My family and I live in a very old house (almost 100yr old). We had lost power to both our hot water heater and oven. Called Mr. Electric. Talked with Carol and set a time for them to come out. Chris was our electrician. He was professional, courteous and kind. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and set a time for the next day to get the repairs done. He was even nice enough to get our hot water up and running for the night so my family and I didn’t have to go without. With an old house like ours, we will definitely have more repairs coming and we will DEFINITELY be calling Mr Electric. I hope we get Chris again.I will be recommending this company to my family, friends and anyone that needs more than a lightbulb changed.

Used Mr. Electric after calling several companies to come give me a quote on a Kitchen Remodel in Belmar Neighborhood. The other two companies I called one never showed up the other was out of my price range. Jose the electrician that did the work was very professional and patient with me as I was doing the Kitchen remodel myself and it took me a year to complete. They came and did the rough in and came back and did the finish everything passed inspection. Overall great experience!

My dad and I were very happy with Mr. Electric here in Amarillo, TX. From Carol in the office to Elijah and Chris in finding our problem when we did not have power in part of our house. Elijah keep us inform on what he was finding. They did a good job of trouble shooting and after some tracking things down, found the burnt ground wire and repaired it. Would highly recommend them.

Found them by surfing on the net. Read reviews and they were highly recommended, Elijah came twice and installed garage lights then returned and hung outside lighting. Both days were terrible weather and he showed up early and work was done really fast and correct. I can’t recommend them enough. Price was way fair fort union workers. Extremely happy. Use Elijah if you can great guy.

This company is wonderful! I spoke with Carol several times between my initial call and after the job was complete and she was always so kind and helpful, and got someone to my house much sooner than I had expected! Chris was extremely professional and was very quick to know what our issue was and how to fix it; it took him no time at all. I especially appreciate that he was very respectful coming into my home with a mask properly over his face and booties over his shoes. I really hope I dont need an electrician again anytime soon, but I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

Talk about service! I was able to communicate with Carol over the phone and email to pick my fixtures, I met the techs at my house to make sure we were on the same page, and when I got home that night, voila! I wouldnt have even known they had been there if it wasnt for the new fixtures. They cleaned up after themselves, and locked my door behind them. They also let me know when they were leaving for lunch and that they would be back. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had the courtesy to leave my good lightbulbs from the old fixtures on the counter for me. Great job Mr. Electric!!

Mr. Oberlies came over & did all the electrical we needed done but he ALSO let us know BEFORE he did it, how much it would cost & we really appreciated that. Words fall short of my experience at this place. I looked on the internet for an electrician that had good reviews and charges by the job (instead of $300 an hour no matter what) and I came across this place. I called at 8:19 am and a professional gentleman named Chris answered and said no problem we will have you called by our dispatch to set up a time for your estimate, I was happy with that. Then at 8:44 am (same day) a polite professional gentleman named Manuel called repeated my problem to me and asked if I wanted him to come right then, I was impressed at that point, and of course I said yes. He was at my door in under 10 minutes and was extremely courteous and got right to business and within 10 minutes he diagnosed our problem and explained the resolution to it and quoted a reasonable price and I said sold without having to check with my husband. He did the work very quickly and got our lives back to normal and was shaking my hand and saying have a good day by 9:45 am. I am still in shock. This is a well run establishment with professional outstanding employees. We are thrilled and we will never even consider calling anyone else. Thank you so much!
