    Gabriel H showed a mastery of our air conditioner and repaied it quickly, expertly and on a holiday. Our air stopped on a weekend and I was surprised and heartened that Masters would come fix it that day. I was so impressed with the company to meet needs in a house full of our family mourning from a funeral. Also impressive was the way Gabriel explained the importance of a yearly contract which will save us from loosing our air for years to come. Very grateful and impressed.

    Masters comes twice. year for maintenance. I always ask for Gabe. He is always on time and lets us know if anything needs taken care of. Plus he never seems rushed and answers all questions.     Mitchell and Skip were on time, very neat, and helpful. They did an excellent job . I would highly recommend this company. We got quotes from others, but they were about $3000 less than another local provider. Great company to deal with!

    Mike was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service for routine maintenance, explaining everything thoroughly once complete. Since I had expressed an issue with my outdoor thermometer causing a problem with my system on one of the hottest days of the year (system is only 2 years old) he explained that it should have been placed on the north side of the home rather than the south. He then moved it to its proper location and showed me how to troubleshoot (press the reconnect button on the furnace) so as to keep me up and running in the unlikely event the issue reoccurs. His services were very much appreciated.

    Mike, as usual, did a wonderful mop up job. I just dont understand how something like this was missed when the other technician came out last Thursday to do my maintenance service call and told me that everything was in good working order. I am paying for that maintenance service and shouldnt have to have someone come back out 4 days later to fix the problem even though I was not charged for Mikes visit. It is just frustrating but I am pleased that Mike got everything working properly again.

    Called around 6pm because our central air stopped blowing cooled air. On call tech was nice enough to give us a broad price quote, and advice on things we could safely check ourselves to see if they were the issue. We decided to wait until the next day instead of paying for an after-hours call and they came first thing in the morning. The tech, Michael, had been to our place before to do a check on our furnace. Both times he has been kind enough to give us advice on the best ways to keep our furnace and AC going, and even some tips on basic home repairs as we are new homeowners. Very great customer service, and the price of calls/repairs are fair. Will definitely recommend.

    I have needed Masters Heating and Plumbing twice now at my house. Both times the service was excellent, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and was great about explaining my options and not pressuring me to choose one thing over another.
