    My AC went down in my townhouse. Called JOSKO and they came out the same day.They quickly found the issue and implemented a plan. They ran all the way to Sanford to get the replacement part and had us back up and running the same day.Great service and a fair price!!

I had the pleasure of working with this technical support rep, yesterday and was grateful that he got my address. I had all but given up on this company because of bad outcomes from before. This issue he handled yesterday was one where this company has been out to this residence many times before.He actually took the time to hear the issue, he included me in step for step what he was doing.     I cant say enough good things about Josko! We had been having electical light issues for about 2 weeks unable to figure it out. Scheduling was extremely quick and easy and they got me the first available appointment!When Kalifa came to the house, she immediately went to work and found the issue. Explained the issue, fixed the problem, and had everything set within just a few minutes if her being here!Everyone we spoke to and worked with were so kind and enjoyable to work with. We will 100% call Josko and request Kalifa if we have any electrical issues in the future.

    Henry did an amazing job!I have had four other electricians come out to my house none of them could figure out the problem they all told me there was nothing wrong! Henry was very thorough and did not give up! He found out exactly what was going on! He was also very kind! I can now use my dryer again and I am so happy!     I want to give a shout out to Ruben and Jesus who came to our home this morning and worked into the evening on our plumbing situation they both made sure that they kept us in the loop of what was going on after digging down 6ft. in our front yard in the heat.     We had Josko come and fix a leaking washer spigot, that Frank Gay plumbing said was going to cost me $1900 to fix and install the washer box around the hot/cold water spigots, for $350 and a service call! For a big name plumbing company like Frank Gay to send a plumber out and try and upsell more than what was needed to fix the actual issue should be illegal!!

    This was our first time using Josko services they were Recommended to me and my wife from our neighbors who were having the same complications with the AC. We were having issues keeping our two-story home cool and our system was running non stop so we contacted them in regards to having someone come out and resolve this issue. Our service technician gave us a window and showed up right on time and was very professional with us. After fixing the issues they recommended remedies to prevent future problems and we have not had any issues since. Great job and fairly priced 👍🏽

    The technician came on Christmas Day and worked hard to unclog our apartment tub and toilet. Nothing seemed to work, but he was diligent and fought hard. After 3 hours, he got it fixed and was kind and courteous the whole time. We will definitely request this company and him in particular for any future issues we have. If you are able to request a particular technician choose MARSHALL. He was thorough and hard working. A steal of an employee.

Due to being so high risk, I couldnt chance anyone coming here, but when I could, Harvey was here in 10 minutes. Changed the ENTIRE SYSTEM inside and out in less than a day. He was courteous, professional, and was very tolerant of me and my blind diabetic disabled dog barking at him incessantly. LOL Thank you Harvey. Great job, Great sense of humor and so informative!! Its 90° today so it got hot, but its ICE COLD now, and Duke is issuing a credit. HAPPY CUSTOMER. Give Harvey a RAISE!!
