Premiere Plumbing sent Ryan out to help with our bathroom sink problem. He came in a very short time after our call and was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the problem. He fixed things in a short amount of time and was very detail oriented. He looked over everything on both sinks, making sure all was working well. Id recommend Premiere Plumbing to anyone.

We had a great experience with David this morning who was here to repair two leaking exterior faucets. He was on time, found the problems, made the repairs, tested everything, all within an hour. My home has old plumbing which I know can be a pain to work with, but David was very knowledgeable and happy to help me out. Great service and fair pricing. We werent sure what the problem was but we had a leak under our sink.I called Premier Plumbing as their sticker was on the garbage disposal. They came out the same day I called, Ryan was helpful and had the problem resolved within 20 -30 minutes. Later, I got an email that the charges were incorrect. They corrected my account and they applied a discount due to their error. Great service and I will use them again if another plumbing need arises.

I was in a real bind with a potentially very expensive plumbing crisis at my home today so I called Premier. Even though they were short handed today, they still found a way to get a technician to my house just a few hours later, and they managed to fix my plumbing crisis for a fraction of what the cost could have been had I gone with another plumber. On top of all that, everyone was so friendly and courteous! They really get it, and I cannot recommend them enough!!

I had a plumbing emergency at the business I own on MLK day. Obviously, I assumed the worst would happen. I was wrong. I called Premier Plumbing and they had an incredibly friendly person here in 15 minutes. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also explained how I could prevent it from happening again. He was personable and helpful with no condescension in his voice at all. I will definitely be using Premier Plumbing again.

Premier plumbed my house when it was built 15 years ago and I have utilized them ever since, most recently for a water heater fix. Tim and back office personnel were extremely courteous and timely in all interactions with us after we lost hot water. Tim did an excellent job in fixing the issue, very clear in explaining the cause of the failure and all of our options. If you need plumbing service in the Ankeny area, you will never regret using Premier.

This company was recommended by another company I trust. I called them desperate for a plumber as 2 other companies didnt call back in the same week. They sent someone out in ONE business day. Im very impressed! Plumber was precise, knowledgeable, fixed everything we asked about except our faucets. He was honest about our faucets, they need replaced not fixed. I appreciate the honesty instead of putting bandaids on stuff thats barely functional. Im glad we have found a plumbing company we can rely on. The person who answered my initial call was friendly and helpful. We will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.
