    I have had them here once before and they were so helpful I cannot say thank you enough. This time of course they did it again. We had horrible weather and they had to come again and it was so awesome everything was fixed. My son coming into town I dont get to see him often hes in the Navy and by the time he was here everything was ready to go. No more plumbing issues at all. Once again thank you S.W.A.T. Plumbing

    I have to say. This is the second time using Swat plumbing and they have Been fantastic. The Tech we had was Weldon. He was professional and nice and friendly, great communicator and he helped get our piping fixed. Very knowledgeable and showed us things we can do to prevent another issue that comes about. The Call center Whitney was very polite and was a complete professional helping us set up for Weldon to help. Great company and even better people When we have any other issues we will definitely aim to get Swat plumbing to take care of us

    We had a plumbing emergency which required our cutting off the water supply at the water main shutoff. After calling SWAT, my husband experienced a serious medical problem and had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. SWAT plumber Kevin came out while I was still at the hospital ED with my husband. Kevin had to leave to get a longer piece of pipe and came back after I got home and fixed the whole problem in the dark! He could not have been nicer and was very understanding of the extreme stress I had been experiencing. I was very grateful to have the problem solved quickly and to have water again! I highly recommend SWAT Plumbing!

    Our home warranty uses this company and they have always done a great job. Weve been put of hot water two days with a leaking hot water heater. Andrew replaced our hot water heater and did a few upgrades to help for the future. Excellent experience and workers.

    I had Cody, through a home warranty. He explained to me how all home warranties are scams and they will find excuses to not pay for anything. He said he is paid hourly and it does not benefit him to run the price up.He did fix the tub faucet - it was just loose. He didnt fix the sink faucets, but he showed me how, in addition to showing me where the water shutoff was.

    I’ve used SWAT now 3 times. I’ve been in my 25 year old home now a year and half and all my issues seem to have been plumbing so far. I always request Carlos because I developed trust with his skills, his professionalism and kindness. This latest issue when I scheduled service, SWAT sent out Rhett and he was able to quickly diagnose that my irrigation valve was old, broken and needed replacing and explained to me about the city permits will work. Rhett was very knowledgeable, also very kind and professional and was quickly immersed in this larger scale job with the valve permit, and how he tested everything after he was finished to double check nothing else in my plumbing system was broken (Carlos did this as well). It poured rain this morning while he was outside working but that didn’t slow him down.I will keep on using SWAT based on these two professional and licensed plumbers who are not just there to put a bandaid on an issue but really are thorough and do things right. I highly recommend both Carlos and Rhett and applaud SWAT on the talent and skill levels of the plumbers they hire.

    Dustin came for a dual sink drainage issue. It was trickier than it should have been due to the installation when the home was built. He didn’t give up and gave me complete resolution (next steps would have had to been cutting a hole into the wall). So happy that he got the job done. And with my home warranty too! SWAT Plumbing was great and they are incredibly lucky to have Dustin.

    I have had this company out two or three times since I bought my home in October of 22 - they are kind, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly helpful!! Weldon my tech this time even helped me understand how to tell where drain clogs are happening to know how to tackle the issue next time. This call was a second opinion after AHS sent another plumbing company who only took pictures and came back with a $4500 quote for repair....they truly saved the day!! Their call staff is also super kind (I spoke with Kelly the couple times I have called this round and shes just a doll!) 10/10 would recommend!

    HAD OUTDOOR HOSE BIB LEAKING NOW FIXED! I dont know whats reasonable price for that because I didnt get any quotes. (HOME WARRANTY PAID BILL $200) So ANTHONY showed up right on time and was very nice and knowledgeable about plumbing and cut off the old bib by welding off then replaced by saudering new fixture by onto old pipe ...He fixed it but cosmetically it looks weird because you can see the old threads behind the new fixture that was welded from the inside threads. Anthony explained that the other option was replacing the whole pipe fixture and he would have to go through the sheet rock inside my garage to do that (cheaper than going through my brick on outside because my home warranty wouldnt pay the cost of repairing/replacing brick, the sheet rock option was cheaper for me to repair) but he told me if his plan worked he wouldnt have to do that at all, SO...all in all Im very satisfied...it just looks weird but I would rather it look weird than have to pay to repair even sheet rock...So THANKS ANTHONY & SWAT Plumbing....I will be requesting your company from now on...ALSO SWAT replaced my garbage disposal last fall (2016) after the previous company my home warranty sent said I didnt need it replaced because garbage disposals are not meant to CHOP anything up....that company told me to just put soft stuff like mashed potatoes and stuff! I looked on the my manufactures website at the owners manual and manufacturer recommended putting in small bones and lemon wedges to help with friction and keep sharp! I called home warranty back and told them to look for themselves, they confirmed and sent SWAT and SWAT replaced immediately.

