Our community had a flooded street that the crew from TCR did an outstanding job. Of course it was the town’s responsibility but somehow their employees can’t read their own maps. The TCR crew was out in no time and not only cleared the blockage, did it in a highly efficient and creative manner. Very doubtful many companies would have been as uniquely creative or successful. Great job, great crew.

TCR ftw! Terry is a great guy and his team was super knowledgeable and quick. They did a full relatively large repipe of our waterlines in basically 7 hours or so, which was very impressive, and also took care to find any other issues and fix as they went for peace of mind. And I did compare prices and asked around, these guys were very reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!

T.C.R. Rooter did a full repipe to replace the old Polybutylene pipes in our house. Terry was easy to get ahold of and very responsive via phone. He gave me a fair and accurate quote and got me scheduled quickly. Matt and Joe did great work at the house, worked efficiently and were respectful of the space. They were happy to answer my questions and explain the process to me. I am very happy with the work that was done, and I now have my go-to plumber for any future needs!

You dont have to call any other plumber because Terrys crew will do it faster, better and cheaper than anyone else in town. I had a water line burst in my front yard on a Saturday morning. Terry had the trench dug for a new line (by himself) before I finished my morning coffee. Recently I needed 2 gas lines installed and Matt had the job done less than 24 hours after I placed the call. Brad is one of the nicest guys Ive ever met and made sure I was well taken care of on a return visit. Dont hesitate to call them.

A++++! I had a back up that was spewing water from the downstairs toilet. After calling one company at about 7:30 am on a Friday, and they said they would have to get back to me because no one was in the office. So much for emergency work. I called TCR, and Terry came out within 15 minutes of my call. Diagnosed the problem, came up with a plan of attack, and he and his sons got water flowing to the sewer again in less than 2 hours. We ended up having a root bound drain pipe. I will definitely call Terry again to fix any other plumbing problems I may have.I have since had Terry or his crew out on 2 separate occasions for different issues. Each time they were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. They continue to be my go to plumber.

Terry and Brad are wonderful!! They did great work, told me and showed me what was going on with my pipes. It wasnt tree roots like we thought so it was much less expensive than we predicted. Hes fast, honest, calls if hes running a bit late.What I really like is that when we were in dire need of a plumber last fall he made sure he visited even when his scheduled client encountered problems. He could have bailed on us but didnt. He worked a long hard day but he still came out and we had running water that night! I will always call TCR from now on! Thanks Terry & Brad!!

We just had Brandon Clapp of TCR finish a repair to our sewer pipe, about 10 minutes ago, and it seems like he did a good job. He was thorough, answered all our questions, took additional time to investigate the inside of the house to assess any damage, and put us in touch with another contractor who could assist with additional work. One never knows what to expect when working with a contractor but our experience with Brandon has been quite positive. He has such an affable demeanor and was committed to making sure that we were comfortable with the work.

Very happy with our service. We called Tuesday and they gave us an hour window (10 to 11) for when they might show up Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning they called to say theyd be there at 10. The plumber, Kiko, arrived just before 10. He was polite and got right to work. I didnt know where the water shut off valve was so he had to spend time finding it but now I know for next time. He got the problem fixed very quickly and the prices were quite reasonable. Well definitely call TCR for our future plumbing needs.

We had a water heater on the third floor leak to below thru our ceiling, they removed old water heater and installed a tankless style water heater. We called TCR after a failed DIY attempt at replacing our kitchen sink. Terry was at our house within an hour of our call. Not only did he repair the broken valve, he also completed the sink installation, put in brand new supply valves to help avoid future problems AND installed the garbage disposal, and Im REALLY GLAD HE DID! It turned out the new sink was at a different height, which meant we needed some extra piping, which Terry had finished in no time flat!We were amazed with the quality of the service and the finished product. March 27, 2017I have to say, Im exceptionally impressed and very satisfied with the job TCR Rooter & Plumbing did. I called the TCR Rooter and Plumbing office over the weekend and left a message. My expectation level was to hear back Monday or Tuesday with service by the end of the week. Nope. Terry Ault, the owner of TCR Rooter and Plumbing called me back immediately on Saturday evening and scheduled my appointment for Monday morning first thing. I didnt have an emergency and couldve waited but he was on top of it. Terry sent one of his professional technicians. He was on time, professional, explanatory, and very polite.All-in-all, a fantastic experience and great job done by Terry Ault and TCR Rooter and Plumbing.

I called this shop at 7pm on a Wednesday not expecting anyone to answer. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor and also was threatening to back up. Not only did a woman answer the phone, but she scheduled a plumber to be at my house by 8am the next day. Brooks, the plumber, was very courteous and professional. He took care of business, and the fee was reasonable. You will not be disappointed when you go with this firm.

I had incredible service experience with TCR plumbing. We had leak from a shower valve that required urgent assessment. First, the owner was very nice and understanding when I called him late at night and he sent plumber over early the next morning. The plumber was professional and very friendly. He did a thorough assessment and walked me through every part and helped met get set up for the next step in repairing the damage from the leak. I unfortunately came home to discover that my walls were weeping from a burst pipe. My leasing company contacted TCR for me and they were absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind. I was contacted by their dispatcher and when they found out that I had had to cut off my main water line, they had people out within 2 hours of my call. Both plumbers who came were very professional and nice. On top of that, they had my problem sorted quickly. They very obviously knew what they were doing. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently moved into a new home and had a couple of issues that needed to be fixed. I cannot recommend TCR Rooter enough - they provide excellent service. First they came out to fix the water drainage problem that I had in my front/side yard by placing a french drain system next to the house. The end results look amazing and my yard no longer has the water drainage/flood issue. They also fixed my broken garbage disposal and once again excellent service. If you are looking for a plumbing service in the Triangle area that provides quick, friendly, and excellent service at a great price then I recommend calling TCR Rooter.
