the things on the roof. When he was done he even fixed a little toilet leak. 🚽All I know is a clogged sink is a problem and a clear drain is a privilege. Zachary Lyn from Swift Brothers came to our house for an emergency call late on a Sunday night. Even though he had to travel quite a way, very late at night, he was friendly, very respectful and did a fantastic job fixing our problem. You could tell he knew what he was doing, and he did his job very well. My wife and I appreciate that Swift Brothers is open 24 hours a day and we appreciate the job that Zachary did. Alex Ramos ( the technician who serviced my water heater) is very knowledgeable and efficient. He came to fix my water heater on time. He identified the problem quickly, fixed the problem, and gave me advice on yearly maintenance of my water heater. I appreciate that the swift brothers company was able to get my appointment set asap and I only had to wait a day for a technician to come out for repair. I would highly recommend them and would be use swift Brothers again! Ask for Alex!

Called the Swift Brothers after discovering a leak in an exterior pipe on our property that just would not seal correctly. Our plumber Gary W did an incredible job to identify and resolve the issue once and for all. He came out even though it was pouring rain for most of the day and he preformed high-quality work under those less-than ideal conditions.