    I had a tankless water heater installed yesterday by Conner Powell and I cant rave enough about the amazing service and professionalism he gave us. Im not one to write reviews but I was so impressed by his knowledge, work ethic, the service performed, and he was so polite! Conner had to work outside in 107 degree temp installing the unit for several hours and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, communicating everything that was needed to be done. My technician Kevin did an amazing job to diagnose the issue and resolve it in a timely manner! Kevin went the extra mile to answer any questions/concerns I had and even went as far as to call my warranty company to confirm what would be covered. Once the job was completed, he walked me through on what was done and provided helpful advice while also making sure to clean up the area that was worked on.     Jason was very professional and provided excellent service from beginning to end. He sent me a text to let me know when he was on his way with a photo of himself identifying who I should be expecting. It didnt take him long to identify the problem and replace my garbage disposal. I have used other companies before through my home warranty company and none of them have provided me with the level of EXCELLENT service I received from Jason today. If I ever have any other issues that require a service SWAT can perform, I will have to demand my home warranty company send my request to SWAT.

    This company does great work, are very professional and communicate all along the way. First time I went through our warranty company and even with that, SWAT was out day 1 to evaluate and came back day 2 to install a new water heater. This time I called them directly to avoid the warranty service assigning another company, and they responded again on day 1!! Called in the morning and fixed my problem in the afternoon!! Super reasonable prices and Matthew and Carlos are great technicians!! I’ll be calling again!

    I had a broken valve and the floater was not working properly. I called the office and they said, they can send a technician within two days, but after I told them the valve is leaking, they dispatched a technician and arrive within few hours. Im actually so happy with my service, and the technician done everything properly and professionally.

    I needed my water pressure regulator checked. It leaked a little when I adjusted the pressure but then stopped. I called SWAT on a Friday and they set up an appointment for Monday which was good for me. I was surprised to get an appointment so soon. The technician arrived in the morning a little after 9:30 am He said sometimes the regulator leaks a little when adusting it. When the lock nut is tightened that usually stops the leak. That is what happened for me. He didnt try to sell me a new water pressure regulator. So it was a good experience for me.

    Zach! Zach! Zach! Zach came out in dark...all I had to do is describe the issues I was having and he went straight to the problem! Took him all of 30mins to unclog my sewer drain and I was back in business!! My only down fall to this company is that they should have never rerouted my Tech..b/c of that rerouting Im late for work b/c he didnt get out here till after 6ish and I had to take a shower to get ready for work and couldnt do that until the problem was fixed!

Understanding todays climate, the timeliness was acceptable due to the holiday. The office support was kind and understanding.     My faucet was leaking and the warranty company contacted this company to service it. Initially, I was told I needed to contact my warrant for the faucet because I live in a newer home. Still, I did not appreciate this response, especially after paying the warranty company $100 and being without a kitchen faucet for already 3 days. Nevertheless, the problem was resolved, the tech fixed my faucet and it is working better than before.I am grateful that this company went out of its way to satisfy a customer and provide excellent service. I especially appreciate how the tech cleaned up behind himself and did not leave old parts behind.

    This company was amazing, I was unable to use any water in my house. They were out same day and had the issues fixed in less than a hour.     The first technician didnt fix the toilet properly. The next day Randall was sent to our home. He was fantastic. He took pictures before, during and after the job was complete.     I think my technicians name was Alek. He was extremely polite and professional. Normally I get mumbled complaints when people realize I require masks and shoe removal or coverings before entering my home but he didnt bat an eye and immediately acquiesced. Most importantly I couldnt be happier with the service. The 1st company my home warranty sent out couldnt resolve the problem and wanted to charge me a lot of out of pocket money to fix the issue and to make matters worse they couldnt come out until next Wednesday. I had stoppage so severe you couldnt so much as flush the toilet without water bubbling up from the shower drain. There was no way I could wait 5 days! Alek made what I was told was impossible possible. I normally only take time out to leave reviews when I have bad service and I have to be extremely impressed to leave one for a job well done. Color me extremely impressed and thankful! Putting out positive vibes that he gets a raise, a promotion, and every other positive thing under sun. He was a life saver 🙌

    S.W.A.T. Plumbing is an amazing company to use for any plumbing issues. I had 2 stopped up toilets, reported it to my home warranty company, and Dustin came out and determined it was actually more than likely a sewer line issue. Randall came out the next day and ran the camera and found major tree root intrusion. He worked to dig up the sewer line and get the line repaired all in the same day, so I was operational by the end of the day! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

