I called Indiana Warm Floors on a Saturday, with the expectation of leaving a message. Scott Patton was in and answered my call. My IBC water boiler system was not holding pressure. Scott walked me through the process of setting the water pressure and troubleshooting our newer IBC Boiler system. We are outside of their service area, but Scott took the time to work with me over the phone. I would highly recommend Scott for a water boiler radiant system! Thanks a million, Scott! -
