Mario from Sweetwater Plumbing arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and expertly fixed the issue. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution to us, which we really appreciated. The service was not only professional but also very informative. Our family had a very positive experience with John and Sweetwater plumbing. The company has an excellent track record of good work and positive reviews from local builders which is why we decided to use them. Sweetwater was able to install our ice maker quickly and efficiently for a fair and reasonable amount. The plumbing technician even drove to the local True Hardware because Kitchenaid did not send one of the required drain hoses. Additionally he wore shoe guards every time he entered the home and was polite and courteous to my family.Could not recommend this company more.Highly satisfied customer 👍💯

I have utilized Sweetwater Plumbing in the scenario that they were the warranty provider for the work they did on my new build house. Ive called them out twice to look at issues and each time they were able to schedule me quickly and came out in the timeframe they said they would be there. Mario was there both times and was very polite and efficient. If I have issues after the warranty period, these are the guys Ill be calling again.

I noticed a leak on my water intake pipe to my home and called Sweetwater. They came out a couple of hours later and quickly fixed the issue. They gave me a fair quote before working on the leak, and the crew was in and out within half an hour. They resolved the leak and ensured I had good water pressure across the house before leaving.

Great service! Couldnt quite figure out why one of my toilets wasnt flushing fully, I gave Sweetwater a call and they were able to put me on their schedule quickly. The fellas who came over were extremely friendly and were able to resolve the issue within 30 mins. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

Sweetwater Plumbing is THE BEST!! I own a new home (still under warranty), and Sweetwater has been super responsive on all three occasions I had to place a call. Most recently, however, it was on Christmas Eve at 1:00 in the afternoon. I had a sewer backup problem. They did not know that this would not end up being a warranty issue, and they sent Mario and Jorge (George) to my house on Christmas Eve! They were there within an hour of my call. The problem ended up being that a contractor for AT&T who recently buried Fiber in my yard broke through my sewer pipe in two different areas of the yard, causing a backup. They fixed the first problem (dug and discovered and replaced the pipe), but they didnt stop there! They tested the drainage and ran a camera to discover a second area where the same contractor broke through the pipe about 40 from the other break. They repaired that as well, and saved my Christmas! I am so appreciative of how thorough they were, as I am placing a claim to have the repair cost covered by the contractor who caused the damage. The second break may have gone undetected until it was too late to be included in the claim had they not been so thorough. Mario assured me, immediately, that they would not leave until all was well. He had a great sense of humor, talked me out of the panic I was feeling, and I so appreciate him and Sweetwater as a Company. I cant speak highly enough about the consistently excellent service I have received from this Company!! Do yourself a favor - call them if you ever need a great plumbing company!

I called when I heard a strange humming sound and bad flow in one of my sinks. The technician was able to walk me through the steps to check one of the possible root causes, and I was able to get the sink running normal again right away. Will definitely call Sweetwater again for any plumbing needs!

Cheerful and courteous. These are the kind of guys that take time out of their day to help other people. There was an accident on the road or stuck vehicle and one of the text help tell other people how to route around the accident made a really confusing situation on the street much more manageable on top of that great Plumbers as well!
