    Fantastic service! I had a late night plumbing emergency, and Todd and his team were very prompt and considerate in reaching out and setting up a service appointment and had everything fixed within 24 hours.     Bearcat isn’t the cheapest plumber in town but they are professional, responsive, detailed, and their quality of work has been first class. I have, unfortunately, needed the service of a plumber numerous times over the last twenty years and Bearcat is by far the most professional and efficient I’ve used. I highly recommend them and they are the only plumbers I will use in the future.9-23-24Just used Bearcat again for a kitchen drain clean out. After SWAT Plumbing replaced our tankless water heater with a unit that didn’t fit into the box built into the exterior side of our house, promised to find a solution, took our money, and then stopped answering/returning my calls, I contacted Bearcat Plumbing to discuss options. Todd was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He was able to work with a local metal fabrication company to modify our existing door to fit over the new water heater. Im super pleased with the results and will use Bearcat Plumbing in the future!!

    We were wanting to place Lp logs in our existing fireplace that did not have gas or Lp piping. I first reviewed Bearcat online and saw their very good ratings. Later I called a local Lp sales company and they said they always use Bearcat for their Lp piping work. So we called them. Very good customer service from the first call and throughout the work. They set an appointment for their Tech to come by and view the fireplace to see if the work could be done and to get a solid quote. They did and the work was scheduled but we had to push it for parts on the Lp logs. They worked well with us on change. On the day of the work they did some extra calling to get correct connections for the new Lp tank. The two Techs were professional, neat, clean work, from installing piping and setting logs. A key point is we’re in the county but they did not cut any corners. Everything installed per Lp safety measures, and tested. Work looks great and we feel great about the safety. And feel if we had a concern they’d hold true to their warranty. If we run into need of a plumbing in the future we’ll call Bearcat Plumbing.

    By far the best experience Ive ever had with any company coming into my home to do any kind of work.It had been 18 days NO hot water and tons of work had been done before we could get it. So finally a decision had to be made to get a new water heater. The owner of the company himself did it SAME day! Knowing there are kids in the home and how important it was he chose to come and do the job and stayed and completed it until it was dark! That level of care and customer service is so rare these days. He was so kind and down to earth and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable speaking with him and having him in the house which isnt always a common thing. I would only recommend Bearcat Plumbing as an only choice for your needs. Im so grateful for what he did and that he really values his work and his ethic is so important. Thank you so much! It was amazing to be able to have a hot shower and the kids have warm baths!     Scheduled a service call late on Friday and got a slot for early Monday morning. Guys showed up on time and determined what needed to b done.     NOTE: THEY DO NOT WORK ON IRRIGATION/SPRINKLERS.After their service tech showed up, he let me know as soon as seeing the issue they dont work on irrigation and they didnt charge me the service fee bc that wasnt clear up front (in my original call I said I think its the sprinkler box) .That said, Bearcat plumbing helped resolve an outdoor main line issue for me in the past and they did a solid job.Be respectful and they will do the same.

    The job was done well and fast. But $236 an hour is ridiculous for a job that took 10 minutes. Plus $50 dispatch fee. Thats close to a whole day pay as a teacher. I will not be hiring them again, but rather buying my own equipment and learning on YouTube.

The first time, Cameron came out, on time and was personable and friendly, and most importantly very honest with me about options for fixes. He was able to get the broken spigot fixed promptly, and I was extremely pleased with the service he provided. 2nd time was today, 1/8/2021, and Derryl came to my rescue. I ended up tripping while putting up decorations in my garage, and fell against my garage water pressure gauge and it caused a small leak. He came out on time, assessed the situation, gave me options and pricing range. He gave it his best for trying to repair the piece I damaged but it was beyond repair. He took the time, late in the day to head to a store to get a replacement part to help fix it. He had it repaired very promptly on return and helped explain everything he did and was honest with me.     Unknowingly, we had a leak in the wall when we bought our house in April. We moved into the new house in May and noticed the leak building up and slowly messing up the wall and carpet. Home warranty gave us the run around 3 times. I finally got fed up with them, requested a refund and asked my teacher friends from Aledo Middle School about qualified and professional plumbers that they know and Bearcat plumbing was mentioned! I called on Friday and told them our situation and they had us booked for Monday. Oscar was great and professional! He said he could fix it and he did just that!     We had a leak from one of our new toilets that was not installed correctly by a previous plumber. I called Bearcat Plumbing and they came out the next day.     Shawn at Bearcat Plumbing was creative and honest with a solution to the problem with our washing machine drain. Unlike other plumbers that immediately quoted a 15k price tag to replace our entire drain system, Shawn gave us a solution for virtually nothing. It may not be a permanent solution but rest assured when the time does come and we do need to do some expensive drain replacement hopefully years from now, Bearcat Plumbing will be the ones we call.

    Todd was awesome. I had 3 estimates from 3 master plumbers and Todd was the only one who was honest and much more affordable than the other 2. One wanted to tunnel under my house to the tune of 7600 dollars. After evaluating the work Todd didnt feel any of that was necessary and even if it was it wasnt the place to start. He stayed late on a Friday night to get it finished up and showed me on his camera that the rest of my lines that he could see were in good shape. Great work and saved me a ton of money. Yeah you can hire a handy man to do some things cheaper but a quality, honest tradesman is irreplaceable for tough jobs. Todd is definitely my new go to plumber.

    In dealing with the gas supply company, Bearcat and Cameron went above and beyond and literally saved the day. We started to process in early October 2021 to get natural gas to the house and that was finally achieved on Jan 29th, 2022, primarily due to the efforts of Cameron and crew and his boss. We had no central heat until Bearcat bent over backwards for the supply company and us. Smooth, deliberate, professional, and conscientious.

    Todd was on time, professional in his appearance and attitude, and did a great job. He is a little pricey, but not to the point that I believe is unfair. The equipment he provided is high quality. When I have work done on my home; quality, etc., is more important than the price, so long as it is not unreasonable. For instance, anyone expecting two faucets to be installed for $100 is rediculous. Hell, $75 just for the service call is reasonable. Add another one to two hours to install faucets, plus whatever parts may be required, and $250 isnt unreasonable at all.

Price was more than what I wanted to pay, but it goes back to you think hiring an expert is expensive, wait until you hire an amateur. Guy was super professional and got the job done quickly.     I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Todd and his team. I first met Mr Todd when half of the plumbing of my house was completely backed up, and my home warranty plumber service said they couldnt help me. Mr Todd came to the rescue (and that problem has not occurred again after 5 years of owning my house), and we have hired him for much more including installing our water heater and a drain for it (and he built a platform for the water heater!!), installing sink faucets and updating the piping under the sinks, toilet install, etc (I have an old home lol!). Whatever is being fixed, Mr Todd or his employees explain the problem so I as a homeowner can understand what happened, and they explain how they will solve it. I give Bearcat Plumbing 10 stars!!
