    Jake with Read Plumbing came to my new home in Ankeny today to thaw and replace frozen sewer pipes. I’d rate him EXCELLENT in his work AND his customer service and politeness. I was kept up to date by him taking pictures and explaining in person what was needed as well as pictures of what he replaced! I would Highly recommend this company!

    We had a serious kitchen area water leak. Water was leaking down from our kitchen to our lower level. Called at 6:35 am and Serviceman responded promptly. The dishwasher hose repair was done efficiently and professionally. This is the third time we have been helped and highly recommend this service

    I had my garden faucet pipe break over the Memorial day weekend. I called the following day after the holiday to Jeremy at Read Plumbing and in 2-3hrs already had a plumber Christian which was respectful, honest and professional to come out. All work was done in a timely manner. One big thing that I enjoyed about Christian was the initiative of taking off his shoes before entering the carpeted area in the basement, I truly appreciate the willingness of him doing that. I understand some companies dont allow that due to safety concerns but Read Plumbing are people you would want fixing your Plumbing issues and know you will have peace of mind working on your house.I dont look at much reviews, I just call and schedule someone in....but the reviews of Read Plumbing spoke for themselves and truly got what I needed. HIGHLY recommend these folks!

    I called earlier today and was told they could come fix my leaky sink this afternoon. It was great cause Christian was earlier than expected, which was ok for me. He then fixed/replaced the pipe under the kitchen sink in about 20 minutes and it now works great! Very happy with the quick service they provided. I will definitely call them if I need a plumber in the future.

    Colin came in to do a sewer drain cleaning. He was on time, very respectful and polite. He did a great job and quickly. I have had other companies come in to do the service and their equipment damaged the tile going down the basement stairs. His drain cleaner had rubber slides on the back that left no marks or damage. Thanks again Colin for doing a great job.

    10/10! My water heater was leaking and I needed to find someone affordable to replace it since my home warranty would only cover a certain amount for reimbursement. I contacted the owner and he sent out his crew the following day! They were friendly and quick with the installation of a new water heater. Everything seems to be running great!

    Read Plumbing ticks all the boxes! They replaced my outdated tub with a beautiful walk-in shower and my old toilet with a stylish new one. I also asked them to replace my bathroom sink faucet, toilet paper holder, hand towel ring and towel bar. Love the shower surround, toilet and hardware they chose. They are very respectful and do great work! (I apologize for being crabby... just allot going on lately... the misunderstanding was my fault, but you all handled it gracefully!! Thank you!
