We had a leak spring up in the basement from a pex pipe fitting. They were able to get out the same day, showed up during the estimated time and provided a 30 minute notice of arrival via text.Zach and another gentleman showed up, they were extremely friendly and were able to fix the leak very quickly. They showed/explained the failure and answered my questions.Very professional and friendly. I will recommend to my friends/family.

As a contractor that has been in the business for a long time, Pat and his team are the absolute best plumbers Ive ever worked with. I’ve used other companies for other plumbing issues, but this was the best experience by far! My sump pump was having issues that I wasn’t able to troubleshoot, so I called and was able to get on the schedule quickly. The gentleman came out and quickly determined the motor was burning out, he replaced the pump and everything was up and running in no time! He didn’t try to sell me a monthly membership like other places do, there were no hidden extra charges and I felt the prices were very reasonable! The entire transaction was very efficient and he knew what he was doing! I will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!

I highly recommend these guys. They are straight forward, knowledgeable, and cost effective. They came to my house and fixed the break in my line all in one trip. They did not try to add a bunch of fees or extra work to the job and completed it quickly. Dont waste your time and money with any of the big companies that you see commercials for, they had to pay for those ads somehow and their estimates show it.

I called priority right away after finding out that I could in fact, not change my toilet on my own. I called at 3:09 and they were here at 3:31. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? They picked up on the second ring. Both were talkative and kind. Showed my fiancé and I where the master emergency shut off valve is for future reference. They hauled our old toilet to the dumpster and took the big box of garbage down when they left. I am very impressed! Highly recommend.

This company is the most responsive I’ve dealt with in Des Moines. My toilet broke and a new one was ordered and installed within 17 hours! This happened two days before Christmas AND they didn’t overcharge me! Pat and his team are great and the work quite reasonable. I will never use anyone else.

I meant to post this sooner! Back in January, we had an emergency plumbing issue when the pipes on our washer froze and burst during a snow storm. Priority was here fixing it within a half hour. They swapped the old, busted copper piping with plastic. I was so impressed! Well definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Pat and team are absolutely the best of the best. They do quality work fast and at a fair price, but they also make sure that you as the customer are taken care of completely and are satisfied with everything.Ive had them work on two different houses now and could not be happier. They really went the extra mile and finished up each project (both of which were major overhauls) in a single day.They even came out on a Saturday when they couldnt fit me in during the week, to make sure my family had working water and (boiler) heat.I cannot recommend Priority highly enough. If you live in the Des Moines area you shouldnt bother calling anyone else.
