I recently had to get my water heater and some pipes worked on, so I called Sycamore Plumbing and Heating. Their initial estimate was accurate, and they did a great job completing the work. While they were working on the original work order, they discovered some additional issues that needed to be addressed. I authorized the additional work, and they completed it promptly. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Josh is fantastic. He is honest and does great work. Twice he has taken care of us on short notice. He was also very fair on his fees for his time. Will use him when we replace our HVAC.

I woke up Saturday of Labor Day weekend and had no water from my well. I proceeded to call every company I could google in hopes that someone could save the holiday weekend for the family I had coming to the lake. Josh called me back quickly and offered to call me back when he finished another job he was working on. Josh was clear that they dont normally work on wells, but offered to diagnose and do what he could to hopefully fix the issue. In the meantime I was contacted by Shipe Well Drilling and set-up an appointment at noon to come out and fix the issue.Josh called me back around 12:30, exactly like he said he would, and I informed him I had a well specialist at the house and I greatly appreciated his professional approach and willingness to help on a holiday weekend! It is people like Josh that go above and beyond that Sycamore should be proud of!

Called Josh at Sycamore Plumbing & Heating to repair garbage disposal which had corroded to the point of not working. Needed the job done quick as company is arriving today. He gave me the option or 2 times he could come by to repair, in the early morning (7am) or in the afternoon. I chose the 7am slot. Josh showed up right at 7am, repaired the disposal, out by 7:35 am. His charges were very fair for his work.I have used Josh a number of times for heating/air work as well as plumbing help and he has performed outstanding work! I couldn’t recommend him more!

We had JJ install a new tankless water heater to replace our old tank water heater. We needed to switch to something with a powered vent due to a backdraft issue cause by our Radon system. We had thought about tankless since we first heard of them. Talking with JJ convinced us that tankless was the way to go. Our utility room has so much more space in it, thanks to JJs clean installation. JJ always takes care of us!

Our home HVAC was 25 years old . I got several quotes last year in 2023 ... Then my friend said he had new HVAC installed in his home using Sycamore Plumbing an Heating And that he was very happy with pricing and professional installation. So I asked him to have my unit replaced also in June of 2024. In and out in about 6 or 7 hours this was furnace and Ac unit . Very very nice company to work with .... Thank you for solving our problem.....
