We were putting up our outside Christmas decorations today and when we were done with them, they all worked but we did not have electricity in certain areas of our house. I needed them fixed today because we had plans later on. I spoke with two other electricians in town, and they couldnt get to me until tomorrow. When I call Amp and explained to Art the details of what was going on, he walked me through it step by step asking me the pertinent questions and telling me what to do and before too long everything was working. I was so relieved and thankful to have a courteous, friendly, professional, like Art that really cared about helping me in my situation. From now on if I have any electrical issues, Im calling Art at Amp.
