    Uriel arrived on time. He did a quick diagnostic to determine which line was clogged and cleared the blockage. Uriel took about 20 minutes in total to finish the job and be on his way. Uriel was friendly and efficient. He and his assistant had everything on the truck including a replacement part that my a/c needed. As with a previous job I received outstanding service from Leo.     Leonardo and his apprentice, Angel, were working 3 doors down from my home when they got the call. They took the time to come check and see what was happening here and replaced my old garbage disposal. As always, Mike Diamond employees are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and quick.     They were great workers. Got the job done quick and with the utmost professionalism. BUT, if your getting anything done other than simple drain blog removal, they are sky-high expensive. I mean their prices are astronomical. Quoted me almost $700 to change the handles for my bathtub. Cost me $40 in parts and took me 15 minutes to do myself. I understand they are professional and have years of experience and I agree they should be paid for that, but that is absolutely rediculous.

    Uriel did an awesome job. Had the sink up and running(draining) in less than 20 minutes while training another plumber. He’s done work for our house before and is always providing great service with a smile. He also gives us recommendations to help our situation and save us some money.     I called twice & both of the ladies that helped me out were kind and professional. I know there are a lot of bad reviews, but my experience was great. The plumber who came to my house was nice too. In the end there was some miscommunication and my tenants weren’t home when we had asked them to be. The plumber (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was understanding and even offered to come back(I didn’t end up calling him back). There were no charges or fees for the inconvenience on my end which I really appreciated.

    Called the office and explained the main drain stoppage and had the crew on site in just a few hours. The technician, Uriel-tech no. 8277, diagnosed the problem quickly and after some conversation, we agreed to add a main drain clean-out access at the front of the house. This would allow cleaning and video access to all of the main lines as I was concerned about root intrusion in my sixty year old house. The main runs under a large pine tree in the front yard. The work was completed in due time including their processing a city permit for the work. Contract no. 2474001 - Dec. 2022