    I purchased a single-family home in October 2019, which is about 26 years old. I have a home warranty and when I had noticed a lot of water in the front yard and my warranty sent out Carlos from SWAT. He came out, identified one visit the issue and worked hard on fixing it. It was a pipe that a tree root had cracked and he was able to quickly address the situation, communicate to me where it was easy to understand and did a great job on the project. He even cleaned up the area very well, which is hard to find.A few months later, I noticed more water now this time in my back ally so I didnt go through my home warranty and immediately called SWAT. I requested Carlos because I developed trust with his service, knowledge and professionalism. He came out and again was quick to assess the issue. SWAT hires some great, licensed technicians and I will be using them and requesting Carlos for any future issues.

    After declining to use the first company our home warranty assigned to our leaky shower head and sink faucet, they assigned SWAT Plumbing. It took about 24 hours to hear from them initially and then I had to call back a couple times to get on the schedule. They were quite busy, so I had to wait another couple days for a technician to come to our home, as our problem wasnt considered an emergency. Chris arrived on-time and was very professional. He had to come back a few days later with the correct parts, but when he did, he was very efficient and thorough. He even took a few minutes and did a quick adjustment on a faucet outside that I asked him about. We had one other issue that Ruben fixed for us and now everything works perfectly. I gave the company only four stars because of the hassle in scheduling an appointment and the long wait time. (I cant imagine how high my water bill is going to be from the many days of water endlessly dripping in my shower.) However, if you can wait it out, it is worth it to receive excellent service from their technicians.

    Ken the GM is great! Him and his young assistant came out to my home to repair my water heater and kitchen faucet. Ken noticed that the faucet was old and he refused to try to put new parts on an old system so he called it in and received authorization to replace the entire set. Also, it took his assistance less than 5 minuets to replace the busted hose on my water heater. Their service and attention was excellent! Hi highly recommend that you try them the next time you have a plumbing issue!

    Used SWAT Plumbing again today, September 27, 2021. Jason DE.... was the plumber who arrived to find out what was wrong with our toilets. In short order he diagnosed the issues , excused himself to run and get additional parts and repaired the toilets in no time. Jason was pleasant, professional, and thorough. He explained every step of the process so I could easily understand. What a great guy who knew his stuff! Previous plumber came out from XYZ Company and completely misdiagnosed the issues. They came out the next day. Although late and arriving outside the window, they did call and explained he was delayed on another job. When Weldon arrived he apologized for his delay. He went to work on my garbage disposal that was leaking. I thought the whole unit was gone. He diagnosed the problem, removed the unit, cleaned and inspected all the parts, and reinstalled the unit while making minor adjustments to the installation.     I filed an American Home Shield Warranty claim. I had a number of plumbing problems. The technician that came to my home resolved each concern on that one service call. He had all the equipment he needed. He was knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and did a superior job. Here is a factoid. SWAT plumbing came to my home because the first contractor American Home Shield Warranty sent out was so difficult to work with. SWAT plumbings scheduling coordinator was excellent.     Initially I was very upset with SWAT. After making a claim through my home warranty because my water heater was not working, the home warranty co. chose SWAT Plumbing to be my service provider. The service from the technician was fine, but it took four (4) days until he was able to come to my house. Four days with no hot water in the middle of winter. Because of the way home warranties work, you have no choice in the vendor that services your home. Once he did come out, he was unable to determine what the problem is, so the home warranty required an electrician to come out and check for any electrical problems; he found none. So then I had to schedule with SWAT again to have the water heater replaced. At first, this was going to take another 3-4 days, so I scheduled it. But they had a cancellation, and they were able to come out the next afternoon instead of 3 days later. They knew I was unhappy with the initial visit taking so long to occur, and they took steps to expedite the 2nd appointment. Overall, my wife and I are happy with the service we received.

    I had an issue with my garbage disposal… It no longer worked. I called my home warranty and they sent out S. W. A. T. Plumbing. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, they called me on Monday and said they had a cancellation on Tuesday and wanted to know if I wanted that appointment. I took it. The morning of the appointment, I received both a text and a telephone call letting me know the technician was on his way and what his ETA was. The text message included a photo of the technician that was coming to my home.....his name is Glenn. Glenn showed up right on time. It took him no time at all to diagnose the issue I was having with my garbage disposal. He informed me that it was burned up and that I needed a new one. He told me to hang on he went out to his truck grabbed a brand-new disposal and installed it in no time flat. Yes he had the parts needed on his truck ready to install.     Wow what a great experience! Busted pipe and even when no other plumber would come out due to severe winter weather and back log. I was able to get an appt with SWAT for next day!
