If possible I would love to give more stars for their attentiveness, professionalism, promptness and pricing. I called about a leaking wax toilet seal and A1 Service Plumbing was about to come out within four hours. Anthony was professional and very fast in diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Zo from A1 came out to pump my septic tank and provided amazing service. In his words I was just to “sit back and relax” while he dug up the septic access, pumped the system and put everything the way he found it. This was a very different experience to working with other companies associated with Wind, River Environmental. Zo answered all of my questions, promised to get further information on things he couldn’t directly answer and was over all very personable. I will definitely be calling A1 for my plumbing needs moving forward. They are upfront on their pricing, with set rates and provide great customer service.

Excellent job! Had our whole house re-piped. They were very patient in answering every question we had, even after the job was completed. They also installed a new water heater. After the re-pipe, they had their own folks that did the drywall repairs; and it was done very well. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I called A-1 Service Plumbing because I had a water leak under my house that was driving up my water bill, but was difficult to find. A-1 Service Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. Angela, who took my call was polite and efficient and knowledgeable. She helped me to arrange an appointment for a someone to come out asap to assess my problem. I met with that person, Tony, very soon. He assessed the problem immediately, knew exactly what it would take to fix the problem and actually fixed the problem on the spot. The price was very reasonable. It was a great experience to deal with a company that was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I would enthusiastically recommend A-1 Service Plumbing.

I recently used A1 Service Plumbing to fix a leak in our backflow system. Jonathan was prompt, efficient, and friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day, despite having to repair some shoddy work done by the previous company we had used last year. The price I feel was very fair. I am very impressed with Jonathan and A1 Service Plumbing. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I will be calling them in the future whenever we need a plumber again.

I recently used this company to re-pipe my house, the quality, the mannerisms and the cleanliness was way more then expected Enrique and Zack and the other gentleman I don’t recall his name were amazing . Enrique after they were finished asked me is there anything anything he could clean or if there was anything that needed to be corrected and cleaned till I was fully satisfied and the other gentleman gave me a full walk through 5/5 stars.

My experience with A-1 Service Plumbing was the type of service I would recommend to any homeowner. My septic tank needed to be drained and they found the lid with no problems. We installed a new irrigation line to feed the back of our property. When running the irrigation it seemed that the well pump was shut on and off too often.Michael with A-1 Service Plumbing came out to my house and investigated and determined that the bladder tank needed to have more air pressure. After another company misdiagnosed my SLAB LEAK as a dead water heater, I called A1 on recommendation by a co-worker. In addition to A1 being A THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS than the re-plumbing estimate by the water heater guys (AFTER they replaced my working heater!), A1 did....just an extraordinary job. They were super professional -- clinical even -- in their execution of the massive surgery that is a home re-plumbing. Every member of their team had a specific job, worked with precision, and used best quality materials and finish. A home re-plumbing is a REALLY traumatic experience for any home-owner. Through this, Ill tell you, I couldnt be happier. Hire these guys! Youll be glad you did, too.
